Muy buena elección. Para llegar en súper fácil, la zona es tranquila y segura. Cuando llegamos la atención del staff fue muy agradable. La habitación limpia y con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. De verdad que un hotel para regresar varias veces.
El único detalle es un por fuera hay zonas de L fachada que se están pelando lo que daría un aspecto no tan bueno, pero después de la estancia, queda sin importancia

It was cute and so clean! The staff was super and very nice. The only thing is that there are no close walkable dining options. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe but is 25 minutes away from central Madrid so you are not close to the touristy areas. Transportation back and forth starts to add up.

The property is ok but needs renovation outside and the carpets inside. Irene and Inez on the front desk were very friendly but my bad review is for the hotel. I had a reservation and my flight was cancelled I contacted them to explain my situation from the beginning and proved them my flight was really cancelled. I had to make a new reservation and in the end I stayed 2 days and the hotel charged me double each day and I was completely ignored abut doing a return or part of the return. I try many times to explain them and the answer was always no and nothing to do. I won’t recommend this place to anyone who is traveling because if you have any kind of issue and can’t make it on time you will be charged with no refunds.

The hotel is located in a business park and was very close to where we had to work.
Staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable but outside the building looks run down. Flaking paint etc. but inside is ok.
Breakfast was excellent.
Is not far from the airport and a 15 euros taxi to Playa España. Or there is an underground station 5 minutes away to go into Madrid center

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok, nothing special though. Rooms don't have air conditioning, so the only way to keep cool at night is to open the window, which lets in mosquitoes. I would stay there again, but would bring insect repellent.

Not recommended.

This hotel did not look like a 4-star hotel, exterior was bad, facilities were extremely basic and minimal no tea/coffee facilities in room, 9 euros for breakfast which wasn’t worth it at all. Had lots of flies in our room whe we arrived and reception had to get it sorted. No local amenities such as shops or cafes felt like we were out in the sticks somewhere. Taxi prices were extortionate to city of Madrid cost me 70 euros from hotel back to airport and 65 euros from airport to hotel. Awful. Shocked at how little English staff spoke which made communicating really hard and frustrating although he staff were very friendly and helpful where they could be.

Amazing rooms

The rooms in this hotel are brilliant- almost like a small flat. The downside is it is in a commercial area with very little around for a tourist. However, the light railway is a short walk away, and runs until very late, so it is easy to get into Central Madrid. Would consider staying here again if I return to Madrid.

A good value and we would stay there again because the price was right. The facility and room however are showing wear and tear. It has not been kept up but it was clean. The site felt safe the room was spacious and the amenities were also good. Soap and shampoo are provided. Easy and free parking. Our bargain internet price did not include breakfast. Good stay but not if you pay full price.

Safe place, well communicated, quite room, comfortable bed, clean, free garaged parking, fast reliable WiFi, etc. For me I give it a 10 and is one of the best hotel in the area! Better than AC , NH and any other 4star Hotel in the area.

Hotel is beginning to show signs of age. Floor in room was scratched and gapped in places. Front of building is in dire need of paint. Little, if any insulation between rooms. Breakfast was nice though, and the location was convenient for getting the train to the city center (about 30 minutes total).

The hotel is ideally located in Pozuelo however I do not recommend it if you are looking to visit Madrid because it is definitely far from the city center.

The hotel it self is very nice, the staff is very kind and helpful too. You have a good choice for breakfast and the restaurant is decent as well.

We had a free late check out and this was really enjoyable.

Plenty of free parking spots.

The only two things negative is that in our room the floor was broken giving an impression of lack of maintenance and a terrible wifi connection (free, but still).

Overall it's nice and friendly.
If you have reasons to be in the area then i recommend it. If not, better choose a hotel closer to the city center. It takes about 50 EUR to get from the airport to the hotel and about 30 mins drive. Public transport takes about 45-60 mins to city center.
There is a shopping mall within walking distance and a HUGE cinema.
The breakfast is average. Not much to talk about.
The bed pretty hard and the sheets did not look too new. Clean but worn out.
Otherwise, they have nice conference rooms and all services and facilities are alright.

Stayed here for business for three nights. The room was nice and large. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable. One thing that was odd, was reception didn't have any travel plug adaptors. Kinepolis nearby had some alternatives to the hotel restaurant, but not much nearby. Also, don't tell your taxi driver Eurostars Hotel, say i-hotel, pronounced (ee-hotel).

Good hotel in most respects, especially for the money, but very far from everything of interest in Madrid. Especially if you plan to use public transportation, keep in mind that the station near it (five-minute walk) is not Madrid metro but rather light rail connected to it, which only runs twice an hour most of the day on weekends. As a result, it may take an hour or even more to get to museums, etc.

Excellent. Downtown with the streetcar and metro (one change) in 25-30 minutes and a 5 minute walk to it. We stayed 2 nights and were happy with the room, the service, the selection at breakfast and all. It is a great mid range hotel. Would happily stay again when in Madrid. The only negative, nothing to do with the Hotel, was that the athletic team tenagers staying on the entire rest of the same floor on the second night were running around and noisy in the Hallway at 2 o'clock in the morning until I put them in their place. Boys will be boys, but the girls were also involved :):). After that smooth sleeping.

Personal muy atento y educado. El único inconveniente es lo alejado del centro de la ciudad que está, lo cual es un handicap a la hora de transportarte hacia los lugares de interés. También tiene ciertas deficiencias en las instalaciones electricas de la habitación y las cerraduras de las puertas son bastante inseguras ya que no cierran bien a la primera. En cambio, es un lugar amplio, moderno y luminoso. Bastante tranquilo y silencioso.

•Ascensores: Dos ascensores disponibles para mayor comodidad.
•Recepción: Atención excelente y amable por parte del personal.

Habitación - Suite Junior:
•Capacidad: Perfecta para 2 adultos, un niño de 2 años y 4 meses, y un bebé de 2 meses.
•Cama y sofá cama:
•Cama de matrimonio con dos almohadas adicionales (4 en total).
•Sofá cama ya montado y con sábanas listas (fácil de recoger en segundos si se necesita espacio).
•Distribución:
•Dos mesas grandes para colocar maletas.
•Dos armarios en la entrada para ropa y chaquetas.
•Baño:
•Espacioso, con bidé, WC, ducha y bañera.
•Excelente limpieza.

Comodidades:
•Mini bar.
•Aire acondicionado en perfecto funcionamiento.
•Vistas al exterior.
•Toallas: Suficientes para cada huésped (4 en total, solicitadas previamente).

Espacios comunes y servicios:
•Desayuno buffet: Variado y completo, ideal para familias.

Opinión general:
Anteriormente nos alojamos en habitaciones dobles, pero la elección de la Suite Junior esta vez fue perfecta debido al crecimiento de nuestro hijo mayor, quien ya requiere más espacio. La habitación ofrece una gran comodidad para familias, con detalles bien pensados y servicios de alta calidad.

Conclusión:
Un hotel muy completo que recomendaría a familias por sus instalaciones, limpieza, atención del personal y comodidades.

Nuesrtra experiencia ha sido insatisfactoria desde que llegamos por lo impersonal que fue nuestra llegada. Hotel poco acogedor y las habitaciones antiguas y con poca insonorizacion que no ayudan al descanso. Y siendo sabado a las 7.30 de la mañana ya se escuchaba la aspiradora del personal de limpieza.

Am Rande von Madrid mit Ausblick auf den nahegelegenen Golfplatz, direkt an einer Schnellstraße im Gewerbegebiet gelegen. Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel für Reisegruppen auf der Durchreise mit sehr freundlichem Personal, wunderbarem Frühstück und kostenloser Garage, großen Zimmern mit Grünblick.
