This is a fine place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. The shuttle was timely, the breakfast buffet was very good, the room was spacious and comfortable. Really, all you need for an overnight stay. I would stay again if I needed a convenient, coy place to stay the night.

Check-in went smoothly; staff was efficient. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I waited 20+ minutes for the shuttle to arrive at 11:50 pm and was quite surprised when nearly 18 people and bags piled on a van meant to accommodate perhaps 12. The shuttle which departed at 10:30 which I wanted to take was full, so I needed to depart 20 minutes earlier (or 40 minutes later) than desired. I would suggest giving guests the option AT BOOKING to reserve a spot on the return shuttle as the reason I chose this hotel was the positive reviews involving the shuttle. Just a thought.

This is another hidden gem. They even have luggage lockers available. From the outside it doesn’t look like much but this is a case of not judging from the outside area. Primero el transporte del aeropuerto. Estuvimos detrás del carro cuando llegó, no se mantuvo más de 2 min en la estación , corrimos pero al final no lo alcanzamos. El shuttle se va volando. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, el sostenedor de la ducha estaba dañado. Tenía que usar bañarme yo sosteniendo la palanca de la ducha. Y no tenía bien presión de aire. Room was great. We got the premium room with a terrace. Everything in the room was in working order. The ac worked but was a little loud but other than that the stray was perfect! Would highly recommend staying here if you have a flight the next day. A bunch of restaurants within walking distance. Going into Madrid would take a bit though but there is a metro station about 10 min walk away. Staff was very friendly. No issues with the stay. Also airport shuttle was timely!

For a flight layover, it's an ok place. You can find a decent meal around the area. I picked it because it had airport pickup and drop off. Unlike most of the hotels, this place charges early check in, or you can pay for the locker to safe store your luggage until the check in time.

This is an old hotel, but clean with friendly staff. But it's OLD..., it shows everywhere in the building and in the room (outdated design, tiles in the bathroom with nick and cracks, ceilings falling hallf apart, with an always overcrowded shuttle service to and from airport. We were forced to take a taxi twice because of this. The bed in our room was a supersized king medium hard with clean sheets, we slept really well🙏. The great thing is your not under de nonstop noise of jets landing and or taking off, it was real quite!
