Hotel is nice and conveniently located. However the room I was giving was next to the elevator and the stairs, and I didn’t get any rest!
Finally on the last nite I requested to be changed to a different room and they kindly moved me.
Also the breakfast is very basic, not many choices.

Nice hotel but facility’s are a joke

First of all I want to say the service was fantastic. The staff were very very good. But, this hotel is in a business district, I had to work half day from the hotel room, there are no kettles in the hotel rooms to boil water, no coffee or tea making facilities. That is insane! I’ve never seen anything like it. Also, the restaurant isn’t open on Friday nights! I tried to get room service and it’s only for two hours every night but not Friday Saturday Sundays. I won’t stay again.

Great facilities, not-so-good mattress and pillows

Modern facilities, spacious and clean room, good temperature, bathroom was luxurious and clean. Breakfast buffet was okay, better than average. Our only complain was that the beds and pillows were not comfortable. They were very thin (considering it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel). This by itself will make it difficult to come back.

First time in SPAIN !! started from Madrid Loved it !! Would definitely recommed staying here ..easy access to metro. Even during night time 15 mins walking from metro to the hotel very safe.

Another great Eurostars we’ve stayed while in Spain. Buffet breakfast has always great selection, delicious and more than adequate. Room is spotless and bed is comfortable. Lemon/orange infused drinking water in lobby is appreciated. Thanks Eurostars, we had a wonderful stay!

Near rail, but more than an hour from center

When we could not find something more central, we booked this hotel north of the center for a 2 night stay. From the train station it is about a $35 cab ride. But its only a 5 minute walk to the rail. Getting to the Prada Museum required two switches and took just over an hour, but the subway system can really get you anywhere. Othwerise our room was a little noisy but beds were big and hotel was nice.

Walking distance to Metro Station

Mainly picked this hotel because it was a block from the metro station with free parking and easy to get to/from downtown Madrid with extended zone pass (but outside Zone A). Room was actually very nice and modern, business class hotel type. Heat worked and WiFi was good. Shower was hot and large volume of flow. Staff was friendly and helpful, but didn't know about the tourist pass for the Metro. Street and room were quiet and bed comfortable. Underground parking was safe with not issues. Stores and restaurants within walk from hotel. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very worn and just in need of repair. The staff was friendly, but the whole hotel could just use a complete overhaul. In my bathroom the sink was cracked, the shower marble was broken and one of the shower jets was completely broken and just hanging on the side of the shower stall.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There are several close hotels that cost less and are in much better shape. I don’t recommend.

I regret to say that the property didn’t live up to the potential. It’s a modern building with nice furnishings but lacks some basic necessities. There is no place to buy refreshments during the nights. The restaurant closes on the weekends so there is no way to order food. The WiFi bandwidth was terrible. But the worst part for me was the hard as stone beds. We couldn’t get a good night sleep because of this.

We were welcomed by a smiling young lady, Maria O, who booked us in smooth and quickly. The rooms were clean and very well insulated. There is absolutely no sound from the motorway or neighbouring rooms.

The main floor of the hotel where you check-in is quite beautiful. The floor we stayed on smelled musky and was very humid. Although we didn’t complain, others did. One nights accommodation before departing Spain. Typical smaller sized rooms as per most European hotels. Friendly check in and speedy. Later check out was granted due to our later flight. Nice park behind gave opportunity for kids to run around. Restaurants in the local area met our needs.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone (especially tourists). There was no concierge/bell boy to take our luggage to our room, we had to do it all by ourselves. The hotel staff are nonchalant and barely understand English. We called the reception severall to ask for adapters but was told that they all had been given out so we could not charge our devices. The food/room service was terrible. In all honesty, staying at the hotel (especially after experiencing Marriott Auditorium) was a nightmare!

NOT for the light sleepers

The noise level at this hotel is unconscionable - you can hear everything your neighbors say, every time a door on the floor is shut, every sneeze, every snore within 50 feet. It seems as though there is ZERO sound proofing between walls at all. If you're a sound sleeper, it's certainly an adequate hotel - but if not, I would advise making another selection. For our stay, the internet only worked sporadically and the food in the hotel restaurant was honestly horrible. Staff is quite friendly. Room size is fine. Local area is wonderful - you can walk to any needed amenities, including a 24 hour pharmacy very close by.

Very nice hotel at a great price

We had an early flight out of Madrid so wanted a place close to the airport. This hotel is less than a 15 minute drive from the airport. It offers free underground parking (there is plenty of on-street parking available too). The rooms are very nice, and we had a comfortable king-size bed in our room. There is a great pizza shop a couple blocks away that we went to (MammaMia @ Av. de la Ermita, just off Av. Olimpica), and super cheap gas at Gasolinera Alcampo also 2 blocks away (gas was about 15c/L cheaper than anywhere else we saw).
