On my last night, while drying my hair, the electricity went out. I had to pack up all my items and move to another room. In the morning, the male server wouldn’t allow me to have coffee without paying $5.50. I told him I had purchased breakfast but he still stood over me telling me No. The lady server asked for my room number and he searched it. He comes to me after and tells me I can have coffee. This was ridiculous. I explained all this at checkout but nothing was offered for my inconvenience. Disappointing.

Staff was AMAZING! The shuttle from airport to hotel was a joke. We called several times and couldn’t get a straight answer on where to meet it. We went outside where the taxis were but no shuttle. We forced to take a cab, which was annoying because the shuttle is WHY I chose the hotel. Our hotel room was hot no air was on. The front desk guy put us in other rooms. He again was amazing!

It is far from Madrid central. We took uber/taxi...one way is around 28 euro. Excellent shuttle service to be drop off at the airport Terminal 4. They are on time! Our room was very roomy for 3 people. Bathroom is great with bidet . Shower good. Breakfast is very good.

On my first day at the hotel, I experienced a robbery in my room due to an inoperative safe box. The lack of accountability from those in leadership only intensified my frustration, a reaction that was, unfortunately, expected. Great hotel to stay at before a long haul flight. Was travelling with baby and the cot was extremely comfortable for her. The room was massive and held all of our suitcases easily! Bath was large also and comfortable bed. Only downside was the dinner menu was restricted for vege/vegans. They also don't offer room services. We ended up ordering a takeaway.
We took the shuttle bus which went from the bus station at the airport. It arrived within 5 minutes but I'm glad we called ahead as it was being run by Centauro rent a car which we never would have guessed.

Although there wasn’t anything terrible about this hotel there wasn’t anything great either. It was very overpriced for the quality, it’s pretty barebones. I arrived at 9:30pm and tried to get something to eat in the restaurant, there was one staff member and about 6 tables, he either wasn’t interested in serving me or he was too busy either way I was ignored so I left, hungry. The other negative is the hotel advertises free shuttle service to the airport, they don’t mention it starts at 7:10am which was a problem for me and at least 4 other people who I meet in the lobby who were also waiting for their Ubers.

the hotel itself is great, but it's in the middle of nowhere, so one is obligated to eat at their restaurant. The restaurant is poor based on the hotel category, i ordered pasta al pesto, and it came with no pesto...just boiled pasta, when i complained to the waiter that it has no pesto sauce, he replied it does not come with pesto..really? the menu says Ravioli al pesto...but no pesto? i asked for the bill and he brought the portable card reader and took off..so i was supposed to charge myself. Really poor service for a hotel of this category.

Airport shuttle very late. Upon check-in, we were asked what time we needed to ARRIVE at the airport. We said 10 am. We were in the lobby by 9:30 am. The shuttle did not leave until 10:05 am. Then it stopped at a rental car property (why?) after being stuck in morning highway traffic. We ARRIVED to the terminal at 10:35 am. For an international flight this is very stressful. I do not recommend staying here for an international airport departure.
