Breakfast is very good, however toaster was not working at the time and the lady working there has negative attitude, and show no respect to customers. Don’t buy nor expect any kind of breakfast above a standard basic American buffet. Paid more than enough for breakfast just to arrive with a little to nothing available and the staff attitude was extremely poor and made us feel like they’re doing us a favor to bring basics like yogurt. The restaurant choices are poor and the food quality was abysmal at night. Do not expect any food services if you stay at this location. $300 plus a night and it feels like you stayed at the budget Inn

Outskirts of Madrid

The hotel is located in a very nice area on the outskirts of Madrid. You need to have a vehicle to make this a good fit.
The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and a great variety from eggs, bacon, an assortment of breads, pastries and freshly squeezed juices as well as Spanish tortilla and cold cuts. Cleanliness and comfort, superb.

Very Good for a business trip

Well appointed hotel and very convenient for the adjoining business park. Room was very comfortable - great shower - and staff very welcoming. Range of dining is limited in the evenings, which is a shame given limited choice in the vicinity.

Good: Very clean. Nice size family room. Quiet neighborhood. Parking available you have a car. Great for family travel if you have a car. A bit difficult to find at night.

Bad: The walls are bit too thin for this class of hotel.

A few nights stay as i was on business in La Finca - the hotel is well placed to serve the business district. Its also close to transport to get into Madrid, and supported by taxi rank to get to and from the airport.

Very clean, modern feel with all decor and furniture in keeping with a modern business hotel. other than the restaurant / bar and the rooms i didn't seek out or use other facilities. The food was well presented, freshly prepared and of a good standard. Wifi was fast and reliable in the bar and my room. No real compromises on this hotel, its a little pricey but I'll use it for my next stay.

No swimming pool and the smallest/worst equipped gym I have ever seen.
First Night the TV was not working. I reported it and receptionist kinda shrugged and said Maintenance Guys had left for the evening. No attempt was made to note down my room number or log the issue.

Quick Business

The hotel is nice, but it is not really close to anything except a business park. So, this is not a hotel for tourists. I had dinner in the bar, and the hamburger was excellent. The rooms are spacious; however, the mattress was very hard and not comfortable. Service was very friendly, and the WiFi was the fastest that I have experienced in a hotel for quite some time.

I am a big fan of the AC hotels. This one is in a business park, and therefore the services offered Thursday were very different than the ones offered on Friday - nonetheless I was surprised - the restaurant was closed Friday afternoon until Sat breakfast. The bar was closed Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon. From Fri - Sun room service was only cold food, and no alcohol was available. Finally, the person on duty at the front desk all Saturday was not able to send a fax internationally, would not let me figure it out, and was in general not helpful (Business Center also closed Fri afternoon - Sunday afternoon).

Was here over a weekend. Hotel was very quiet. Staff pleasant and room very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast for two at 37 Euros quite steep and not many immediate alternatives near the hotel. We left the hotel for breakfast the second day.

Es un hotel estupendo, situado al lado del parque de oficinas. Las habitaciones son muy luminosas y grandes, te dan todo tipo de comodidades, el check in muy rápido. Es necesario el coche pero si se dispone de el es un hotel muy recomendable.
