A spectacular stay in the perfect spot. Everything was impeccably clean, the atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant, and the rooms are very comfortable.
But what truly made the difference was the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff. They made us feel welcome at all times and turned the experience into something magical and special.
We would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Madrid. Highly recommended!

La personas son muy serviciales, el hotel queda céntrico, lo mas que me gustó es que el desayuno es hasta las 12 pm lo que permite dormir un poco mas. El desayuno es variado aunque pequeño pero mucho mejor que otros hoteles. El otro servicio muy bueno es el rooftop que sirve comidas sencillas y bebidas hasta bien tarde en la noche. Es un hotel que regresaría.

The hotel was in a good location and the reception staff were very helpful. I was able to check in early however I had booked a cheap room and hotels.com gave me the option of either twin or king, however on arrival I was told that room is only a twin room so I had to pay an extra 20 euros to have a double bed.
The morning of checkout the cleaner just walked in at 9am and then told me off for not putting the do not disturb sign on the door. I have never had this on the day of check out. I would expect them to check with reception that I had left.

The staff was incredibly helpful! We got recommendations on food and local activities that helped us fill our time with beautiful experiences. The room was clean and we had a great view. We were on a high floor, but right below reception which is on the top floors, so it could become a little loud on the ceiling sometimes. Still worth it!

Clunky start to our stay with issues with our first room which had issues with main door and alignment of mini mini fridge and so upgraded to another which later also had issues with heating but problem also resolved on the night. Excellent professional service from Carla and Miguel who sorted out all the issues and were kind to offer us the upgrade and complimentary breakfast. Hotel location is fantastic and rooms are nice and cosy.

They immediately said it was no problem, so we could travel without dragging a suitcase around—such a big help. And when we returned, they even remembered us and brought our bags out right away.
If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and stay here. I definitely recommend it.

HVAC worked great. For $300 per night room was a bit small ; also toilet seat was rather uncomfortable and a bit too high. 6ft guest 175lb and feet couldn’t reach the floor. $150-$200 per night would have been more appropriate. Great downtown location.

Room was clean and bed comfortable and the air con was effective. However, our room was still not serviced when we came back at 3pm so had to ask them and wait. Only one cup was cleaned and the other was left dirty with coffee still inside. Over two nights they only gave us one coffee sachet for two people and was decaf. Towels not replaced either. Staff in cocktail bar lazy and indifferent. Cocktails expensive and poorly made.

The lobby setup also felt stuffy and small, and the floor hallways felt dark. As a group of three women, we did not feel comfortable for all of these reasons and left hours after arriving.
Overall, the property's description and reviews felt misleading to us, and we would advise future guests to look closely at the hotel and room setup before booking, particularly if these features are important to you.
