We waited over an hour as they were using the shuttle to help passengers affected by Iberias flight cancellations. When we finally got to the lobby we waited another hour to check in, as they were prioritizing the Iberia customers. They were giving out free dinner vouchers so we couldn’t use the restaurant for dinner and had to order on Uber Eats.

My main problem with this hotel is that I chose it because it had free shuttle to the airport, however, my flight left in the morning and they only had one at seven in the morning and nothing else until 1130. They said during the week they don’t have too many in the morning.
Also, the vets were extremely uncomfortable. Very, very kind.

I enjoyed my stay near the Madrid Airport. The front desk agents were very accommodating and spoke English, which made the check-in process easy. The hotel also offers self-storage lockers, which was very convenient for us.

The rooms were well maintained and clean, and I felt the price was great for the value. The layout was especially nice, with a separate bedroom from the living room and kitchen area. Additionally, the shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient. I will stay again!

Airport shuttle was easy to find on the way in but we had no service on the way out because it was already full when we tried to reserve it at check-in. We had to pay a taxi to the airport. Bad service, since one of the reasons we reserve this hotel was the free airport shuttle service.

Long line in the reception and only one counter was opened. The female staff was not kind when I asked if I can keep my luggage. And also the room key was resetted after one night. I had to go down to the reception when I came back to the hotel and wait the long line and reset the room keys again.

Great location for airport layover. Many empty buildings around, so was unsure of safety while out walking alone. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had limited hours and limited offerings, so had to walk to other hotels nearby (within 10 blocks) to access food options. Airport shuttle was good, and was given a bagged lunch with the shuttle service. I would stay here again, though not if wanting to go into Madrid as this would require a taxi ride. The bus stops were not far, but too many bus transfers would be required for my own comfort.

Too long line to check in. I stayed more than hour (maybe more) in line just to check in. The number of arriving people is big, but reception capacity is low. Only two people served maybe a hundred guests including one who served only a kind of priority guests. I wouldn't return to the place, although the rooms are clean and nice.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that when I arrived at the airport and need their shuttle service, they didn’t answer the phone. I had to pay an uber to get there and when I arrived to the hotel at around 11pm, there was a very long line to check in. Anytime I went to the lobby, it was very full of people trying to check in and usually only 1 worker helping. On my way to the airport after checking out, there was a chartered bus giving us a ride, there was about 50 people riding it. So, the airport transport back, was great!

I booked because airport shuttle but upon arrival no one’s answers the phone and for departure over an hour wait after the time they said it will depart. I regret booking there and they shouldn’t advertise airport shuttle if they can’t deliver on that..

We asked about shuttle service at check-in and were assured it would be available. Though we arrived at the spot five minutes early no one appeared; turned out they'd already left. Other people ended up renting Ubers. We waited it out after being told a number of times that they were coming. They finally did, after almost an hour; no good if you have a plane to catch!

La habitación estaba sucia baños, cuarto, piso, paredes rayadas, olor extraño lo único que funcionaba fue el aire. No guardan tus maletas tienen un locker que cuesta 10€ y no entra la maleta, de lo contrario son 35€ por entrar antes estamos hablando de 1pm por que check-in es a las 4pm. Desayuno no lo quise probar por la mala experiencia del resto. Otra cosa el shuttle para el aeropuerto solo funciona cada 4 horas, el primero de la mañana 7:30am y sigue el de las 11:30am.

Terrible experience! I booked the room
to have a good night sleep before a long flight. I tried to contact the hotel
By Expedia app but they never answer my messages. I arrived late to the hotel, I have my room reserved in advanced to be able to check in easily, but the reception was very busy with other guests that they didn’t have reservations. Also I need to wait for them to change rooms keys for other guest because the key wasn’t working.
Finally I arrived to my room, but I couldn’t sleep at all, mosquitos flying
and making a horrible noise. I pack my bags and when to reception to check out earlier, I explain the reception but they just say sorry. I spend maybe max 3 hours in the hotel and pay full price. The hotel is rated 4stars. No tea o coffee facilities in the room.

It’s not close to the airport and the free shuttle is inconsistent and not considerate of flight times. Luckily, depending on time of day uber is cheap- but can be 30 minutes to the airport driving.
Four hundred meters from the airport is misleading advertisement. It may legally be that close to a corner of what’s considered airport property, but not in any meaningful way.

It was close to the airport and convenient. The room was family-sized so it had 2 bedrooms and 4 beds plus one bathroom and a living room space. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and the shuttle service back to the airport was convenient. The only thing that was bothersome is that they did not provide storing luggage as part of the hotel price. You have to pay for a cubbie to store your luggage if you need to do so.

The room is very uncomfortable. The walls are dirty, the beds are small and hard, and the TV resembles a computer monitor. One of the library tables on the wall fell down without being touched.

The hotel promised a shuttle to the airport, but in reality, there are not enough seats for all the guests. We had a flight at 1 PM, but they only had a shuttle available at 7 AM.

I really don't know how Expedia sold me a hotel like that

I’ll star with the good first:breakfast buffet was definitely good-It was clean, good variety of options, and the service was friendly. The hotel’s location is also convenient, especially being so close to the airport with a shuttle service available. The AC worked well, and the hot water was consistent.
Now for the bad: the experience was overshadowed by several issues. The area around the hotel is definitely not ideal. It’s known for being unsafe with occupied abandoned buildings known as “Okupas”, people wandering around. We were advised by our taxi driver to stay indoors, which we did for the most part.
Inside the hotel, the condition of the rooms was disappointing. The walls were scuffed and, in some places, very dirty. The bed was extremely hard, so uncomfortable that I didn’t get a good night's sleep. The shower-head was broken, and water splashed all over the bathroom floor, making it a mess to clean up.
Customer service was a major letdown. We were forced into a shuttle at 7:30am because it was the only slot available when we arrived. The shuttle needs to be pre-coordinated, and we weren’t informed about that ahead of time. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the shuttle service; having to leave almost five hours before our flight (which was at 12:40pm) and 25 minutes to eat. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to.

This \"hotel\" feels like it was once a dorm ... the furniture was scuffed, the pool was empty and not functioning, the check in line was over 45 minutes long. Best part of the stay was the vending machine that had chocolate filled Biscoff cookies. Absolutely NOTHING within walking distance, was hoping to hop on the metro or a bus into center city Madrid - and I would not have felt safe trying to walk around the surrounding area. It is what it is ... a cheap airport hotel. If all you need is somewhere to rest your head ... it'll suit that need - but that's it.

I Liked the room size and the free transportation to the airport.
I did not like the fact that I booked the hotel because of the pool but it was closed. I had to call front desk after 11 pm to report a noise coming from another room. Staff was not really friendly, maybe because it is a busy place.

Closeness to airport. There’s a free shuttle service to the airport but it runs a set hours. You need to ask what those hours are if you want to use it. The window between rides is very wide.
I had to take a taxi, about 20 Euros, because my flight time didn’t coincide

This is definitely an airport or hotel in a not very nice area, and you can't walk to anything. Everything is more money. For example, there's a luggage scale in the lobby, but that cost 1 euro. Early check-in, more money. Vending machine soda, about 5 euro. Yes, the hotel shuttle was included, but you get to pay for many other things. It was a spacious room, had a fridge, and robes and slippers, so that part was good. Our early morning shuttle was overbooked, and it got a little crazy trying to figure out which bus to take to get us to the right terminal.

The room was nice, airport shuttle organised for us in the morning which was punctual. However was told that to use the pool we had to pay for pool wristbands and a swimming hat and around the pool there was nowhere to sit and no sun loungers. Area around the hotel very limited- no restaurants and only one restaurant on site open at particular times. Absolutely fine for one night close to the airport.
