Great location, centrally located, able to walk to Retiro Park, Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum. Located off Gran Via. Lots of places to eat in the area. Staff were excellent in helping us as first time visitors to Spain with limited Spanish skills. I would recommend breakfast at the hotel; it had a wide variety of choices. The rooms were clean.

Great property right smack in the middle of Gran Via...soo convinient for first time visitors to Madrid.

Food and shopping was so close and had hundreds of options for everyone.

The room was spacious, and comfortably fit 4 people.

The AC was barely working but luckily we travelled during the colder months and were able to manage with the windows open.

Overall a quaint place with great options for food and adventures nearby.

P.S. they also accomodate your luggage if you arrive before check in time or need someplace to store your stuff post checkout. Super convinent

Room was poorly designed, no night stands, just a small shelf about 4” above the floor. No place to put suitcases, no luggage rack. Shower was very nice with a rain shower head, handheld devise and side sprayers. Breakfast was 14€ so we passed. Plenty of eating places nearby. Very close to Gran Via Metro stop. Nice staff, especially Ares. Didn’t think it was good value, considering our room.

Worst of all, which was not the hotel's fault, but should have been brought to our attention before booking was that the street in front and around the entire area was closed for construction. We had to walk uphill four blocks from where the taxi left us off. Being disabled this was a terrible surprise. The stall were great and the location overall was in a good area near the Gran Via.

Terrible stay. I did not eat the chip but they charged it after check-out by credit card. Usually the front desk asks whether minibar was used when checking out, but they haven't ask at all when I checkout and later they charged the amount which I did not use. Very disappointed for Madrid city. I will not never come here again, both Madrid and this hotel, either.
Only 1 bottle of water is free for 4 nights stay, while the same brand(PetitPalace) hotel in Seville gives 2 bottles of water for free. The hotel in Madrid should revise the message on the table from \"These bottles of water are for you\" to \"THIS bottle of water IS for you\".

Overall the property was fine. My three-star rating pertains specifically to our room. I would caution against staying on the fourth floor, because the roofline made it impossible to stand up in all of our room, including he desk area, and this is perhaps the case for other fourth-floor rooms as well. If you can get a lower floor, you will be pleased. While it was lacking a bit for storage, that was more than offset by an excellent room and bright bathroom. Also, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was very attentive and helpful.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for all of our trips around the city. It was close enough to walk in all directions we intended to go. The staff was helpful. Elena was exceptionally helpful for all our needs. The rooms were cleaned every day. Overall very happy with our stay here.

Taxi won’t drop you off in front of the hotel. A short walk is needed. It is close to Plaza del Sol the shopping center. No coffee maker, the bathroom door doesn’t close completely. On ADay 2they forgot to replace a floor mat. It was clean and NO BEDBUG.

Great, but no parking.

The place is fine, the location is great, the cost is fine. My only complaint is that the hotels.com \"parking available\" amenity criterium is a joke. Sometimes it means that a hotel has paid parking, sometimes it means that there is paid parking that is very close, sometimes, as here, it means nothing more than there is parking somewhere in the city.

Excellent hotel. It was clean and updated. We really enjoyed the central location and the friendly staff. The only complaint we had was the noise levels. The cleaning staff starting vacuuming and cleaning the halls (not the room) super early in the morning when we were still sleeping, waking us up both mornings we were there. Not ideal for people who are enjoying the city into the later evening and wanting to sleep in a little.

Superb location at an affordable price

The hotel is in a great location, just a few steps away from Gran Via, it's all you would expect of a 3 star hotel. The people at the reception were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean place to stay right in the city center.

The breakfast variety is great and good value.
I stayed in the Double Room which was the perfect size for one or two people. The rainshower was divine.
Cleanliness was very good.

Around the corner from two major metro stations so very convenient.
On a Saturday night, it is a bit noisy on the street if you're facing that way. But I can imagine it could be a lot worse or more frequent elsewhere.

Petit Palace Tres Cruces was fantastic. Our room was ready when we arrived early and it was impeccably clean. The boys loved the bunkbeds and the staff is very friendly. The location is outstanding. Pretty much every tourist landmark is within walking distance. We even hoofed it to the Prado and back without feeling it was too far. We were able to find 5-7 options for Flamenco shows within walking distance as well. Plenty of restaurants within 1-10 minutes walking. There's even a little grocery store 2 min away walking. We felt very safe and the staff helped us find all of our desired locations and provided extra info important for travelers to Madrid. The room was spotless and the daily clean up was the best I've ever experienced and I usually stay in 4 and 5 star hotels. I highly recommend this hotel and will plan to stay every time we are in Madrid!

Decent hotel in the thick of it all. Staff was nice. The rooms are a good size. My only real complaint is the hotel is very noisy. You hear everything from everyone. Also, the hotel is right next to a lot of homeless people who stay in the square 30-50 meters away.
