I don’t even know where to begin — ARTIEM Madrid Hotel completely blew me away. Staying there felt so perfect that I honestly didn’t want to leave… I wanted to live there.

Everything was absolutely on point.
The room was spotless, the blankets smelled amazing, and even the pillows were unbelievably comfortable. You can tell they pay attention to every detail.

El personal encantador y siempre muy dispuesto. Habitación de buen tamaño, limpia. La ducha cómoda y segura ya que la textura del piso es a prueba de resbalones algo básico pero no necesariamente común. La botella de agua de bienvenida la puedes rellenar del grifo; es totalmente pot¡able. Lo más que me llamó agradablemente la atención es el concepto de eliminar mini bar y room service y sustituirlo por un área colectiva donde puedes disponer de variadas meriendas, bebidas (incluyendo vinos y cervezas) las 24 hrs. excepto durante el tiempo del desayuno que obviamente es más limitado el ofrecimiento. No paso juicio sobre el desayuno ya siempre fuimos a las afueras. El hotel queda en un área residencial muy agradable y tranquila perfecto para ir bajando motores luego de un recorrido de veintitantos días por el norte de España. Los taxis al centro van de los 13 a 17€ dependiendo cuán complicado esté el tránsito.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is walkable to Arturo Soria Plaza. An easy cab ride/uber to center city Madrid, clean and quiet with friendly staff. Only negative is the use of air conditioning is controlled by property and temperatures outside. Our room was extremely warm even with AC on. Loved the gratis tapas, cafe and juices in lobby. Nice touch.

The hotel is extremely clean, bed linen and towels are changed daily. The breakfast is fantastic, there is plenty of everything. During the day, guests have free fruits, yogurt, beer, juices and coffee. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. One bus takes you to the city center.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, and it was the best decision ever. It is 6 minutes walking distance to a metro station. Hotel has a free snack bar, that includes finger foods, desserts, sodas, beer and wine! Great added amenity! Hotel is new and rooms are spacious as well as bathrooms. Has a gym as well. Pleasantly surprised of the quality and service of this place! Very clean, spacious room, high quality linens and towels provided. Appreciated the great water pressure and spotless rainshower. I absolutely loved my stay at the Artiem Madrid and waish there were other locations to stay at in the other cities I will visit. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind, the room was spacious and clean (as was the bathroom), there were transit options nearby, the breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of items including made to order items, there was also an area to take snacks and beverages throughout the day (with more items added in a fridge after 2 pm). I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues and will definitely stay here the next time I am in Madrid.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The service was absolutely top-notch—every staff member I encountered was welcoming, attentive, and eager to help, which really made me feel at home. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast: an impressive variety of delicious options. It was such a treat to start each morning with so many choices.

The only small downside was some construction happening next door. One morning, the noise was a bit intrusive, but I understand that this is beyond the hotel’s control and would not let it deter me from staying here again. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back!

I arrived early in the morning but they allowed me to check in early (for a small fee) which was great. The staff was very helpful with providing me with information regarding public transportation. We stayed in the Superior Double Room. Convenient but I wouldn't return.

❌ Small: superior double room wasn't superior at all. Small room, and clear bathroom door. No privacy for two people. Small bathroom too.
❌ Pricy: 480 USD 2 days, for a small room in a remote area. Not worth it.
✅ Breakfast: paid for breakfast within the reservation, but felt the food options were okay. Wouldn't loved more vegetables for vegetarian fiber. My dad enjoyed the omelet station.
✅ Free food: there are free snacks daily in the common area. Popcorn, sandwiches, salads, hummus, dessert, soft drinks and juices
✅ Amenities: the gym bag they provided me was helpful, and the slippers are a nice perk at this hotel.
