Positives:
- Great location
- Easy check in and secure
- Got towels changed each day
- Clean
- It had a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle

Negatives:
- The shower holder was faulty
- My room was OK, but it had no windows other than one that opened into the communal area. So no natural light
- My room was right next to the kitchen area so I heard everything every time someone used the kitchen.
- The Wi-Fi kept dropping, every day, so this must be a constant problem

Overall, I wanted somewhere cheap and central and this served its purpose.

Las facilidades están perfectas para una estadía de varios días y en buenas condiciones. Súper accesible a la Gran Via. Cuenta con cocina limpia y enseres básicos. Solo recomiendo que cambien las toallas disponibles, ya que están en malas condiciones (apenas secan el cuerpo).

Good location but they gave us an extremely small room for two people. We have two pieces of luggage, the second one no place to put it. The shower had no place to put the soap. and no place for any toiletries like deodorant or toothbrushes and toothpaste around or above the pedestal washbasin.I certainly will not recommend this hostel.

Noisy. And bathroom layout could not be worse.

Staff and location were OK; however, we needed to sleep with earplugs for the 5 nights we were there. Drunks in the street from 2 - 6 AM, yelling and making noise. There are double pane windows on the room; however, they do nothing to reduce street noise. Most were speaking English, some yelling about Texas.

Room had listed amenities; but the flooring is coming apart and uneven, possibly a trip hazard.
The bidet is ACTUALLY only 3\" from the toilet, no way to sit squarely on the toilet. They used a misleading image for the Family Studio bathroom on their web site. Also the faucet for the shower stuck out about 8\" into 24\"x24\" shower enclosure.

A room without a view

So booked the basic room. No issues with it being basic. However having said this I was not away I would have no window! The bed was so hard too. I had some friends staying who had suites they had a super soft bed with duvet. I had a sheet. Only one power outlet. The room I had was next to the washing machines so could hear them constantly. There basic and there too basic.

Can't say enough good things about this property! Right off the Gran Via (a main thoroughfare in the center of Madrid), convenient to the Metro and buses, restaurants, shopping, and major sites of interest. It is not a fancy place but had everything we needed and great WiFi for the little bit of time we actually spent in the room. But mostly, I can't say enough good things about the people who worked there at reception, Andrea and Adrian! Their willingness to help with information, directions, and their command of English was so helpful to these Americans whose command of Spanish is sorely lacking! Multiple times Andrea's help and information really helped us out but without her kind help and attention to detail, we would not have been able to so seamlessly navigate the Covid testing we needed to do before entry into the US. Adrian helped us with the train schedules and station locations we needed for some day trips we had planned and both absolutely took care to explain everything we needed to know. This is not a fancy place, but safe, clean, comfortable beds and a unique and reasonable set up to stay right in the thick of things! And a washer and dryer to use from 6-10 PM and they provide the detergent (10 Euros to use-well worth it for these carry-on only travelers!) We and our friends had suites with a small kitchen and king size bed. Highly recommend!

I was moved to the Far Home Atocha a few days before departure due to water problems at the Far Home Gran Via. Free breakfast was offered to make up for the fact that I’d be sharing a bathroom.
Like many modern hostels, it appeared clean yet soulless and of course the bathrooms stank. The morning of check-out, the hot water failed and the staff member I spoke to about delaying my checkout for another 20 minutes so that I could wait until I had had a shower before I left, was weird about it at first, telling me something about how I had to book another whole day. At that point there was no surprise that no apology was offered for lack of hot water. The staff, aside from the one who checked me in, were generally unenthusiastic about customer service.

The better is the location: near all. You can explore Madrid walking. Is located half a block from la Gran Via street! Parking (expensive as in all Europe) is very near the hotel. The apartment is well equipped.

Little gem!

love the location, it's just off Gran Via, and easy walk to most sites. the hostel is in residential building and fairly quiet, even its central location. the guy at the reception is very friendly, gave lots of advices for local places. bed is reasonably good, but it's light so does move a bit. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great location, a few blocks from Madrid's main attractions downtown. Very simple concept but works if you're traveling on a low budget. The 2 euro breakfast is a self service very basic toasted brrad with butter or jelly plus coffee or juice.

Good for money value , the location was great and the price was good , but it has the worst lounge area , awful breakfast and broken PC. WiFi and air conditioning were also very very bad. the receptionist were 2 of them great and one girl is really rude.

Hard to find and noisy

The room next to us was been renovated with drilling and hammering so we could not think. We moved to another room that was also noisy. There was almost no signage for the establishment making it rather difficult to find for first time visitors to Madrid.

Unbeatable price

For the price we paid, this is unbeatable. At 75 Euro a night we got a suite complete with a small kitchen, a living room and an open space which can accommodate a double bed and this include breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and Gran Via is just a few steps away and so is the Metro station. Hotel is conveniently located and the staff are very helpful. I will definitely stay here again

Stayed there on vacation. Excellent location within walking distance of two Plazas and the main Via. Metro stations equally close. We booked double rooms with attached bathrooms. Rooms were good and clean. They also provided free breakfast.

Good find in the middle of the city

Very convenient, excellent location, one can walk to most major attractions; clean room and bathroom, no frills, just great to crash after a busy day. Also quiet, in spite of being in the middle of the city. Wi-fi worked well. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient with a printing issue. Thanks a lot!! Highly recommended for anyone who is budget-oriented.

This was a hostel which included breakfast, sheets, towels and a private bathroom. Europe is small, and my room did not include a window. However, it was exactly as shown on the website. Other hotels often switch the rooms online with what you actually get. The staff was very polite, and helpful. A little concerned about the area initially, but it is common to have graffiti on the pull down metal doors covering businesses. This occurs often in Europe. No staff later in the evening, but the lobby and being on an upper floor was fine. Two separate keys, and a deadbolt for my bedroom door. So I felt safe. Room is small, but not a hefty price either. I was only there for a short time.

Don't be fooled by the inflated rating.

The worst hotel stay I can remember! It really makes me question the rating system since I stayed here because it was so highly rated. I thought it might just be my room but the two women I talked to at breakfast also said it was the worst place they ever stayed. My room was tiny, no closet, no place to put anything, no window, and so noisy I got about 3 hours of sleep total. Hotels.com said I would pay in euros but they charged me in dollars with an exchange rate about 10 percent worse than my credit card's. It took me two days of hassling with them to get them to reverse that highly illegal charge and they were very rude about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great Location, very clean and comfortable

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is 2 blocks away from Callao Metro Station and from Preciados Galley, a shopping street where you can find everything you need: restaurants for different budgets, souvenir stores, shoe and clothing stores and a few Oulet Stores with excellent discounts all year round. From this hotel you can easily walk to Plaza Mayor, San Miguel Market, Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Palace. Hotel Rooms are very clean and comfortable, good air conditioning, Cable TV, shower and or bathtub with good water pressure. Comfortable beds and clean linings. Breakfast is simple but you can eat as much as you want: mini muffins, croissants, coffee, tea, milk cereal, fresh fruit and juice. Staff is very nice and helpful, ready to answer all your questions. They can book tours for you and advise on things to do around the city. Across the street there is a nice restaurant with a typical spanish buffet, worth trying it, its name is Puerto Rico. I highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays in Madrid, it has excellent rates.

We loved it!!

Very well located just off of Gran Via (main shopping street in Madrid) on a small side street that proved to be much quieter than on a main street. I read other reviews of complaints of noise but we encountered no such trouble.
The room was simply furnished but with style, everything one would need was in-room including a hairdryer! The room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. Which was so nice after such a long journey from Canada.
Breakfast was self-serve and included the our room rate, consisting of juice, coffee, tea, toast and cereal!
Everything you need is well located and very close to sights and restaurants.
There was a computer for guest to use in the lobby but we took advantage of in room complimentary wi-fi which was very fast and dependable.
Helena and the rest of the staff were so lovely and very friendly and ensured my, my sister and mother had what we needed for a very comfortable stay.
We would not hesitate to stay there on our next visit to this wonderful city!

Great stay in Madrid.

This is a great place to stay if you're looking to stay somewhere clean and cheap. Well worth the money paid. Staff was friendly, although did not all speak english. Free wifi, and even a computer that could be used if necessary. Breakfast was served in the common area and there was a large variety of food which was great. We took a little while to actually find the place as it was kind of hidden down a little side street and the sign is not very visible. There is a buzzer to let you in to the building which seemed annoying at first, but there was always someone there to open for you. Overall a great stay.

Apartment was good and location unbeatable...however I woke up early to leave...it was mis winter and cold because heathers where turned off, even water heater! I had to look for it and turn it, waiting a while for it to heat and still only had a half warm shower...not nice when waking up in winter and when leaving for an intercontinental flight!

Tamaño del cuarto no fue lo que vi en las fotos de expedida, zero parecido, publicidad engañosa, tamaño del cuarto es como de una celda de prisión, no hay ventanas, todo se escucha, aire acondicionado.
se apaga cada 3 mins, las toallas las cambian cada 3 días. No es para dos personas o pareja. Closet es miniatura con 3 ganchos de colgar. Si vienes con maletas grandes estas reduciendo aun más tu movilidad dentro del cuarto. Si sufres de claustrofobia la vas a pasar mal. Lo único que puedo comentar positivo es que la ubicación está super bien cerca de toda la Gran Vía. Personal es amable hasta donde le permite sus reglas. El lugar es seguro.

立地が良くて安いのでで些細な事で文句は言えませんが、壁が薄くお互いの音がよく聞こえるので、時差ボケがあったりするとツラいかもです。

Me gusto la ubicacion muy centrica y muy cerca de estaciones de metro como Callao y sol.
El personal muy amable, las camas clmodas, pero por poner una pega estaba mal.insonorizada y tenia un ruido de agua muy molesto.

La posizione ottima, a due passi dalla Gran Via è questo vale più di tutto per chi come noi viaggia per un weekend e ha da vedere tanto in poco tempo!
La camera è piccola ed essenziale ma c’era tutto (suggerirei solamente di aggiungere dei ganci in bagno per appendere i teli bagno e all’ingresso per i cappotti).
L’unica nota negativa è che la struttura è rumorosa, si sentono molto i rumori dall’esterno ma anche le voci degli ospiti nei corridoi o nelle aree comuni.
Ma noi ci siamo comunque trovati molto bene, direi che c’è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo!

Hotel moderno, con servicios como pequeña cocina con frigoríficco , con microondas y surtido para tomar algo, un café, desayunar, el personal muy atento y amable y en un edificio en una calle recogida cerca del centro. En lugar de llave tiene apertura mediante teclado numérico y sólo te dan la de la puerta de la calle.

Si le petit \"apparement\" est plutôt spacieux pour deux, ne comptez pas y faire de la cuisine. Au mieux vous pourrez réchauffer un repas acheté chez un traiteur.
Question propreté, c'est correct. La climatisation avait une fuite d'eau qui a été réparée dans la journée.
La déco, elle, n'est pas soignée, et l'équipement général date.
Le pire est le bruit. Pourtant, notre chambre \"supérieure\" donne sur une courette calme mais avec du vis à vis.
Les cloisons sont très fines et on peut suivre assez distinctement la conversation des voisins, même calme. On entend très distinctement le bruit des pas du niveau au dessus ainsi que l'eau de la douche qui s'écoule...
Imaginez un habitat collectif ou une colocation et cela vous donnera une idée de votre séjour. Impossible de passer une nuit correcte car vous serez réveillé plusieurs fois par les allées et venues des autres pensionnaires et du bruit des serrures et autres portes qui claquent. Rien n'est fait pour atténuer ce genre de nuisance.
Très décevant, donc pour un prix certes très correct mais le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas !
Un conseil : mettez 10€ de plus et vous trouverez beaucoup mieux, quitte à s'éloigner un peu de l'hyper centre. Madrid n'est pas tres étendue et les distances se parcourent facilement à pied ou en Métro (pas cher).

Sí que lo recomiendo. Muy buena ubicación

En general ha ido bien. Es un buen sitio para quedarse en el centro de Madrid. Muy bien comunicado. La habitación era pequeñita pero no hacía falta más. Tenía una sala de cocina comun que, no llegamos a utilizar, pero estaba completa. El personal muy amable.

En general bien pero con un aspecto desagradable: desconocía que la Recepción no funcionaba 24 horas; me fui sin saber su horario; y el móvil que ofrecían en su ausencia, un sábado a las 7:15 no lo cogió nadie.

택시기사님이 숙소 바로 앞에 내려주셨는데 어떻게 들어가야 하는지 몰라서 한참 헤맸어요..입구는 호텔 느낌이었는데 내부는 좀 오래된 느낌.
위치는 솔광장과 가까워서 전부 도보로 다녔어요. 인테리어는 사진과 비슷하긴 했어요..거실이 넓은데에 비해 주방과 욕실은 좀 작았고요..세탁기가 있는 건 좋았어요..
