Staff at the property were very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. The location is a bit far from the attractions and any dining options. The onsite restaurant was adequate. The metro station is a 7 min walk away through a residential neighbourhood and connects to everything in the city. Took us 50 minutes by walk and metro to reach Sol or Chueca.

Nice hotel for business around FERIA area

I attend a conference at IFEMA , hotel is a 8 min distance by car . It was convenience to stay there, because hotels by venue where fully booked. Hotel is clean , comfortable, nice atmosphere and people at front desk very nice and helpful. Very easy checkin . Cons , is located by an route , not a nice place to walk around and center is at 25 minutes by car . Nevertheless I call a car instead a taxi and went to excellent restaurants located at 20 min . I would recommend to call cars instead taxi hit is cheaper, mainly when getting back from IFEMA to hotel. I certainly would recommend the hotel for business .

Good, clean hotel --- and for the price, difficult to beat around Madrid. The rooms are very clean, service is quick, the bar/restaurant is good and the overall location is very nice if you have to be at the airport the next day like we did (less than ten minutes). This is also a good spot if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you're only about 20 minutes from downtown.

Very nice hotel and rooms, very confortable bed, big screen plasma TV, high-speed internet connection. Staff is nice and rooms service is good. As downsides, phone was not working in my room and sink is quite unpractical to use. Otherwise, all is good.

My trip was for business and the hotel was virtually next door to the office so location was convenient. However if I’d been on holiday I would hate the location which is 30 minutes on a taxi to the centre. The food was fab though and the rooms spacious and comfortable.

The hotel had excellent facilities and was clean. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The FOH team were friendly and accommodating.

When I asked for directions to places, the hotel gave me clear instructions and were very helpful.

The only downside and the hotel are in no way responsible for this, there is a bridge which runs over the motorway next to the hotel. In order to go into town by bus, you need to cross the bridge. I admit I am tall, over 6ft. The bridge sides are very very low and actually only came to my waist. Basically it was like walking over a tight rope. If you have any fear of heights, I would make sure that you only catch taxis from the hotel. If you had a few drinks you might not make it across in one piece.

Nice hotel with a modern feel

Everything went by smoothly with the hotel. Room was impeccable, close by to the Madrid Feria which was a plus. Hotel is in its entirety contemporary, hadn't seen any carpets and the drapes didn't attack my allergic system.

1- Very nice breakfast

Cons:
1- Inconvenient location, far away to everywhere, far away to public transportation
2- Plumbing issues in the bathroom
3- Mosquitos in the room. I mentioned that that to reception and the lady laughed at me!

Stayed here while on a trade fair at IFEMA.
Ideal location, short drive to the fair and easy access.
Parking was included and even though smallish, we were happy about the parking as well.
If anything could be better, the coffee has a lot of potential for improvement, both at breakfast and in the bar. But not a big deal.

Nice hotel, but no airport shuttle

Lovely hotel, nicely furnished, polite staff and good food, but no airport shuttle. Because of Madrid's taxi system it is about €20 each way for a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. I was only here for one night to catch a flight the next day and specifically selected this hotel for its proximity to the airport so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Relatively far out from downtown Madrid.

front desk gave wrong information on shuttle bus

When I checked in, the front desk told me there is no shuttle bus to the Airport. However next morning When I check out I found there was a shuttle bus going to the airport and the bus left 5 minutes ago. I ended up to order a taxi...otherwise the hotel is clean and nice although the room is small.

Bed was huge, and shower good. Breakfast was amazing, good quality.

10mins walking fast to metro- then 35mins by metro to city center.

We stayed for a business trip at the IFEMA center. We were there a total of 5 nights and it was amazing! The staff were friendly, helpful and provided excellent service all around. The hotel must have been recently renovated because it was incredibly clean and new. The Wifi was fast and great, I had no complaints about this hotel at all. The bed was a little soft for my liking and the sheets had a weird smell to them (which is easily fixed) however this was not an issue. The hotel was safe, gym facilities great and staff always willing to help with a smile on their faces. I would absolutely stay here again!

No shuttle from airport. Taxi price varied from 20-25 Euro. Limited shuttle service to and from IFEMA was giving. Taxi cost were +/- 10 Euro.

A supermarket is located about 5 min away, walking distance. The food at the hotel was good, and prices were ok. A three course meal was available for 21 Euros, and courses could be ordered separately.

Don't leave white clothes on the bed. They might end up in the laundry and disappear.

The service was very nice and helpful.

Entertainment was very limited.

Pretty good hotel. Great conference support. Rooms could have been cleaned better (floors were always dirty and dusty). Food was OK - nothing to really brag about or even remember. Free wifi in the lobby and conference rooms... but 12 euro in the room... Ya, ouch... but I guess std in EU. Other than that, clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean bathroom made the stay relaxing. They have a gym at the basement, but you need to check with the front desk about that. I did not have time to check it out. I give it maybe a 4 stars if you go there for specific business like I did. But 3 stars for general stays... as it costs almost 30 euros to get to downtown Madrid... with almost nothing around the hotel. Oh yeah, no shuttle pickup/drop off from/to the airport. You are on your own with that...

Hotel modern and very clean. The downside is that it is listed as 3.5 miles from airport which must be \"as the crow flies\". I chose the hotel to be close to airport. It is a 30 euro ($40.00) taxi ride each way (about 25 minutes on highways) and there are no restaurants within walking distance to hotel. It is located in a heavy business, office building area , cut off by major road arteries-completely isolated.
