Our main disappointment was that the rooftop pool wasn’t open. It wasn’t clear when we were booking that the pool wouldn’t open until June. And since Madrid was experiencing a heatwave, it would have been really nice to have.

We loved our stay at The Inhala. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, accomplished and seems genuinely happy about our stay. They were full of suggestions for food, entertainment, transportation and shopping. The location was perfect! We highly recommend Inhala!

Not all areas of the hotel were available and the terraza didn’t have sun umbrellas! Not really good enough if your pale skin or is avoiding full sun exposure and once 7pm hits ur not allowed up there not even to sit in the sun which is pants. The other thing was the cascada was off for the two out of 3 days we were there

Destaca en la ubiación, pero las habitaciones son raras por llamarle de alguna manera, usan colores fuertes, y son un laberinto incluso dentro de la habitación, las ventanas estan en rincones aparte de la habitación e incluso en la primera que pedi cambio tenian una columna en medio del camino de uno de los lados de la cama.
Los pasillos son un laberinto, realmente muy raro, el hotel en si esta bien, tiene una muy excelente ubicación

We see lights outside our room 24 hours. There were no curtains to block the light from outside. We slept less though bedsheets are clean each day. I wish management could see how important it is to have curtains in a room esp. if lights are visible all the time.

Es un hotel remodelado orientado hacia una cultura ambiental muy linda y necesaria, sin embargo tengo una crítica severa a este y a cualquier hotel en Europa. La temperatura del cuarto no es controlable al antojo del huésped. Está establecido que vas a existir a 20.5 grados centígrados y punto. Gerencia y dueños de hoteles: Recuerden que el cuarto es pago por el huésped y $200 dólares la Noche por solo dormir no es barato. Lo siento pero yo no Salvo ningún planeta pasando calor cuando pago. El único beneficiario es el dueño del hotel. La temperatura es mi prioridad, no el bolsillo del dueño del hotel.

The room we were assigned was extremely small and not suitable for 3 people. The carpets were visibly dirty and no proper windows. The hotel front lobby was trying hard to be a 4-star but rooms were 2-star quality. Really unimpressed with this hotel.

There was not a day they did not clean our room, The breakfast was stocked and had the Spanish options of different varieties of cheeses, ham, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and small egg and potato omelets. Coffee machine had a variety of choices. There were a variety of breads, sweets, yogurt with options to add to the yogurt such as oats and raisins. There were juices, milk, water and a variety fruits.
The rooftop bar and restaurant had beautiful meals and drinks. The view was beautiful. The garden and waterfall were peaceful. Lots of transportation available near the hotel. There was an option of room service for full meals in your room, too.

The hotel is very nice and the front desk personnel was very helpful and friendly. However, the rooms need attention. The floor carpets are very dirty, the doors are damaged, the AC unit filter was covered in dust. Beds were very clean though. The hotel needs to renovate the rooms. The rest of the hotel is great and clean.

The location of this property is excellent however the property it self is old and dirty my room had cracks on the ceiling it looked that is was falling down. The out side of the hotel and the lobby are nice but the rooms are old and the carpet on the hallway is discussing.

The rooftop patio and bar were fantastic. And the staff was very friendly. However, the place does need some renovations. The rugs in the hallways were also worn.

Excellent location in centre of Madrid. Parking is a public car park next to hotel which is very tight for a large car and costs €33 for the night. Room very comfortable and roof top terrace is great for a drink and meal which was good quality.

This hotel is in a great location, next to the metro and easy walking to the city for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel looks great from the outside with great water feature and lots of greenery. However that is all superficial! Our room was on the first floor, the carpets leading to the room were extremely dirty, it is ingrained dirt and looked like it was never cleaned. The room was an ok size however the carpet was filthy. I wore my flip flops as didn’t want to walk on carpet. There is no sound proofing and when the room above us decided to shower at 12.30am, it felt like they were in the room with us. Only made worse when they used the hair dryer.
For the cost of the hotel room I expected I much better standard. It’s a 2/3 star hotel!

The room smelled musty and like smoke. The air conditioning produced a rotten egg smell. The walls were so paper thin that we could hear everything happening outside of our room as if it were in the room with us, specifically the bathroom of the room next door. The cleaning staff started very early in the morning and was extremely loud. The WiFi did not work the entire time, forcing us to use our data. Staff was kind and the location was great, very central, but the hotel is not worth it. Do not stay here!

The hotel is quaint or shabby chic but it’s probably due a reverb, as it was a little tired. The breakfast was very average and not worth the €19 each. The staff were generally welcoming but some could do with learning to smile. Great location and easy parking. Roof top bar was ok but could do with some shade on the top terrace.

This hotel is across the street from a metro station and steps away from Gran Via.

We were greeted by a nice waterfall wall upon entering the hotel. Our room was decent with modern decor. The pool is okay but the rooftop view is amazing.

The hotel is across the street from a DIA store (grocery) and a metro station and steps away from Gran Via.

We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to from this hotel. We never ate at the property there were just so many options around so we ate out for every meal.

The staff weren't super warm so we limited our interactions with them.

La ubicación es excelente, los empleados son super amables.
Lo que no me gustó es que los cristales no apartan el ruido de la calle y afuera había mucho ruido en la madrugada y era difícil descansar.

El baño apestaba mucho a humedad, el diseño de la bañera hacía que el agua cayera en una alfombra del pasillo y nos percatamos que había hongo.

We were worried with the bad reviews of the place after placing our booking.. we did not need to be.

This hotel is perfect. Its stunning inside, pool is lovely, roof top terrace is amazing and the rooms were beautiful. Prices for drinks are decent.

Can't comment on the food as didnt eat here.

Location is perfect.. literally everything on your doorstep 🙂

We will be back next July for our next girlie holiday!!

We chose the hotel because of its pet friendly policy. Indeed some of thhe staff were extremely helpful . Such as the housekeeping staff. However, one particular reception staff Carolina harrassed us twice in public about the dogs presence eventhough her colleagues had already checked her in as a service animal . This one bad apple makesthis hotel nota fully recommenable experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed to find that the room looked nothing like the photos shown on Expedia. The room was quite dated, and the shower was old and in need of renovation. Noise was also a major issue — I could hear my neighbors talking late into the night, which made it hard to get any rest. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, with shopping and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the condition of the room made the overall experience less enjoyable than I had hoped.

The hotel is freshly renovated & looks clean & inviting. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The open-air restaurnant/bar on the roof is spectacular. Issues were paper-thin walls and people inside the hotel & on the streets outside partying until dawn. The revelry was very loud and kept me from sleeping. Please add some hooks in the bathroom for my toiletry kit and/or clothes..

Hotel is in an excellent location. Very central to Madrids main shopping streets. Metro next door, so cannot fault that.
Breakfasts were acceptable. Not a wide selection, but everything is clean and fresh. Bedrooms very compact For a weekend break the hotel works.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms clean. We ended up in the annexe part of the hotel. The room in general, I felt needed some tlc and was rather tired and dated. The stay would have actually been ok where it not for the flat uncomfortable pillow (there was only one each and no spares). Plus, the rooms were advertised as soundproofed but the noise from slamming doors throughout the night (not just the other rooms in my hallway but other floors) meant I had the worst sleep I think I’ve ever had in a hotel. There was also strange mood music being played in the hallway which I could hear in my room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The carpet needs an upgrade. Its filthy. And Room temperature stays at 77° which is too hot for us. So we had to just leave the window open to survive.
