I really enjoyed my stay here. I was looking on Expedia for Madrid hotels around Christmas time and the prices were absolutely insane so that’s how I chose this hotel since the rates were more than fair. True…you aren’t staying in the main tourist area. But you can get to “Sol”, basically the center of the tourist region, by taking one train from right near the Ramada Tres Cantos. The ride is about 30 minutes and very inexpensive. And this hotel is also very convenient to the airport as a bus leaves from right around the corner that goes straight to the airport.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and I enjoyed the breakfast. Usually European hotels are mobbed at breakfast time but this hotel was calm and quiet which was pleasant.

I also appreciated the early check in which was unexpected but appreciated.

This was a great place to stay! My wife and daughter and I stayed here one night before heading to the airport and it was spacious and clean. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend staying here!

Lleve una muy mala experiencia, cuando sali de mi habitación la primera noche deje dicho q no hicieran limpieza en mi habitación y no hicieron caso , entraron a mi habitación hicieron limpieza y se llevaron mis audifonos airpods pro max connun costo de 600 dolares llame al hotel para poner mi queja y me dijeron q eso era imposible llame. Expedia pero tampoco tuve ayuda asi que tengan mucho cuidado con sus pertenencias de valor cuano se hospeden en este hotel

Perfect for our requirements. We flew in and out of Madrid with a one night stay at this property either side of a week in Alicante. Tres Cantos is easy to reach by train or taxi from Madrid and the nightly rates at this hotel are much lower. There is a nice park nearby, grocery stores and some low key restaurants. The hotel breakfast is very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Courteous staff, easy check-in. Paid parking but you can street park if you don't want to pay in the weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside the gym was a storage room not a gym.
Breakfast was delicious.
Close to a nice park with playground for the kids and adults outdoor gym.

Great overnight stay

Anna, the night check-in staff was very nice and helped us booked our extra luggage fee over the phone with the bus company. We greatly appreciate it since next day is a Sunday and the bus station office is closed. The Hotel is very good and I definitely recommend it.

Nothing to complain about. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. They even told us where to go in the city and how to get there. Breakfast was tasty as well. Breakfast was extremely poor and food was terrible. The reception guy called Jorge had no manners whatsoever. I kindly asked him to please check Breaakfast Area as there was no food at all and he started to laugh and tell me off because there were only 5 slices of ham on a plate. I was supposed to feed my wife and children with those 5 ham slices.I have been workig in the airline industry for more than 20 years and such a poor service. Very friendly helpful reception staff, nothing was too much trouble.
The room was very large and comfortable, great beds, kettle tea and coffee and even English t.v. Also any toiletries you may have forgotten are available from reception free of charge. How good is that!!

Stay was fine but it was far from airport. Had a dog and it was allowed for 15 euros. Parking available for a fee. WiFi was very good. Breakfast included and good. Only downside was the bed smell from the restroom - bath curtain not properly cleaned.

Nice hotel, great for families, very clean

Nice hotel, 500 mtrs from Renfe metro rail takes 26mins to SOL, very convenient. 5 mins to bus stop.

From Airport Take 827 to Tres cantos, we used bus to and fro to airport T4. Convenient buses every 20mins on weekdays and every 1hr on weekends. Fare is 2.6 euros per person. Cab would have been 40 euros.

Good breakfast served from 6.45am to 10.30am.
Very clean rooms, friendly staff, will help you with maps and directions.
Safe and peaceful location.
We stayed for 5 nights during christmas time with 2 adults, 2 kids.
There is a grocery store next to metro to keep you under budget.

Highly recommended hotel.

Nice Place to Lay Your Head; No atmosphere at all!

The hotel is very clean. The hallways are worn; carpet is dirty and it is also shared space with an office complex. There is really nothing to do in the area. You need a car to get around and the tab from the airport was $50 each way. Just know that this is an industrial district. If you are looking for a place to rest your head for the night this is fine; nothing more. Highlights; the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. The drinks at the bar are reasonably priced and very good. This is important because they stop selling wine at 10 pm in Spain; who knew! The breakfast is also very nice and included in the room charge. The Internet is a plus as well and works extremely well. The bathroom was my favorite part of the room. It is updated and my daughter and I took a nice bath together comfortably and she is 8 years old. The family room is still small; my husband and I and our 8 yr. old daughter and it was a tight squeeze.

Perfect location near to the centre

Nice welcome in English. Rooms allocated quickly. Facilities clean. Buffet breakfast was as expected. Free Wi-Fi a major bonus. Not many restaurants open on a Sunday night but thats just circumstance.

Excellent value for money hotel with friendly staf

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff (especially Jorge) were extremely friendly on arrival and even let us in to our rooms early after our long journey. We were travelling with kids and were given adjoining linked rooms without being asked which was a bonus! The rooms were clean and well equipped and the air conditioning was a must being over 40 degrees Celsius outside! The hotel is situated very close to the train station for getting into Madrid and the train prices were very reasonable. breakfast was great and there are some local restaurants for eating out (recommend the BBQ cafe in the park if you have kids as they can play whilst you eat). Overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend it despite being just outside of Madrid.

I had the air conditioning on high all night, and could barely feel any cool air.
The air con only worked if you had your key in the slot, so you couldn't leave it running while you were out.

I was the only patron in the dining room, and the food was mediocre.

My room in Madrid was actually less expensive than Tres Cantos. Next time I would stay in Madid and commute.

Lo único que podría decir es que si te quedas varios días seguidos el desayuno podría llegar a ser repetitivo, pero para unos días, está genial. Estaba limpio, toallas de sobra, tenían champú, gel de ducha y bodymilk y una tabla para planchar en la habitación. Tele de buen tamaño y temperatura agradable.
