The place smelled amazing. The staff are really friendly. The only reason I didn’t get a five star is because when I checked in, I was traveling solo, but as the guy was giving me my card, he literally announced to everybody what room I was in which I wasn’t, a fan of the room was great.

This hotel is located in San Sebastian de Los Reyes area and in our case it was located at the perfect place to be close to our family and friends living in Madrid. This time of the year with cold weather the rooms have only heaters in use. If you want to cool your room just open a window and shut off the heater and it will be great. The only possible issue for this location is parking space if you are renting a car since you will need to park in the street if parking is available. We were using taxi and friends for our moves so it was not an issue for us. The room could be a bit small for some. Not an issue for us. Last but not least, the beds are on the extra firm side, so if you need a soft bed that is not going to happen. We did request a couple of extra large blankets and my wife placed them under the mattress cover and it helped her to make it a bit more comfortable. I would probably stay in this hotel, but I always look for others in the same area to compare rates. Recommended.

Room was fine - hotel was in a strange location in the middle of a neighborhood with parking problems and accessibility problems with steep stairs just to get into the hotel. Staff were pleasant, food was good, but I also git back late to the hotel and it was literally chained closed. I had to wait for the hotel staff to open up the door for me.

Very Nice Hotel. Television isn’t smart, all channels are in Spanish. Very boring for non Spanish speakers.
The hotel is in outskirts of Madrid, hence not suitable for tourists who want to enjoy the city life of Madrid.

Reception was warm on arrival. However the room walls were paper thin. Very noisy over night from guests closing doors. Outside the hotel is like an amphitheatre so all conversations were projected upto the rooms. Did not sleep well at all. Other than that the breakfast was good and plentiful. Our prime reason for booking was the secure underground parking, however with an estate car, manoeuvring was very tight and slow. Do not think we will be staying here next year.

It's all about the customer service / friendliness

The customer service was outstanding. Nani was amazing making us feel at home and any of our questions were treated as a high priority. I would totally recommend this place thanks to its friendly and helpful staff. Same goes for the gentleman managing the breakfast, he was incredibly helpful. Also I think \"Vivian\" at reception was more than helpful printing some important documents. It feels like this hotel has some good staff that they really need to keep :)

It is a bit far out of Madrid city centre, however hotel will all a can for you, amazing service, continental breakfast everyday, cleaning everyday, have all the facilities you need and more. Cute little area near loads of locals, and very relaxing, I would rate this hotel an easy 4*. Only downer is the room is slightly small, but I have only tried this hotel once, it’s got Air Con and safe to say a very lovely hotel with lovely staff!!

Simple and perfect for our need...

We stayed here for 1 night after our 10 hour flight. It was a simple yet perfect hotel for our need. Dinner was good, and breakfast was included. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Definitely recommend after a long flight when heading to other destinations as part of your trip.

Outside Madrid zone. Difficult to find. Restaurant open at morning, then closed, then open again from 8-10pm, nearest supermarket 1km, noisy rooms. But very friendly staff, and great bed.

I expected less for the price I paid. The room was clean and clear, complimentary internet (it's a must for me), the breakfast is good. It's not a family hotel, good if you have meetings in Alcobendas or around.

Just ok but not ideal if stopping over in Madrid with your own car!

The location of the hotel was not ideal if driving your own car there. Although it said free parking included -to use the underground parking they charged us extra for this. The hotel was fair but set in such a built up area that it was very difficult to find - even with a sat nav! It overlooks a very noisy square which is surrounded by high Apt blocks attached on all sides [or overlooking the road] depending on your room; so if you open a window it is too noisy to sleep!
The room we stayed in was clean and there was a 3 course set menu in the hotel dinning room, which was we thought a very reasonable price at first. We did not want to venture out with the car again [after the effort of finding the hotel the 1st time!] to try local eating holes. As my wife is disabled there was not a good choice of local close places to go and eat anyhow. However sadly the hotel food was of poor quality and mainly pretty cold. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, unless you stuck to the cold selection, which was not too bad. Staff in dining room certainly prefered to serve Spanish people first! Good size fluffy bath towels in bathroom and a choice of free shampo/tooth paste etc. Again you can make do if for one night as it is cheap and cheerful; however l will not be using it again as l would rather a better location and better food.

Hard mattress. Sheets weren't changed often. Bathtub could get some more cleaning. You can hear the couple next room having sex... and they can hear you too. Not a big thing but could use a little more privacy.

Overall a nice stay if you don't mind all of the above.

Great Hotel

There isn't much to say about the negatives of this hotel other than it being an hour outside the city, but there is a metro stop a ten minute walk from the hotel so it really isn't that bad. If you want to stay out late though it can be a problem because the metro closes at 2am so you would have to leave at 1am at the latest which is when the night life starts in the city.
Room was a little small but nothing was wrong with it, very clean and very nice looking. Friendly staff.

Nos dieron una habitación con el aire acondicionado roto, ya que cada habitación tiene un aparato independiente, porque los pasillos no tienen aire, solo recepción, avisamos y una señora nos trato de imbeciles que ese rueido era normal, como si nunca hubieramos visto aire acondicionado, que ya pararia el ruido, la habitacion marcaba 29°, la habitacion era para 3 y el sofa cama que habia no estaba ni preparado como maca, ni sabanas, ni nada. Al rato eso no paraba, volvimos a quejarnos y que ahí no se podia dormir, al final nos cambiaron la habitación a duras penas porque estaba lleno. La otra habitación estaba mejor, la nevera estaba apagada y traimos insulinas y hasta que se enfrio la nevera tardo horas. Lo que pagamos por lo que ofrecen me carecio carisimo.

Hotel ist super wenn man in der Nähe San Sebastián de los Reyes schlafen will, sehr gemütlich und bequem... Es ist auch sehr ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es keine richtige Cafeterias oder Restaurants, muss man weit laufen. Eine Bus Haltestelle in der Nähe, U-Bahn 15 MInuten entfern. Hotel ist renoviert, hat aber kleine Schwachstellen.

Personal agradable, sitio mejorable

Las chicas de recepción y los camareros de recepción muy simpáticos, pero pedí unas mantas y la primera noche no las conseguí, parece raro que se pidan... Sin embargo la habitación que nos tocó es heladora, porque los aislantes son malos; ventanas correderas sin persianas, por donde entra frío y los ruidos de los coches, con la sensación de estar abierta todo el día (o noche).
Hay una luz en el baño que da calor, pero a cambio se oye un ruido que viene de la caja de luces que da mal rollo...
Baño limpio pero mejorable y como teníamos 3 camas porque habíamos pedido habitación triple, al separarlas, vimos también el suelo que podía haber estado más limpio de pelusas... Las mantas que he comentado que pedimos no quisimos pensar mucho cómo estaban, porque nos dijeron que no las tenían muy accesibles por estar en un almacén.

El hotel está situado en una zona residencial tranquila aunque bien comunicada con zonas de ocio. El personal es muy amable, todo está muy limpio, las instalaciones son funcionales y he notado mejoras respecto a mi estancia anterior. Lo único negativo es que los colchones son de muelles y demasiado firmes, lo cual me ha impedido descansar correctamente durante mi estancia.
