It was very confortable. The staff service were so nice. That's pity after two times the staff for the shower, in the bathroom didn't resolved our problem, because the water didn't move very fast, after a shower. However, we're love it the place, the quarter and it was a very attention staff. Great, thank you.

We couldn’t stay in the property, we were told that due to a water leak in the upper part of the property. He couldn’t speak English and another resident had to explain to us. Then he dropped us in another hotel for the first night, but didn’t inform the staff if we would be able to stay in there for the other 2 nights. We had drive back to the hotel and he drove us to a hostel for another night. Then we spent our last night in the airport u all right as our flight was early morning. This spoiled our trip and I will be contacting Expedia to get refund

When we arrived there was nobody in the reception, we had to wait for more than one hour untill someone arrived to receive.
After that, the hotel had our reservation but there was no empty rooms, and the we were transferred to another hotel, further away.
A very bad experience.

Great if close parking and wifi not a priority.

The hotel was chosen for two major requirements (amongst others):-
Parking to unload a very, very full car and a bike - what parking!!!!! Room for one (maybe at a push) two cars behind a gate which had to be unlocked - basically useless.
Wifi to download a lot of information - very weak and sporadic reception.
Other than that excellent.
For my specific requirement very poor however for most who have no specific requirement for parking or wifi - fantastic value.

Perfectly clean and friendly

Had a great stay. The hotel was spotless. Rooms a little small but very comfortable. Bathroom showers fabulous. The staff are brilliant, informative and extremely friendly. Location requires bus into centre but they are very regular. Nice bar/restaurant near.

Good location to center

It´s a distance from the Train stop. So if you are not from the area go to the tourist section and get a map of the metro. Very easy and inexpensive to get there. Metro (€1.50) and bus (€1.50). They allow luggage on. I and a friend had 4 luggages together. It may be tiring with luggage. But very cheap!! After that you can get anywhere you would want to using bus and metro. Great and cheap transportation.
The hotel and service was great. Room was small but clean and comfortable.

Silencioso y tranquilo, personal amable, limpio. No me gustó que el día de el check in no estaba disponible mi habitación y me trasladaron con mi familia a otro hotel del cual me corrieron al día siguiente de forma brusca y tuve que pagar un taxi nuevamente al hostal. Ce n est pas ce qu on attend d un 3 etoiles.... les finitions sont bacles, les murs sont trop fins et c est donc bruyants (les espagnols parlant fort)... mais tous ca passe encore qu en on y est juste pour faire dodo! Opinión sobre mi estancia en el hotel

Reservamos una habitación con la opción de dos camas individuales o una cama doble. Dejé un mensaje al hotel solicitando dos camas individuales y proporcioné mi número de teléfono, pero nadie me contactó para informarme que no sería posible. Fue una gran decepción llegar y ver que había una cama doble.

Además, no había ni nevera ni microondas, ni en la habitación ni en el hotel, lo cual fue un inconveniente.

A pesar de estos pequeños problemas, el equipo fue muy amable y, por suerte, había una persona que hablaba inglés, lo que facilitó mucho la comunicación.

Desagradável - Gerente mal educado

O local fica afastado de Madri. Dependendo do horário não tem transporte público para voltar. Não tem frigobar nos quartos e nenhuma geladeira na propriedade. Tem uma máquina que vende comidas e bebidas, contudo essa máquina constantemente trava e rouba as moedas dos clientes. O Gerente do local é sem educação não sabe tratar os hóspedes e é conivente com o roubo da máquina, chegando ao extremo de acusar os hóspedes de quererem enganar a propriedade para pedir reembolso (preço máximo 1,8 euro). Enquanto aguardava o horário do meu trem vi 3 hóspedes com problemas na máquina.. Quarto pequeno para 3 pessoas. Não recomendo!

Séjour gâché par un employé malveillant

Séjour vraiment gâché par un des employés désagréable limite psychopathe (il se reconnaitra, ses 2 autres collègues étaient plutôt sympathiques). L’hôtel a une pièce avec un distributeur de sandwiches/boissons/café. Et à certains moment de la journée un micro ondes est apparemment mis à disposition. Sauf qu'un jour, ma compagne y chauffe un plat, un des employés arrête le micro ondes, sort le plat, débranche le four et part avec sans autre explication.
Le lendemain, il frappe 2 fois à notre porte, et lorsque j'ouvre, il frappe a une autre porte et ne donne aucune explication...Et en parallèle, il avait toujours besoin de nous surveiller lorsque nous étions assis a la terrasse de l’hôtel.
En conclusion, est ce que ce type se conduit comme ça avec tout le monde ? ou n'aime t-il pas les français ? ou bien s'agit-il d'autre chose.

O nosso quarto estava em manutenção e o gerente nos encaminhou via táxi prontamente para uma apart hotel próxima ao local com o check in realizado.Fiquei muito satisfeita com o comprometimento e a rápida solução.
Embora não foi como o programado, a rápida solução compensou e não nos trouxe transtornos.

DE LO PEOR LO PEOR

Ha sido nefasta, miy sucio , la habitacion nada mas entrar olia a tabaco y las sabanas tambien, la colcha y las sabanas estaban quemadas y sucias, las toallas muy sucias, lo peor es que las paredes son de papel por lo que se oye todo y cuando digo todo es todo. Solicite cambio de habitacion y me dijeron que todas las habitaciones eran iguales y que no habia posibilidad de cambio. No volvere nunca y desde luego lo desaconsejare, parecia un hotel de citas.

Para empezar en la recepción no había nadie, tuvimos que llamar, vino el gerente en estado de ebriedad, con olor fuerte a alcohol y falta de elocuencia al hablar, por no mencionar su actitud prepotente. No pudieron ubicarnos hasta media hora después. Al entrar el suelo de la habitación estaba sucio y había un montón de hormigas, además las sábanas estabas llenas de pelos, cómo si no las hubiesen cambiado y otras con manchas de sangre. A la hora de acostarnos no hacíamos más que escuchar la pelea que había abajo, no había modo de descansar. Otra decepción fue la ducha, que salía o helada o hirviendo, no había punto medio, francamente no volveríamos, no lo recomiendo para nada.

El día que llegamos nos mandaron a otro hotel de la misma cadena “TH aparthotel La florida” ya que no habían habitaciones en aravaca garden, ahí pasamos 2 noches, a la hora de entregar la llave nos dijeron que si queríamos quedarnos ya allí y aceptamos, nos dejaron 1 noche más, al día siguiente vino el dueño de avarca garden a llevarnos en coche hasta allí. Sé que fue una irresponsabilidad nuestra habernos subido al coche de un desconocido pero en caliente hicimos lo que pudimos. Nos empezó a dar miedo ese señor, llegamos a aravaca garden y nos dio la llave un señor con procedencia colombiana, nos lleva a un zulo, en el sótano del lugar, apestaba a humedad, todo destrozado, el baño lleno de pelos, la habitación apestaba a cigarro, yo soy asmática y no podía respirar, no habían limpiado nada y encima la ventana que teníamos daba a un patio más sucio y lleno de bichos.
Escribimos a expedía, le dijimos que esos señores parecían mafiosos, que no nos sentíamos seguros, que del asma estaba asfixiada y solo nos ofrecieron unos puntos, para usarlos 35 días después. Cuando solo queríamos que nos sacaran de allí, tuvimos que trancar la puerta y apalancar cosas por si nos entraban por la noche, pasamos muchísimo miedo, expedía no da ningún tipo de solución. NO RESERVEN

Las personas que nos atendieron fueron todos muy amables. Siempre con una sonrisa, siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
La sala de maquinas expendedoras es un mini pasillo con dos maquinas que no aceptan tarjetas, solo efectivo. Una de café y otra de chuches.
La habitacion estaba muy limpia, agradable y con aire acondicionado.
El baño estaba como taponado, el agua de la bañera tardaba horas en bajar. Una noche tuve que ponerme de manitas pq el wc tenia una pérdida y no me dejaba dormir el sonido y de las toallas, habia una sucia.
Para moverte en autobús tienes que fijarte en el horario del carril vao pq hay horas durante las cuales los autobuses no paran cerca.

He reservado en esta estancia varias veces porque me viene bien por la zona que es muy buena y tiene todo cerca en coche, pero poco a poco va perdiendo calidad. A mi llegada no estaba el recepcionaste y nos tocó esperar bastante ya que no tiene ni un telefono movil donde localizarlo.
En contramos varios cabellos largos entre las sabanas y las toallas olian a humedad. El cobertor de la cama se veia ya bastante desgastado y con quemaduras de cigarillos en ella y por ultimo la habitacion tenia una gotera en el techo que caian las gotas justo en el cabecero. He me hospedado varias veces y en esta ocasion ha sido deficiente. Es una pena.

Mala disposición y mal servicio al cliente

Por error reservé una fecha que era solo un día antes a la que necesitaba. Era entre semana aún así y aunque Expedia les contactó se negaron a hacer el cambio al siguiente día. Sabiendo que era entre semana. Además cuando llamé el señor que contestó el teléfono fue bastante borde como si le molestase que llamara. Finalmente no nos quedamos allí. Preferimos perder el dinero a ir a un sitio donde seguro nos van a tratar mal.
