A good two nights stay. Exiting the car park was horrendous, we followed sign to salida but gate wasn’t in use. Had to reverse back down a winding ramp. Very difficult and tricky, lumps missing from walls where cars didn’t manage to manoeuvre, spoilt our experience, very stressful as not much room . Staff were lovely

An apartment building turned into a hotel. Poor lighting inside the room, there is no shower door only a half glass petition to prevent shower water spilling. There are no toiletries only with a bottle of gel soap in the shower. Just a cheap managed hotel surrounded by apartments buildings with same structures, Motel 6 in the US has better amenities.

We had a wonderful time, the staff was super nice and very helpful with everything we needed.
From the front desk,the buffet, the bar and the housekeeper, everything was perfect.
The location is perfect, you have the subway station just in the corner, a Mall, a bus stop, some restaurants, a laundry, a farmacy, a bakery and 2 stores where you can find some goods souvenirs.

The hotel was located in a residential area with easy access to the city center by metro There is a supermarket, a mall and laundromat near by and a few other shops to assist with basic needs. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was not turned on so the room got warm but we were able to open windows. I would stay again in this hotel. It’s simple and affordable however be prepared that it is not the city center so things around the hotel close early.

Gem of a hotel in quiet Madrid neighborhood

I attended a conference at nearby URJC campus, and the university was within walkable distance of this hotel. The metro stop Alsacia was a short walk to the hotel and the lit sign helped us find the hotel right away when we didn't have our bearings yet. The Alsacia metro trip to the Centro took only 30 minutes to Opera, for example, and trains came reliably every 4-5 minutes - never a wait. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, most had good English language skills to help us. The cafe inside the restaurant had friendly staff too, and good, tasty, and reasonably priced food. The rooms were spacious with a good sized desk and mini-fridge, big closets, a room safe, a big and well-appointed bathroom with excellent plumbing, lots of lights, and we had a wonderful city view. I would stay at this hotel again! We liked staying in a Madrid neighborhood, with good services (friendly groceries) and a mall nearby. The hotel is a quick taxi ride to the Madrid airport, which we took on an early Sunday morning on our return, but we also reached the hotel by Metro with our 7 day metro card from the airport at arrival and it was easy. The neighborhood is great and is a friendly and cost effective place for families to stay as well as for business travel.

The hotel is located a bit far from major attractions, but it is very close to the Alsacia Metro station (25 mins ride to the Royal Palace). The very modern Centro Comercial Las Rosas Mall is right next to the Metro station. The hotel building is very new, and everything works well. Rooms are good sized and the bed is comfortable. The included breakfast is quite okay with adequate choice. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

We've stayed at this hotel twice now and the experience has been consistently very good. The reception staff is helpful, the room is clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay in Madrid. The hotel is also in a good location; close to a shopping centre and a metro station.

Nice Hotel Between Airport & City Center

I had a very nice 4-night stay. The hotel is situated close to a Metro station, making transportation to central Madrid or the airport fairly easily and quickly. Pilar at the reception desk was particularly pleasant and helpful. The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. A few restaurants nearby and self-help laundromat nearby. A quiet neighborhood.

Needing a place to stay one night and found this hotel the perfect fit. The staff was so helpful with directions and advise for the area. When they found out we were leaving before the included breakfast was served they immediately arranged to have three meals ready when we left at 5:30 am. Amazing service.

We stayed only one night. We decided to have the buffet breakfast at the bar/lounge of the hotel. We chose a table and my wife left her purse on the seat while we went to serve ourselves some food. The purse was stolen. It occurred in a matter of seconds in a very small room with very few people.
As soon as we noticed the missing purse we informed about it in the reception desk. They offered us to show the recorded videos on the security camera system which in the end was completely useless because there is no camera in the lounge! There are no cameras in the exit doors either! So the burglar was able to go out of the hotel without being recorded at all and we strongly believe s/he knows that fact very well.

Its a nice hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. The room was not large but it has nice windows that don't make you feel cramped.
Very conveniently located to Metro and has free street parking.

There is paid parking at this hotel. The staff are AMAZING and everyone I met during my 4 week stay spoke English. The only negative is that smoking is everywhere and some guests will smoke inside even though it is a non smoking hotel. You will smell the smoke when this happens.

All good, given the current Covid conditions, the Silken Torre Garden Hotel is a good choice and it's well prepared for this situation, clean and with plenty of hydro-gel spots.

This hotel was outstanding. Very roomy, Big bathroom, cleanliness. The only problem I had was more channels could be offered on the TV but that's it. It's nothing huge but a couple more channels wouldn't hurt. I will definitely be staying at the hotel again next time I go.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The lower rating is reflective of a couple factors 1) walls are very thin. Each morning I would hear my neighbor alarm clock, arguments and when they smoked it was as if I was in the room with them. I had to place a towel at the bottom of my door to try to keep the smell from coming in. I was in a non smoking room. 2) Billing is weird. Before I checked in they billed me for the first night. I understand that they need to validate my card, however other hotels have figured out to do that and not charge the first night. The real annoyance was when I came back to my room to find that my keys did not work. I went down to reception and they said yep we turn your keys off if your total charges will be more than a set amount. Wow. They could have called or explained at checkin this policy rather than turning off my key and I would have gladly paid as I did in order to get my keys turned back on. Very poor customer service. This is an ok place for a one or two day stay. I won’t be returning.

Great hotel in a quiet and friendly area

We booked this hotel 2 times because we really liked it. Rooms are very spacious and well kept. We had a car and parking was no problem on the street although they also have a garage. We took the metro into Madrid and the station is only 200 meters away. The Las Rosas shopping mall is also 200 meters away and has a big Carrefour and many places to eat. The breakfast was very good with a good variety.
The people at the front desk were always very helpful and printed some tickets for us.
I highly recommend this hotel.
