Lovely hotel, 4 day trip, staff were welcoming. Easy access to the metro and to walk into Salamanca. Short walk to the Bullring. Breakfast was very well presented and tasty. Very clean hotel.Metronwas very easy to use.

The room was very clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of wardrobe space with a safe for our belongings but one of the sliding doors kept jumping of its rail and we had to struggle to open it. The cleaner’s station was opposite our room 216 and they made a lot of noise from 8.00am onwards. The bathroom was also very clean but the extractor fan didn’t work and the bathroom soon steamed up while showering making using the mirror almost impossible.

Hotel is 7 metro stops from the mayor attractions. Walk to the metro 10 min. Location is in a lower grade neighborhood, with the bus stop in front of the hotel. Noisy day and night from the buses, cannot sleep with open window. We ordered a superior room, but because of the noise were transferred on a higher floor to the standard one. Bedding was clean, but very firm mattress and bad quality pillows. Breakfast was good, excellent staff in the cafeteria. Don’t think we coming back.

Very nice hotel - however while much of it was very clean, in Room 425, there were long black hairs in the bathroom (I am bald, so not from me). I was also surprised about the tub. The bathroom door stop is screwed to the floor, right where you need to step over the side of the tub to enter and exit the combined shower/bathtub - and while there is one grab bar next to the tub, there is nothing to hold onto while entering or exiting the tub.

Decent business hotel with good breakfast.

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was decent. However, there was an issue with noise. The walls were so thin that I could hear people from the hallways. I also could hear people talking from the next room even after 10pm. It wasn’t that they were loud. The walls were just thin. The bathtub also didn’t work. The water stopper was loose, so the tub could not hold water. Overall, the neighborhood was quiet.

We had a great stay at this hotel - perfect location to get around all of Madrid on the Metro.

Pretty quiet hotel - only noise were from other in the room next to us.

The room was clean and and the beds (twin beds) were nice and big and comfortable.

We will definitely be back to stay here.

Very nice hotel. Clean and very reasonably priced. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was very good and well priced. Dinner included main with two sides, bread, dessert, and a beverage. ( I had beer, my wife had wine) all for 19.80 euros each.....wow

Hotel was decent.
The breakfast was excellent, shouldn’t miss it. It is also close to Ventas station which gets you to the city tourist spots within 20mins. Pricing, breakfast options/variety and proximity to metro are the key plus points.
Room wall are too thin, it was ok for cleanliness. The central heating was high, we had to keep the windows open to balance out the hotel central heating which means we could hear all the street noises. Carry earplugs.

We had a rental car. At the end of our stay they put water in a bag on the car thanking us for staying. The breakfast is worth it! If you’re on the fence, do it. I am celiac and they had so many options including gluten free.

We really like this hotel. Room & bathroom are modern with comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend if you want to stay in Las Ventas area. We booked this to watch a bull fight which could not happen but it is walking distance to the Las Ventas stadium.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. However the area is full of American fast food chains instead of local dining options, the streets smell of urine, beggars are bold, and there is a huge homeless problem in the area. As a female solo traveler I did not feel safe outside of the hotel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Room clean. However, the noise from the street outside was terrible. Windows were closed, curtains drawn - no difference. Every passing vehicle or group of pedestrians made an awful noise, even at 3am.I chose this district of Madrid as a quiet and pleasant location, which in general it was. But the sound proofing of the hotel was not up to the limited traffic noise. I could not sleep through it. I will not stay here again

The staff is excellent. They attended every request, my only complain is that they did not explain how to get advantage of the free drinks offered when skipping room cleaning. I skip it because of covid and should have been entitled to a few drinks that i didn’t get. Also the pool is not inviting, I chose this hotel bc of the pool since there is a heat wave in Madrid, but it is too small and with zero amenities.

Good location(several metro stations arround). Very friendly stufff, they helped us cancel 3 last nights and amend the reservation and pay only for the days we stayed in. Very clean, a pity no gym.

A very comfortable hotel with a flexible location if you need to be both in the center of Madrid and the outskirts, as it is easily accessible by both metro and car. Room was on the small side, but had everything I needed, and was comfortable. Tip: use the Parque de Las Avenidas metro stop rather than Ventas to avoid walking uphill!

Nice hotel but the rooms were too hot

The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Our only complaint was the heat in the rooms. The temperature was about 23 degrees at night in December/January. That is too high for the middle of the winter and each room does not have the option to reduce that temperature.

Estuvo muy buena la estadia solo que tuve que pedir una toalla y mas jabon porque aun cuando eramos.2 huesped solo pusieron 1 toalla. Por lo demas estuvo excelente, tienen un desayuno express para los madrugadores gratis que incluye croissant, cafe, jugo. El personal fue muy amable, el.hotel tiene 2 paradas de bus muy cerca y 2 estaciones de metro.

This is a very pleasant hotel with good service by the staff. However, some members of the front desk seem to be unaware of certain places of interest in Madrid. We wanted to go to a museum but the woman at the front desk sent us on a wild goose chase and we ended up elsewhere. Fortunately, we found what we were looking for so the day was not completely disastrous! Being close to the metro helped a lot

Very nice hotel and the staff was exceptionally. We really enjoyed the location away from the huddle of the city. Yet it was close enough to the metro. The breakfast was outstanding with so much to choose from. My only complaint was someone before our stay used the room coffee pot to make noodles in it. It smelled like noodles.

Positive’s: beautifully clean hotel and room, breakfast and bar service excellent with a fantastic array of choices and family friendly. Good location- only 15 mins from Plaza Mayor by taxi. Pool was cold but clean and well maintained: lifeguard on duty, so felt safe for little ones. Soft clean towels were also supplied. Gym was small but had a few good machines.
Negative’s: the walls are paper thin, and the windows are not soundproof. We heard the guests in the corridor coming and going at 2am, the couple in the room below us in ‘intimate’ detail, plus the usual city noise outside (the only one we expected).
Staff on the front desk were a little frosty and preoccupied.
