Very new and clean hotel room at the perfect location with perfect mattress!
Everything was great, the only issue was that the bathroom is just a little box in the corner of the room and the sink is outside the toilet. Also the shower has no privacy because of the glass door. We were a little surprised by the size of the room and the bathroom issues because photos didn’t show them clearly.
But other than that, everything was smooth. I was provided with free pass to the gym 10 min away which was nice.

It is one of the most wonderfully hotel I have travelled for over 70 countries.
Because I felt so welcomed in this super convenient location.
I was amazed that some of the details were so touching.
The main light switches were clearly marked; “please take me home” kit was very cute and filled with all sorts of things for travelling; coffee maker are great quality, all glasses are sparkling shiny; front desk stuffs are so helpful for recommendations also arrange for the taxi, they all speak very well English👍； I can see that every details are showing, they are working hard to make our staying very pleasant. Thank you so much, and I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Excellent hotel location behind the opera house with the Metro stop right outside the hotel for easy access to use and explore Madrid. Hotel is really in a great area, you have shops and the palace less than 5 mins from the hotel, the main shopping strip a 10 min walk away with excellent restaurant options literally on your doorstep .Room was clean and modern and very quiet.

The Plaza outside was quite noisy at night with people talking loudly which can be heard from the room. Other than that we had a fabulous time.

Great hotel in a perfect, central location. The receptionists were outstanding, always smiling and saying hello. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, despite being close to busy areas. There was a nice roof terrace too.

However, do NOT order a drink from the ‘skybar’ using the QR code. I eventually got my drink one hour later after repeatedly chasing it and going downstairs to the bar/restaurant. The manager just shrugged his shoulders and offered no apology. He should not be working in hospitality. I don’t expect high standards for service, but that was shocking. Obviously, I chose to never eat there, even though I was staying in the hotel for 7 nights.

The hotel is in a great central location, it was very clean, breakfast was one of the best I've had, the bar choices where really good, the room size was not bad considering is in the hart of Madrid even though we can hear the people talking out on the street. We liked the rooftop pool area, is small but perfecto for sunsets and wine.
The only bad experience was a lady in the food service that mistreated my wife. personel like her should not be allowed in a position to deal with customers without the proper trainings, I think her name was Desire, we also had dinner in the terrace thrusting the Michelin signs posted on the outside, ordered the seafood rice, they dont call it Paella but is pretty much a paella, it was salty and not great, it was just edible. But again the bar cocktails where the best.They just need to work on the overall customer service part.

Overall the stay was nice, but note that the location of this hotel is extremely loud and across the street from a night club where people are loud and chatting in the street until 6-7am. And then “normal” life starts. So it is really difficult to get good rest.

The hotel is very chic and pretty. Restaurant Mar Mia is excellent and the staff is exceptional. Try the Caesar salad…our sever said it was “very huge”, and that was the truth and it was delicious! The rooftop pool area is very nice but the umbrellas do not tilt to allow you to be in the shade…defeats the purpose of having umbrellas.

The room was nice but not vey functional. Tiny open area to hang clothes. No place to place suitcases other than the floor, no Kleenex. The toilet is inside a small plywood box with no exhaust fan and no audio privacy [read echo chamber]. Design aesthetic definitely took precedence over functionality.

The common spaces are beautiful and the hotel staff were responsive and kind. Overall, a good experience, especially Mia Mar restaurant.

Excellent location and great hotel. Warm welcome on arrival and friendly staff. Rooms are a great size with all amenities.
Beware though that the shower unit is open so you need to feel comfortable with anyone you share a room with. When we arrived we were in a room overlooking the plaza and did not realise there would be street parties until atleast 7.00am so got no sleep on our first night. Staff were great and moved us after that. Pool is more of a plunge pool than swimming pool. It is tiny and in the August heat got extremely busy.
All things considered, we would return to this hotel and recommend it.

Check in was easy and fast, was offered refreshment while checking in which was a lovely gesture. We stayed on the third floor with direct view of theatre house, the air conditioned room was clean and high class, had coffee machine, snacks and mini fridge filled with drinks. His and her basins which I liked very much. The beds were cosy and comfortable, the first night ended with me relaxed with bottle of complimentary wine and watching people in the square. Must check out the rooftop swimming pool/bar, the view was amazing at night. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, cafes and shops. So much food to choose from, (just a bit pricey but I guess we are in the capital). I saw some review mentioned the noise outside the hotel as it was in such close proximity to the theater house, which was true but it wasn’t that bad. Overall the hotel surpass my expectation, definitely recommend it.

Avoid the first floor rooms

Would’ve been perfect except the room was one floor above the street and the noise from the people gathering below 24/7 was a pain. We could hear every word and sound through the window until 3am… definitely disappointing…

Really great location and solid hotel. Only issues were confusion with billing and also when wanted to go to the bar to just have a drink were really not made to feel welcome. The lack of lounge is an issue and the seating was full in the pool area with no other options

Nice but just not nice enough

Overall hotel was very nice and terrific location. They did not offer wash cloths or a box of tissues in the room.
There was no replacement of the water bottles in the room. For a highly rated hotel they just missed the mark for service. Also our room had a funky smell. It appeared that the air in the room was scented, possibly to cover up the funky odor.

Staff were so kind and helpful when we arrived. Hotel room was clean and modern. Loved the bathroom. The hotel allowed us to walk every where due to its prime location. Most importantly they provide free parking. Lived our stay and would definitely stay again.
