Hotel is fine overall. However dont bother taking your children of you want a hotel with a pool for kids to play in. Lifeguard was very disinterested and blunt as it seemed it had to be kept a fun free zone. Very sterile and not exactly an area full of laughter!

I love this hotel. I have stayed at the hotel 3 times. It is so convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle service. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is set in a beautiful quite, safe residential area and has an amazing shopping centre less than 10 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

We did not have food at all on site and the food we did eat had to be paid for. I was disappointed in the initial room they gave us as it was a handicap room. I did not ask for and had to speak with a manager due to them informing me that they were all occupied. We did get our room changed however it seem as though the concierge desk did not want to initially assist and very quick to say there were no other rooms available and that they were all booked. We pay for a certain quality yet we are at the mercy of others when did it get to this point ???

Great location for airport, tube & athletico madrid (for concert). Nice places to eat nearby. Downside temperature 35 degrees plus pool not open, opened on last day. Municipal pools open May 15th in rest of madrid ridiculous! And offer airport shuttle but only between 7 & 2pm!

Worst hotel experience i ever had

One of the worst hotel experience i ever had in three continents and dozen of countries they treated me and my familly as we were on a charity program knowing that i ve paid extra money for more confort 150 dollars a night, people working there are rude and hotel is unsafe after be back to united states i found that i have lost some clothes and glasses there. the food was horrible the worst chicken i ever had in my whole life

Great second visit

Second time I’ve stayed here and wasn’t disappointed. I was there for an event at IFEMA and it being 0.8 miles away is perfect. Lovely quiet neighbourhood around the hotel and a 5 minute walk to an area with restaurants and a supermarket. Staff very friendly and continental breakfast is good. Rooms are nothing fancy but are comfortable and absolutely great value

Parking on property was limited and takes some maneuvering. The restroom was nice. The room could use some sprucing up. The BEST part of this place was the breakfast. Highly recommend the breakfast here.

We came for a long weekend, arrived at 11pm no place to grab a drink and bar was shut. The check in man was a bit blunt and pointed us in the direction of our room. He also turned the lights off to the bar and seating area at 10.45 no flexibility just rude. Pool was nice but could do with a scrub and a lick of paint. Decent hotel with unusual layout

The room was a good size with two double beds but was a bit plain.. There was a small fridge with three bottles of drink in it but I couldn’t see a bottle opener. The room was in a block quite a way from the reception. In between was a large pool with two storey chalets either side which I had to walk past to get to my room. It was comfortable without being luxurious but met my needs.

Our room was very noisy. There had been a leak in the bathroom causing considerable damage to the bedroom wall, also none of the windows would lock. Generally the property was tired and in need of refurbishment.

We liked that it had a fridge. Property listing was falsely advertising, they had a pool but it was not operational and there was no notice of it not being usable prior to our stay, it said rooms were sound proof which was very false because we heard everything from the hallway, the room next doors and outside. It also listed they offer air conditioning and that is false, we called to ask how to use it and they said it is only heat. Our room was 28° degrees everyday and night. Very far from metro station and took Ubers and taxis 5-10 minutes to arrive. Definitely signs of water damage in the building on the ceilings and noticeable on the bathroom doors as they were warped. Kind of disappointed.

1st room did not have aircon working and after causing a power outage, changed rooms to second room, which again did not have aircon working (i.e. average room temperature was 25.6 C day / night despite running constantly with high fan setting. Using the hair-dryer caused another power outage.
All said, the hotel could have been quite decent.

Hotel Osuna is a good option for Barajas transfers

I liked it. They had a airport transfer, but you need to call it in. This is complicated if you have no phone service in Spain. The neighborhood is a leafy residential area nice for walking after or before a long flight. Front desk was efficient and cordial. The room was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay.

Location was fine. The staff could have been more helpful. When it was hot they couldn't or wouldn't turn on the air conditioner or even provided a fan. In addition, although it was \"no smoking\", the smoking area is directly below the windows of the rooms, with with no a/c, you either had to open the windows and die from smoke inhalation or close the windows and die of heat stroke.

In my experience I was a bit frustrated as the reason I picked this hotel was because it had a swimming pool the weather was between 25 and 30 degrees and I have sensitive skin and burn easy so when it gets to these temperatures it’s nice to jump in the pool and cool down on this occasion I wasn’t allowed to do this as the hotel said it’s out of season not once did this say on the website otherwise I wouldn’t have booked it so me and 3 mates along with another couple who we met out were hard done by faulse advertisement
