It was OK for the few number of nights I stayed. The female front desk clerk wasn’t very nice when I checked in… There were a lot of black hairs all over the bathroom (I don’t have black hair). The doors are always slamming up and down the hallway…But it is close to the metro… and it had nice windows, real glasses, a hairdryer and a refrigerator.

Old outdated rooms. They gave us a \"Classic room\" and really was classic. Small, hardly space arround the bed. No coffeemaker or water cooker, as you usually have in a Sercotel and expect nowadays for the tariff they charge.

It was nice to be able to stay at a hotel that accepted our cats (we just moved to Spain and needed a place to spend the night before we moved on to our final destination). Breakfast was good, though considering the cost of the room it should have been included.

The hotel was barely two blocks from the Metro line. Very convenient to getting to the center of town or any place else we wanted.
There is no longer an airport shuttle but it was a very quick, inexpensive Uber ride from the airport.
We especially liked the breakfast buffet. What it lacked in variety it made up for in quality and quantity. The staff is always helpful.

The surrounding area didn't have much going for it, but the hotel was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was great, and the pool was fabulous. Handy to IFEMA if you have a car, and close to a metro station for travelling to more touristy locations.

The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and considerate, but when I explained to the woman who worked the night shift that my air conditioning was not working (and it was 97’ on July 5) she was not helpful and I had a terrible stay because of it. The same considerate gentleman checked me out the following morning early and offered complimentary breakfast.

LLovely for short break

Lovely hotel well situated for attending gig at metropolitan stadium. Direct metro into centre from nearby. Nice pool/ outside area. Very quiet and peaceful. Excellent breakfast too.

Fortunately, I was only there for 1 night. I paid around $400 and was given a small, handicapped person's room (I did not ask for it and I'm a healthy tall person. It was facing the very, very loud street out front. The toilet set kept coming off the toilet, the pool was closed for maintenance, and the breakfast buffet was a joke - I showed up at 9:00 am (it ran until 10:30 am) and 2 of the 3 cut fruit bowels were empty, most of the breakfast breads were picked over, and the eggs were not real eggs. This place is 1-2 stars at best, not 4 and I wouldn't pay over $125 for it if you are looking at it.

I'm surprised it is listed as a 4 star hotel...there were very few amenities, the pool was closed and shortly after booking- they emailed saying there was no airport transfer included, which was a big reason we booked to begin with. Overall, average stay.

This hotel was clean and modern. Minutes from the metro with a straight route downtown with no transfers. Amenities were good, dining, gym but the best thing was the 24 hour airport transport. I had a 6:00 am flight. Ten minutes from the airport and the ride was waiting for us at 3:45 am. This place had it all! Will stay there again!

The staff was very supportive and helpful, from getting us checked in when exhausted speaking English for our benefit, to setting up the morning shuttle to the airport, to later giving us excellent instructions and advice to support our sightseeing. I did feel safe in a busy (and noisy for some hours in the evening) part of the city.

The room was not fancy, nor was it priced fancy. Very pleased with the experience.

A pretty average airport hotel. To the point accommodation for one or two nights. The hotel felt a bit dated and worn. The staff was accommodating. We had a very early morning departure and an Uber was booked as an airport shuttle. This worked out without a glitch. We found the existing dining options limited. Most restaurants do not open until 8PM. With such an early departure the following day, we needed something to eat earlier than that, which proved to be difficult.

5 minutes from the airport. Free shuttle to the airport. Very nice breakfast for 13euros. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Small fridge in the room. Fitness room has decent machines and free weights and room to do floor exercises - a plus in Europe. Downsides are a bit trivial but there is no water or coffee provided in the room and we are not supposed to drink the tap. I wish I had known that - went a bit thirsty.

It's a good and simple place to stay if you are looking to stay around the IFEMA. You can call a taxi which will take you to the IFEMA in 5-10 minutes. It is also 5-10 minutes taxi to the Atletico Madrid's stadium if you are looking to catch a game. Around the hotel there are convenient stores, some small diners, a Burger King, and a super market which is 5 minutes walk away. Convenient hotel despite it being a bit old. We had a very good 2-night stay here. Staff were friendly and accomodating. They kept our 5 deliveries from Amazon despite one of them was big. The hotel compensated us for not having AC in the room due to its original setting (not because it was broken). Very good to provide free shuttle from & to the airport. Special thank you for Mario for making our stay more enjoyable.

I loved how they arranged transportion to and from the airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and i was able to leave my luggage while my room was being cleaned. The metro stop is 5 mins up the street and easy to navigate to get to the Plaza Mayor.

The hotel has good amenities (used their outdoor pool and gym) and an amazing system that they can get you to the airport anytime you want (they call a car service for you and pay for it if the shuttle is not available). Room is a bit of the small side and neighborhood not the best but I definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

The shuttle to the airport is actually a Bolt car hired on the spot, but it works much better. Make sure you have the correct tel. number when you arrive at the airport, as the one displayed at the shuttle terminal corresponds to a different Sercotel. The area is not touristic, which is a plus for me. Plenty of economical food places. The swimming pool was wonderful!

Good place to stay before boarding an early flight at the Barajas airport. The room tariff included the UBER to the airport, a short 10 minute ride. Limited areas to eat but the metro station is a couple of blocks away and you can be in Las Ventas in 20 minutes or so.

Staff was great !! Check in and out was smooth. Breakfast was good ! The lack of any kind of way to sell water drinks or snacks was disappointing . No ice machines . No coffee machines Air conditioning was poor at best . I realize that all these things are expected in America not Europe AND knowing all these things now , I would certainly stay here again because it was a great value .
