Staff is top notch . This hotel is my home in Madrid . I feel overly safe and trust me Fernando is the best staff I have ever dealt with . His patience and ability to help whenever he can . Close to super market and the designer out is a few minutes walk .

Great stay given the cost. Convenient and parking. Rooms are utilitarian, but nice and clean. The only issue is the area. It is not walkable to anything. I travel for work so it is perfect. Right on A6 and plenty of running trails with nice views.

Highly recommended clean and simple hotel

Very good hotel, clean and simple. They have a high eco awareness.
They have a free nespresso business coffe machine and juices at the lobby. The breakfast is very good.
Ver near to a train station and carrefour supermarket.

El agua de desagüe del lavabo salía por el plato de ducha. Las habitación congeladas y con una calefacción pésima. En el desayuno el microondas sin limpiar desde que se compró. Penoso. No recomiendo a nadie quedarse por el mismo dinero muchas mejores opciones en la zona.

Esperiencia mala .
Una noche entera apestado por un intenso olor y humo a mari guapa. Ruidos durante toda ka noche . La habitacion tenia una puerta que comunicaba con la habitacion contigua cerrada con un pequeño pestillo y los ocupantes de la habitacion de al lado intentaron abrir en varias ocasiones a lo largo de la nadrugada .El no haber perdonal nocturno hace impisible revertir cualquier problema . No recomiendo .

Experiencia inadmisible en todos los sentidos.

Reservamos en B&B Yeguada La Parrilla a través de hoteles.com para que mi marido y un compañero, que trabajan de noche en Madrid, pudieran descansar tras su turno. Todo estaba confirmado y pagado. Sin embargo, cuando llamé para organizar su llegada, la respuesta fue surrealista: no admiten check-in después de las 21:00, y aunque llegaran de madrugada tendrían que esperar en la puerta hasta las 8 de la mañana, sin excepción. Ni una solución, ni un mínimo de empatía.

A las 8:00 h, tras toda la noche trabajando y dos horas esperando en el coche, llegaron puntualmente… ¿y qué se encuentran? Que el recepcionista —el padre de la encargada— dice que \"cree que no tienen habitación\", a pesar de tener una reserva confirmada y pagada. Y aún peor: que mejor se fueran a otro sitio. Solo después de mucha insistencia y amenaza de llamar a la policía accedieron a dejarlos pasar, con desgana y un trato hostil.

El problema no es solo la pésima gestión, sino la absoluta falta de educación y humanidad. No se trata de normas, se trata de sentido común y de saber tratar a las personas. No es un sitio barato, y desde luego no ofrece ni calidad ni profesionalidad.

No recomiendo bajo ningún concepto este alojamiento. Quien gestiona un B&B debe entender que trabaja con personas, no con reservas automáticas. Aquí ni lo uno ni lo otro.

Şehir merkezine çok uzak bir otel. Arabasız ulaşım çok zor. Kazara fiyatına aldanıp rezervasyon yaptım yapmaz olaydım dünyanın parasını verdim ulaşıma ve çok zorlandım. Kahvaltısı açık büfe sunuluyor orta halli denebilir.odalar fena değil temiz sayılır. Ses yalıtımı berbat bütün gece yan odadaki adamla kadının münasebetini dinledik 😊

Mi estancia en el hotel fue agradable en general. La habitación estaba limpia y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente.

Sin embargo, el desayuno fue muy pobre y decepcionante. Embutidos de baja calidad, pocas opciones saludables y mucha bollería. Muy caro para lo que es.

Por estos motivos, le doy 3 estrellas. El alojamiento está muy bien, pero el desayuno no lo recomendaría.
