This property is unique. It is designed to attract students & business people, as it has plenty of areas for working at. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. The location is very close to the main tourist areas and is very walkable. The rooms are very quiet (at least ours was).

Pretty close to Metro and shopping mall (with a very nice supermarket). A short walking distance to shopping streets and attractions (Royal Palace). Love the decoration vibe of hotel interior design. Facilities are friendly to guests including cross training seasons, a big kitchen for self cooking plus a large area of dining. Love to see there are free laundry self-services. In room cleanliness was a big plus.

Everything was fine except the noise during the night . You can hear everything from the corridor , the doors are extremely noisy and I woke up a few times thinking that was people in my room . We slept terrible because the noise , The rooms are like a student room , it wasn’t at all what I expected from a 4 star hotel .

Fantastic stay. Wonderful and very friendly staff, who went above and beyond with everything we needed. Incredibly delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Rooms were great if a bit dark, beds comfortable. We did get a bit hot, as the A/C was not fantastic, and it was middle of summer. Really well located, across the street from Parque del Retiro. Overall would highly recommend it.

Turned out to be a scam

In the beginning it seemed an interesting alternative idea but it turned out to be a scam .
How they do it?
They advertise the hotel as a 4 star hotel in the facade.
This may be the case for some front rooms which happen almost always to be sold out and then they sell you something else which is located in an other building in the back of the hotel forgetting to mention that those rooms are of a different standard,the equivalent of a 2 star hotel.
As a result i paid an average of 130€ per night for a 2 star hotel with its relating problems i.e poor room service, almost no internet connection ect.
Where is my Hotels.com agent to protect me?
I think they better contact me to find out a remedy if they still want to do business with me in the future
P.S. I see now that they have made an addition which didn't existed when i made my reservation with Hotels.com trying to clear things out but they still confuse the consumer on purpose
I say on purpose because if they wanted to be correct they should have put two different signs on the facade of the hotel one sawing 4 stars and another sawing 2 stars so that the consumer realises that there are
two different standard hotels in there and there is a danger to get a 2 star room for the price of a 4 star one
I hope my agent Hotels.com interfere on time if not I shall have to take the matter to the competent consumer protection EU authorities

We had a blast in this hotel… This is just more than a hotel I feel like home… The pool, the gym, the rooftop bar Social Hub has everything that can makes you feel happy, comfortable… This place is amazing I highly recommend it and will definitely come back…
The only thing it is pricy that’s why my daughter did not book it but when she came to visit she regrets it….

Loved my stay at The Social Hub Madrid. Such a cool space and concept. Felt so welcomed from the minute I walked in. Staff are so friendly and accomodating. The hub has everything you need, food, entertainment, rooftop bar and pool, cool spaces. It’s close to public transport, great running/walking areas, a shopping centre and the royal palace. Couldn’t recommend more.

Great Value and Good Staff - Trendy

Friendly staff and great value.

Only let downs were no toaster at breakfast for both days, just a sign saying out of order.

Roof terrace and pool are great but the edge of the pool really needs cleaning.

Recommended. Hope they sort those 2 things.

I like the price. It is worth for the price. I was in Salamanca and needed a place to stay for 12 hours since I was attending a concert in Madrid. So, this hotel fits with all the features I was looking for. It is chic, young people. I have to mention that Sebastian at the front desk was great. He helped me looking for an oven at 6 o'clock in the morning.

Very happy with our stay. Perfectly clean rooms, food available late when we got in to check in at night, breakfast available until 11/12 depending on day of the week. We didn't spend much time there but any staff we did interact with were all friendly and helpful in either English or Spanish.

Great stay for a couple of days in madrid. It was walking distance to a lot of places and public transportation. Nice cafe/restaurant on site with good options. The rooftop and pool was small but very nice. I enjoyed my stay here and will try to stay at the other social hubs around europe when I visit.

The service was good and and the food was excellent although the pool was closed we played table tennis and we’ve rested by the pool check-in was very good gave me a free cookie. They also sell charging cables which was good as my dad forgot his. It it was very eco-friendly they gave us water in cartons. It was near the palace very near to the train station. The social hub is conveniently located 5 mins walk from subway and Plaza de Espana. Rooms are spacious, there is a cafeteria, a rooftop bar, a (small) swimming pool. The staff is nice and efficient.
Cafeteria has good coffee and food, i want to make a special mention for Claudia. It's not the first time i stay at TSH and it wont be the last.
