We had a wonderful stay! The space was great — very comfortable and more than enough room for two people. The amenities were excellent, especially having a washer in the unit, which made our trip so much easier. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.
The location was also perfect — walkable to attractions and shopping, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic and truly appreciated.
We would absolutely love to stay here again when we return to Madrid!

At check-in, we were informed there was no water, but that a technician was coming and the issue would be resolved soon. However, when we returned later that day, there was no hot water, only cold water, and I had to take a cold shower on my first day in Madrid. I reported the issue that evening and again twice the next day, but the hot water was only fixed in the evening. The manager didn’t show any regret to the inconvenience we were facing. Not follow up.
Also, another annoying issue of this hotel is the cooking smell from the restaurant flowing into the room all day. I turning on the ventilation but didn’t help much. The smell only disappears after restaurants close after midnight.

The only issue we had was with the elevators; one of the two elevators was constantly broken, so we had to take the stairs multiple times due to the long wait. There was a constant sewer-like smell in the hallways and common areas — not inside the rooms, but present throughout the building despite efforts to mask it with scents. This property is conveniently located right on Gran Vía in Madrid — close to everything you could possibly need. Despite the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city outside, the hotel feels comfortable and cozy, offering a nice retreat to rest.

The property is very centric, walkable to most attractions. Breakfast is ok but sometimes a little crowded because this hotel offers breakfast for all other sister hotels. We were never able to enjoy Ella Sky bar because it was always crowded with people not staying at the property. The staff is nice and helpful. The good thing is you have a washer/dryer inside the unit you rent. So that a plus in Spain.

Lovely 1 bed apartment for 10 days, immaculate, clean and great service from the friendly reception desk. Right next to Callao station and central to everywhere. Only criticism was we thought the sky bar would be open all day for guests to use and chill and read and somewhere to escape to. Other than that, it was a fantastic place!

This stay was all about location—right in the heart of Gran Vía, with everything you need close by, including a grocery store. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen and even included a small pack of detergent for laundry, which was a nice touch. The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city and was a great place to unwind. Staff was generally friendly, though a bit more attentiveness would’ve made the experience even better.
One thing to note is that at night, there were quite a few people sleeping on the street nearby, which made the area feel a bit less safe—though this is not uncommon in the downtown areas of major cities. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay—would recommend.

However, in the two bedroom we rented for our family for one night, both showers didn’t work and we had to leave to catch a long flight without showers. Front desk person was alone and no one seemed available to solve the problem. We have not heard from the property about compensation despite a follow up email. Would not stay here again. This is a great location in the heart of Madrid, but the accommodations were a little worn and lacking. In our unit, we were missing a closet door, several lights were flickering, wi-fi was very inconsistent, and the mattresses weren't great. On the positive side, the rooftop restaurant and bar offered incredible views and decent food (we had the breakfast daily) and it was nice to have extra space for our family of four (vs. hotel room). Also, the staff was great and very friendly. Overall, it worked out well.

The check- in process was easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I booked 3 studios with terraces and the family loved them especially, when they overlook the busy plaza. Area was central and didn't require the use of a car. Cabs, buses and the metro train system was right within walking distance.

The living quarter itself is nice. Has a small kitchen with microwave and conduction stove. Washer/dryer in unit. Good size fridge. Bed was comfy for us. VIP extras, however, weren't provided, ie bottle of wine and room upgrade. Room description said it was soundproofed. It is not. In fact, they provide you ear plugs. Our room was on 4th floor, facing Gran Vía, near town square, where you can hear street performers, and police sirens. Didn't bother us too much since we were so tired from our sightseeing during the day, we practically drop dead at night. Still, not very accurate how they say the room is soundproofed. Staff are friendly and speak English. Daily housekeeping if requested.

We had a wonderful time in this place. The staff were very friendly and they made you feel comfortable. We stayed in their family suite which is equipped with all the things you need in a kitchen. Plus, it has a laundry machine washer/ dryer under the kitchen countertop. It’s a huge place. They offered free breakfast which is the best part staying in this hotel. Not only they served an exceptional breakfast buffet but they have one the best views of the city while your eating. It’s picturesque. The food, coffee and breakfast juices are the best. It’s the most memorable part of our trip! I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

The apartment is well equipped and clean. Very spacious and good for a family or group. There is only one elevator. The area is in the middle of downtown and close to all the action. Seemed safe. Staff is friendly. At the reception Kamil took good care of us. Kept the luggage, understood our needs and guided us around the area. I did not know about the parking with this company and ended up parking at another place which was around 45 dollars a day.

Glass windows are of poor quality, all noice from the main street can be heard from the room. Check in is set at 3.00pm, I arrived at 10.00 am, I did not get the room until 3.00pm sharp, not a minute before. If check out is at 11.00 am I dont understand how I took fours hours sharp to clean a room. You can tell they did not care to prioritize the room cleaning when having the guest waiting. Not nice. I own a hotel myself and know how this works. Curstomer service very poor.
