I loved this apartment!! The location was amazing, it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We were a large group of 9 and stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment with private balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer. The front desk was superb! They treated us great. Shout out to Vicente who secured our luggage after we checked out as our flight was in the evening. We gave him a lot of work. Will definitely stay again if I come back to Madrid. Highly recommend this place!!

The apartment was perfect. Clean and neat. My only issue was the air conditioning. They regulate the temperature, you can not adjusting to the temperature that feels better for you. They even have a note next to the air conditioner key pad that says the perfect temperature to sleep is 25 celcius. I feel for the amount of money I am paying, which was a lot, it feels ridiculous to not have the freedom of choosing someting simple as the temperature that is comfortable for me. 25 celcius could be OK for the property, of course they will pay less electricity bill, but these apartments are not cheap and regulating the air conditioner is just kind a thing that cheap people do.

This hotel is located in what would be the Madrid equivalent of Time Square. If you like the hustle and bustle of the city and want to be close to everything, then stay here. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a grocery store within a block, the metro station is steps away.

What a fantastic stay in the heart of Madrid! The location is unbeatable — literally everything you could want is steps away: top tourist attractions, incredible restaurants, and the buzz of the city all around you.

The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need for a great stay. But the real highlight? The rooftop. The views from up there are absolutely stunning — the perfect way to end a day exploring the city.

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid. You won't find a better spot!

Room is clean for some reason we didn’t have any soap in the bathroom or body wash. Had to request and they took a while. Clean room, perfect location! Breakfast was a bit disappointing, the bathroom was quite small, and sometimes smelled like sewage. But overall was very conveniently located. Staff could have been friendlier. Good price for what you get especially with the perfect location. Rooftop pool was nice, gorgeous views of the city from the room floor and the rooftop. 5 stars all round! A very comfortable, spacious apartment in the heart of the city. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, assisting me to book train tickets in a panic. I was towards the back of the hotel and it was very quiet for a bustling city. The facilities were top notch. If I'm so lucky to visit Madrid again, this hotel would be my #1 pick.

The overall stay was ok. The rooms are spacious but dated.The lifts occasionally just stopped working.
The advertised rooftop pool was not open for the week we stayed, although given the weather it wasnt a problem.

A decent accommodation, but not great value for the price. The floors were dirty upon arrival, and there are many hidden fees, such as charging a separate cleaning fee and charging for extra towels. They also do ask for a large deposit, which is returned a few days after checkout. This did not feel like a 4 star accommodation to me, but it’s not a bad place to stay. Great location.

Good location but quite noisy as it's the main thoroughfare. For the 3 days we were there, they had ptotest, marches and a road race pass outside so the traffic was affected and the noise was loud. Also we would hear the bins being collected with loud bangs of bottles being thrown into tracks

It was a pleasant stay at this place.
Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all.

Apartment was amazing. Views in every direction off of a massive deck. Beds bath and kitchen were all well appointed. We had to park a large 10 passenger van and they were able to easily direct us to a garage less than 1 km away that could accommodate a large vehicle. The staff was friendly and excellent. Lastly, you can drop your bags in lockers there and you can unload around the corner just off the Gran Via

The family suite was large but there were several items in need of attention. Broken soap dispensers, toilet seats, freezer covered in deep frost, and empty frames hanging throughout - the condition stood out compared to most hotels we stay in. I found our suite to be quiet despite it being road facing. No signs of pests but the dishes were not all clean, etc. I guess given the location and the price I’d consider staying here again if there wasn’t a better option but if price wasn’t a huge savings I’d stay elsewhere. The front desk people were very nice.

Amazing location and set up and on the Gran Via!! We were greeted warmly right from the beginning. Everything was explained clearly and efficiently. They have a parking garage they work with right under the hotel. Entrance is kn the ode street right before the main entrance and has an elevator directly to the lobby. We stayed in a 2 bedroom city view with terrace. Everything was perfect for a quick 2 night 3 day visit. Our room terrace was beautiful with loungers and a beautiful view of the side street but also Callao and the Gran via. One downside was the shutters for one of the rooms wouldn’t go up so we couldn’t access the terrace from one of the rooms but it wasn’t a problem. The living area and kitchen were spacious for my 10 month old to roam freely (supervised of course) and a baby crib was provided (per request! Which was very helpful. We also checked out the rooftop terrace which has 360 views and a pool (not in season). It was gorgeous up there! Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be going back!

I had an amazing stay at Gran View Apartments in Madrid. The location is absolutely unbeatable right on Gran Vía, with everything from restaurants and shops to major attractions just steps away. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable.
The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and very clean, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living space made it feel like a home away from home. The views from the rooftop were stunning, especially at sunset, and the pool area was a great bonus after a long day of walking around the city.
What really stood out was the staff, they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference.

Our only complaint was the shower (100% aweful). You could not get the water output to take a shower, either scalding hot water or freezing cold. The doors close at the most awkward point where water gets out.

Lovely apartment right in the centre of grand vie. Once we checked in we walked everywhere - only used the metro once to go to the stadium.

My only critique would be that on checking in the host spent her entire time talking to the concierge. We were not acknowledged at all which I just thought was a bit poor for first impressions.
