Very nice place, clean and friendly staff. The rooms have a decent size and amenities. The breakfast is decent for the money.
Close to the airport but not close to the city. I’d definitely go again to this hotel.

Despite its somewhat Spartan blocky exterior this is a friendly, comfortable, well appointed hotel in a leafy residential area just outside the busy city centre and close to a small mall with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Close to Barajas Airport and next to one Metro station on the airport line.
A little noise from the outside of my room and from the rooms next to mine. I was on the first floor next to some meeting facilities and the lift. Thay might have been the reason.

Overall the staff was helpful and professional and the building was in good condition. However the room was too dark and depressing after sunset because there weren't enough lights by design. In the pictures the rooms seemed brighter.

Our queen mattress needed to be replaced. I could feel the wires and we would both fall in the middle of it. It was hard to rest well on it which I find critical for any hotel room.
All other aspects of the hotel were good. Service was excellent.

Not the best, not the worse

The hotel is really close to the airport but too far from city center.
It’s clean, the water pressure was ok and it was quite. Staff was lovely but still, I didn’t like the vibes. The bed is not so comfortable and the blanket as well.
Overall it was a nice hotel and if it didn’t cost me a fortune it might be a good experience.

On the outskirts of Madrid but only 20 minutes away on the metro, with the Esperanza station a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of parking on the surrounding streets which was free of charge. Good access to the airport as well.

Quite adequate for spending the night. Although the room had a modern design it was less than functional. Unable to completely open the closet door in #104 since the bedside table blocked the door. The shower floor was slippery when wet and the lack of a shower curtain insured that the bathroom floor was soaked after use. There was a lack of desk space for paperwork and organizing documents. I am used to having the complimentary coffee, tea, and bath items replenished each day as needed. Over a four day stay none of those items were replaced except for the towels.

Worse Customer service ever!

Worse Customer Service Ever!!! I prechecked at 10am, checked in at 2pm left my bags and went to meetings I had. I can back exhausted at 10pm and realized the room was next to the elevator and the noise was extremely loud! It sounded like construction work was being done in my room! I am not exaggerating! When we called down to the front desk we were told hotel was sold out. Their comments to us in a nutshell for complaining was: why didn't you say anything when you checked in. How are we supposed to know how sensitive your ears are. I already apologized. Wait a few hours it will die down ! Icing on the cake was she. The manager called at 11:30pm to say that we were welcome Ed to pack our belongings and leave and they would not charge use!!! Then I got a note from corporate saying the room was one of their best rooms and they truly didn't understand my complaint. I don't understand how customer service doesn't exist in this hotel. They would not acknowledge that my complaint was valid but annoyed as to why I was complaining. Beware of rooms ending in 01!

I really liked that the rooms were wider and very clean. The LED lighting was a bit dim and not bright. The room had all the amenities. I wish the hotel was a bit closer to shopping by foot.

There is still room for improvement. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Too narrow room corridor and lift, too many cutted trees for unimportant papers with random info all over the room and space, not so clean tiles on bathroom's floor, stairway and emergency escape blocked by random stuff. Quite expensive for what it offers

Loved this place!

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating! After a 14 hour journey and nine hour time change we arrived dead on our feet! We arrived at the hotel at 10 am and they welcomed us and said our rooms were ready! I cannot tell you how pleased we were! The rooms were exceptionally clean and modern. The neighborhood was beautiful. Tree lined streets with beautiful brick townhouses. Ample parking on the street, the hotel also has a garage. Actually lived near there 40 years ago as a teenager. My husband and I (we met there age 16) went back to the bars and restaurants we frequented in our youth. I chose this area for that reason but it is an easy walk to the metro on Arturo Soria, buses right down the street and an inexpensive taxi ride to the city center. You do not want to drive in Madrid unless you are a local. Nowhere to park and even if you encounter a parking garage, good luck fitting in the spaces, pillars everywhere! Zenit Conde de Orgaz was a perfect fit for us, I recommend it highly!

The subdued lighting and dark colours made the room rather dreary with no alternative brighter light available. In the bathroom The shower bracket would not stay where adjusted and I didn't like kitchen sink style wash basin and tap. Somewhere to hang an overcoat would be useful.

It was great. We were only there for one night and we stayed in doors the whole time. A great way to spend that time. It even had a gym which almost don't exist in Spain.

I shall use the hotel again and have done for more than 20 years. The area is quiet, away from the city and close to my work. The restaurant has a simple but good menu. The staff throughout the hotel are very amenable.

The hotel overall was fine. The walls were a little thin. The service was less than belpful. I booked an extra stay and told the front desk when I got there that I had and was still charged for the extra stay because apparently when they ask which name you want the room under say whoever booked the hotels name. I was promised a refund for the problem, but it has been two weeks now with no refund.

Poor Customer Service

Hotel is very nice and modern, but I think the staff lets it down in terms of service to their customers. The receptionist was rude because I did not understand Spanish and she even made faces straight at me when I tried to explain that I wasn't happy with my room and I wanted to change it. The service level and attention by reception was poor, they were too busy chatting to each other than serving their customers. The staff in the restaurant were not attentive in the slightest; at breakfast, there was no one to clear up the tables (on both days we were there) so we sat with lots of dirty and messy tables around us long after the guests who sat there had left. Food was below average and terms of quality and selection. In my room, there was mould all around the edges of the shower and when I touched the air con button, the whole screen fell of the wall! It had temporarily been fixed and pressed back on to the wall so I can't be the first one that this happened to. The TV had about 100 channels all in Spanish. Not even BBC World or any other programs were available. The TV stopped working after one day and I never bothered to try and fix it after that. As I said, very modern looking hotel with nice clean lines in every room but the lack of customer service really lets it down.

short stay for the museums

It was a short stay and we wanted to be close to the airport with access to the museum district. The hotel was a good fit. About a 20 euro cab ride from the Atocha station and about the same from the airport. Also a very short walk to the Esperanza metro station which is about a 30 minute train ride to the airport with 1 change and about a 20 minute ride to the museum district with one change.

Management does not seem to care...

I stayed at the Zenit Conde de Orgaz for 2 nights. The hotel is well located, and the rooms are clean, comfortable. Unfortunately I cut my foot on a metal table located next to the shower in the bathroom, and I reported it as a hazardous item. Overall, the hotel management was not responsive, I never received any follow up or any kind of any of corrective action: overall the management did not seem to care...

The location might or might not be convenient for you - i's far from the centre but quite near the airport - on a main road with few amenities nearby. The main problems were the poor standard of maintenance and almost non-existent Internet service. Check-in was pleasant and efficient, the room a reasonable size (if rather gloomy with an all-enveloping grey \"colour\" scheme). However, the shower wouldn't stay up, paint was peeling by the basin and the mastic gap between the shower and floor was disintegrating. Internet was close to useless - couldn't Skype, could barely cope with email attachments. Breakfast was better than when I stayed before, but still limited. This was my second stay, I won't be back.

Excellent Hotel. Will Stay Here Again.

This is a great hotel albeit somewhat far from the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are nice. They even have two sinks so you don't have to wrestle your significant other for who gets to brush their teeth first. Bed is very comfy too and price is very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, accessible via the Metro stay

Very nice hotel at a very convenient location for quick overnight stay before taking a flight. The room was very clean, comfortable. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room. The fitness room was adequate. The free coffee (Nespresso if I recall correctly) and cookies were very nice. For the price this was much better than I expected. Did not use any of the other amenities.

EVERYONE was pleasant and helpful. English was spoken and the front desk folks were very personable. If you walk 2 blocks you come to Salvano Bakery and Store. A great place for coffee, fresh bread and pastries and everything you need.

If you don't want to hear what is your partner doing while using the toilet, don't book in this hotel: The bathroom door is not sound proof and is half see through. Bathroom toiletries are not always fully replaced on daily basis. Also, if you come to any arrangement with the hotel manager, have it in writing, because it is highly likely that they will not honour such a verbal agreement and will charge you their standard prices. You can park your car outside the hotel for free.

The hotel is actually very nice with a great front desk staff. Our room while modern in style was small but economic use of space. And it was clean, with a nice bathroom. But it was far away from everything and anything - nothing really local to do in the area and the subway was not very close to the hotel.

A little far out, but worth the money.

We chose this location because it was the best combination of modern styling and affordability, and because it was located fairly close to a metro station. When we arrived at the station, we had a bit of a hard time finding the hotel but were there within 10 minutes after walking up a hill to get there. Once we saw the Zenit Conde de Orgaz, it looked totally out of place in that neighborhood. It was too nice and too modern to be located there. We walked in, were greeted by the staff that spoke broken english (no big deal, they did it at all 3 hotels that we stayed at). They were very friendly and got us to our room in a few minutes. The room was extremely modern, although not very big. The bed was somewhat stiff, but that is a common trait in Spain I believe. The bathroom was nice, although it was a little different than what we were used to. Overall, the entire hotel was nice and modern, just what we were looking for. But, the location was a bit further out than what we liked, so we ended up staying at a different hotel for the rest of the week. This was a mistake, however, as the other place wasn't nearly as nice. We would have gladly stayed at the Zenit for the rest of our trip if we knew the difference in quality. But that is a different story...

The hotel is modern and gorgeous. The rooms are big and comfortable. The bathroom is great. They had free WiFi which was awesome. But the hotel it not close to anything except the soccer stadium. We chose it because of that still thinking that things would be nearby. There is a metro station 2 blocks away which helps. The service was not great, the attendants up front were very dry and rude. They did not look over things twice and made you feel like you were being a pest when you asked a simple question. But it is a very, very nice hotel.

Lovely hotel in the outskirts of Madrid

We stayed in this hotel because our usual hostal (Hostal Lisboa) in the middle of Madrid was full due to the visit of the pope. This is a great hotel in the outskirts of the city, not far from a Metro stop. Our room was beautiful, and the price was less than we usually pay. If you don't mind not being in the center of all the Madrid action, this is a very good choice.

Good for your budget

About 5 minutes walk to Esperanza subway station. A very quite and residential area. The hotel is very nicely designed, especially the washroom looks modern and clean. The only inconvenient fact is that there is absolutely no supermarket or convenience stores around. So if you want to buy water, you have to carry all the way from the place you buy to the hotel. Worth recommending to other tourists who has a budget to travel in Madrid. The location is between the airport and downtown Madrid. But with the super developed subway network, it won't give you any headache to go anyway in the city.

Hôtel qui ne mérite selon moi pas ses 4 étoiles. Chambre au rez de chaussée accessible par un mini sas contiguë à l'ascenseur que l'on entend monter et descendre. Très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres et donc très bruyant. Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. Mais le réapprovisionnement des sachets de thé ou de café n'est pas assuré sur la période des 3 jours que l'on a passé. Hôtel situé dans un quartier calme et assez cossu. Métro à 5 minutes à pied

Nos han gustado las instalaciones. Limpieza y trato del personal también muy buenos. Su cercanía al aeropuerto le hace un hotel estupendo para pasar una noche antes de un viaje, o la noche de después para descansar. Aparte de esto es un hotel con muy buenas instalaciones, sea cual sea tu destino.

Buen hotel en un barrio tranquilo y bonito .Buena habitación y muy buena atención de los chicos de recepción.Parking por 15 euros ,nos dejaron tener el coche el mismo día de la salida hasta las 18:30 de la tarde sin coste.Si no se quiere parking normalmente suele haber sitio para aparcar en el entorno.

Hotel perfecto, tanto para estancias de ocio como de negocios. No está en el centro, pero sí muy cómodamente ubicado, a unos 200 metros de la estación de metro de Esperanza (línea 4). Si se va en coche, el hotel dispone de parking, aunque hay aparcamientos en la calle que no son de pago. Habitaciones amplias y limpias, al igual que el baño. En la zona hay varios restaurantes y el hotel tiene, de lunes a viernes, un menú ejecutivo a un buen precio. Repetiremos si estamos por Madrid.

Mi estancia.

Los trámites de reserva y entrada bien, las instalaciones y habitación necesitan una pequeña renovación o mantenimiento.
La habitación tiene solo un armario ropero.
En el cuarto de baño, se hecha en falta estanterías para los objetos de aseo, solo existe una estantería bajo el lavabo y es incómoda la colocación y la visualización de los objetos personales.
El desayuno buffet, bastante completo, para paladares diversos.
El garaje tiene una bajada de acceso bastante incómoda, la subida es más fácil, termina uno acostumbrándose.

Hotellet er bra men betjening i resepsjonen var ikke optimal. Bedre kundeservice og vennlighet ved innsjekk hadde vært supert.
