• Gracias a Arturo Pérez, el gerente, y al personal de recepción, cuya atención fue excepcional. Siempre atentos a los detalles, profesionales y genuinamente comprometidos con que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta.
• La habitación 503, impecable, moderna y simplemente perfecta.
• Todos los empleados que nos atendieron en el desayuno, en la cena y en nuestra entrada y salida del hotel. Su amabilidad, dedicación y esmero hicieron que cada día comenzara y terminara de manera espectacular. ¡La comida estuvo deliciosa!

We had a good stay overall. The staff were wonderful—very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the restaurant was amazing. The restaurant staff were especially professional and welcoming, which made our dining experience even better.

On the downside, our room felt outdated. The king bed was old and had a noticeable bump in the middle, which made it uncomfortable. The blankets also seemed worn. Even though it was great location near La Gran Via .
Despite that, the excellent service and restaurant experience were definite highlights.

Central hotel - nice rooms and bathrooms and v quiet - staff were super helpful

The gym was unusable as being refurbished which was great shame as we booked it so we could use a gym

An impressive city and hotel with great potential

There were issues but believed staff worked substantially to address same.

1. Hotels.com issue. Although it is indicated that there is an Airport Transfer, no such transfer was ever available. A main reason why we had booked so disappointing to not have.
2. Room was nice but paid for a King Size Bed- the bed was not a King Size. Sheets were unclean but Reception addressed immediately.
3. Access to rooftop pool was limited because a wedding had been booked.
There are some great team members at this hotel (Rui) and overall, the location and amenities were great - when available.

I stayed at two hotels during my stay in Madrid. Hotel Indigo is the one that I would return to. Excellent service and amenities (coffee maker in room, bathrobe). Location is very convenient.

Madrid’s majority of tourist attractions are within walking distance of this hotel. The hotel’s front desk staff is highly professional and friendly. Located on a side street off Gran Via, it’s convenient for calling a taxi or booking a ride-share car.

I had an average experience at the hotel. One of the lifts was out of service and the other one had a massive waiting time. We were on 7th floor but most of the times we had to take the stairs.
Another issue was the walls were too thin. We could hear the room next door brushing their teeth, drying hair, having shower. Not sure if that was because we were put in an Interconnecting room.
Other than that everything was good, staff were very friendly and room was clean.

Overall it was quite a bad experience. From the moment you enter the hotel, there is such a strong scent that for me was difficult to support. Then the elevators were so slow and often times the card would not work to get them going. There was presumably a room service, but there was no menu or instructions how to order food from the room. I tried twice to book a massage, there was no availability. One morning there was a horrible alarm that went on for more than 30'. There was no public announcement from the hotel staff on what was going on. I had booked a junior suite, but it was a very mediocre room in terms of both space and furniture. I can't even imagine what the basic room would look like.

Nice chic hotel in center of Madrid

This is a cute hotel in the central District of Madrid. The rooms were adequate in size, and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar area is quite nice. If I were to travel back to Madrid for a few days I would consider this hotel again.

Nice location in a central area. Waking dictance from Pdado, Retiro park, shoppig awerywhere around, plenty all kind of eateries.
We didn't use transport, everything was around.
Friendly, professional staff. good breakfast ( was included).

This was a very nice hotel close to transportation and activities in Madrid. The staff was great. The one thing that we would note is that the seat in the roll-in shower was narrow and the legs did not lock into place well. We did not have any issues but it did make us a bit nervous.

Just a few steps from the Gran Via with a bus stop directly across the street and Metro Callao station a 5-minute walk. Fantastic location for access, shopping, dining.

Location is great. Callao subway station is nearby. A lot of attractions are within walking distance like the Royal palace, Puerta del Sol or Plaza de Espana.
There's a swimming pool at the rooftop which is a plus during hot summer days. Bathroom is spacious and clean with good water pressure. McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks, Carl's Jr as well as boba tea places are nearby on Gran Via. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

The views were not as promised - patio was not really a patio but a tiny balcony with view of the internal yard and windows from other units
Elevator was broken the last day so had to wait for another elevator more than 15 min each time
The room was generally very nice and the bathroom/shower very big
Could not figure out how to make TV work. Was not really a problem with all the walking and trips.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo through Expedia some years ago and decided to stay there again for the reasons mentioned above. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel from other business so at times it was a bit noisy from construction from other business. This time as part of the reservation we choose the breakfast buffet, and the dinner which was included with our reservation. First let me say the food was great for both breakfast and dinner. The staff was very accommodating, and were asking as if we needed anything from them, or asked about our food choices for another day. We had a great time, the staff was wonderful, and I have recommended this Hotel to friends. We would certainly go there again.

Hotel is in a great location. Plenty of dining options nearby and a few Metro stations that can take you further afield if you would like to investigate other areas.
One demerit was the rooftop bar where they have a large TV screen that was so bright, when on, that it spoiled your vision of the city at nightime.
Overall however I would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely hotel, great location in the centre of Madrid. Everything was within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. One downside was there is a nightclub below and opposite the hotel and the music was on until 6am on the Saturday night/Sunday morning. We were on the 1st floor and it was very loud. We had the courtyard view room which does not receive any natural daylight at all (1st floor, don’t know about upper floors). Overall we had a nice stay. The rooftop bar is really nice with views across the rooftops and into parque de campo

The location is amazing, in middle of everything, restaurant, transport, u can walk to some sightseeing… although it’s next to a “abandoned” building which doesn’t give it a Gud appearance.?

The room was a bit small, wid ugly views. The shower door didn’t close causing the bathroom to flood.

It has a small, too crowded for me, bar upstairs.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.,
