All good. Floor heating is great, keep the bathroom dry and nice. Just no detergent. And parking is extremely expensive. Paid 39 europe for the night, not 25 Europe.

Customer service was poor. Asked a simple question which would have helped with entry and was just referred back to the original instructions. Laundry facilities dirty so went to laundromat instead. Building is very noisy. Would not stay again.

The Pros: Good Area, grocery store, restaurants and metro/bus stops just walking outside the building. Communication was good. We used the oven, the stove, dish washer and washer/dryer. Everything worked fine. We did not use the coffee machine.

The apartment has one beed and two sofas (not exactly American sofa beds) . The sofas may be used as a bed (one person per sofa)

The apartment has a steep and narrow stair which I would like to mention so that anyone with mobility issues knows about it. Because of this stair we decided to leave all of our suitcases downstairs.

Gym: sAs it was getting cold by the time of our trip snd since the gym area was in the basement it felt too cold so we did not use it.

Great stay in Madrid.

The room was great. All the essentials. Easy check in. There is a little trick to pushing the door when getting in so it was tricky at first but the host was very helpful in trouble shooting.
The pool is available but cold. The pool is shaded most of the time so what we thought would be a lot of fun wasn't.
Neighborhood is perfect for a family. Train station, buses and restaurants were great.

Communication: You need to communicate with the property to confirm details and pre-check in but Expedia blocks their email address on messages and the Spanish mobile number didn't come up on our Whatsapp. Expedia messages weren't replied to on time. As a result we were not able to store our bags on arrival and had to do alternative plans that were otherwise not needed, adding extra work and spend we didn't want. Once we managed to get in touch with the property they were super helpful and really nice but just make sure you get all the details and contact prior to arrival.

Property: The property was excellent. 2 adults and 2 children fit perfectly fine with the sofa bed and you can put the bed away if you want floor space. We moved the table to the balcony and we used the swimmingpool every morning and afternoon before going out to the city, a must in the summer. It was quiet at night and the access to and from the airport is super easy with lines 8 and 6 connecting. There is a supermarket metres away which makes everything very convenient and we had an amazing plato del dia meal in the restaurants nearby that was fantastic. Would totally recommend.

The room was not a good value for the money. There was a kitchen with items to prepare food but it would’ve have been nice to have paper towels. We paid for an extra person (our daughter) but they didn’t include towels for 3 persons. The walls could use some paint, as it had so many scratches. It was our fault for not realizing the places was smaller than the pictures made it appear.

Property is as described. Make sure to communicate and do check in before arrival. Very helpful and responsive staff (not in site, though). There is a subway station 20m from property, supermarket a few steps from the building g, reataurants arc. You could walk to the centre if you wish but metro is pretty inexpensive and reliable

The location was fantastic. Station was in front of the flat. It was clean. Was a very good base for a family of four to explore Madrid
Central location meant it was equidistant to Atocha and Charmartin stations. Taxi rides to and from places were inexpensive. Flat was on second floor facing the street which was ok for us to watch the Mardid life. Was easy to access upon arrival and communication was prompt.

It is in a good location .Metro station is just in front of the building.inside the room was good tidy and modern but it was a studio and a little small for a family with two kid. But the toilet fan did not work and the side lamp next to sofa did not work ,so there were a little dark.

Great amenities right by the metro. Close to the city centre. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. Great entry code system. No need for key collection. Pool was a bit smaller than expected but I hardly used it. I had a great time.

Lovely, clean, modern apartment. Large bed, tv and good facilities (oven, kettle, dishwasher, aircon, coffee machine).
Only received check on details (on request) when we arrived at the airport but good communication after this.
Swimmimg pool and area small with only 4 loungers but was quiet during our visit so not an issue.
Good location, nice area - supermarkets and bars/restaurants within easy walking distance and the metro to get to city centre is practically across the street.

Double check price - apt has serious flaws!

1) total price was more than double than the listed price. Fair enough, we should’ve checked better, but as a frequent traveler, I kinda don’t bother since I typically deem the total price as “acceptable” compared to whatever was the listing price. In this case it struck me that for an apt that was listed at 92eur/night, I ended up paying around 190eur/night (!!)
2) upon arrival we still didn’t have the detail about the apartment. We tried calling the number provided on the listing; nobody answered. Luckily after 15mins or so a lady helped us out, but even she had to make some phone calls before we were “allocated” to an apartment...the email with the details arrived after we already had entered the apt.
3. Shower was clogged, so literally after 10-20seconds you were standing in a pool of dirty water.
4. That same shower also leaked which resulted a side wall of the door opening to swell. As a result, after the first shower was taken, the door couldn’t be closed anymore...bye bye toilet pricacy...

The apartment has potential, but seems to be badly constructed (bending floors, bathroom problem, clogged shower,...) and lacks a minimal service which you might expect for a 190/night apartment (e.g. timely information, kitchen supplies, doors you can actually close, clean unclogged shower, ...).

On a positive note, the location is great. You’re close to an upscale shopping area and only 15min from the airport...

En la habitación hacía mucho frío, no había ropa accesoria y tuvimos que taparnos con las toallas. Aún así pasamos frío. No era posible regular la temperatura. Además, a las 11:01 desconectaron las llaves y no podía entrar a coger algunos objetos q habíamos olvidado, menos mal que nos abrió la señora de la limpieza.

Mi estancia fue correcta, pero la habitación resultó bastante normalita para el precio que pagué. No destaca por l limpieza aunque cumplía con lo básico, pero no ofrecía nada destacable ni acorde a la tarifa. Las instalaciones y el confort eran más propios de una categoría inferior, por lo que la relación calidad-precio no me pareció adecuada. En general, una experiencia aceptable, pero mejorable si se ajustara el precio a lo que realmente se ofrece.

Aire acondicionado NO FUNCIONA, apartamento a 82 Farenheit desde que llegamos y la atención al cliente deficiente sin dar soluciones en casi toda la estadía con necesidad de estar continuamente haciendo la queja. Ofrecieron un cambio de habitacion que ocurrio una sola noche de las 4 que no pudimos dormir casi por el calor, y nunca repararon el aire a pesar de multiples quejas y contactos.

A inicios de 2022 nos hospedamos, y fue una experiencia inmejorable. Está vez, 2024, pudo ser igual, a no ser porque la unidad asignada tenía ciertos inconvenientes, algunos de diseño y otros que sí podrían corregirse: (1) el retrete (wáter) está instalado muy cerca a la pared, lo que hacía imposible usarlo en una posición normal (a menos que te falte la pierna derecha); (2) el portarrollos de papel higiénico, igualmente en una posición difícil de usar; (3) falta iluminacion en el espejo; (4) falta de iluminación en el área de las cajoneras, debajo del TV; (5) la cama principal ubicada frente a la puerta del baño (no está el televisor frente a esa cama), y, como el interruptor de la luz está por fuera del cuarto de baño, al encenderla quien entrase a hacer una necesidad mientras otra persona duerme, o al apagarla apenas sale, inevitablemente molesta a esa otra persona que duerme con la luz fuerte que sale del cuarto de baño al abrir la puerta; (6) los ganchos para colgar toallas: unos están bien, con la ubicación y forma correcta (hongo); pero hay un par que están tan mal ubicados (sobre el retrete) y no tienen forma de hongo por lo que las toallas colgadas no se sujetan bien, tienden a resbalar, y, si la tapa del water está abierta, Splash!, ya saben donde caen. Eso le ocurrió a mi hijo; (7) por último, recomiendo agregar un espejo de cuerpo entero, ya que sólo se cuenta con el espejo del baño. Por lo demás, fue una experiencia inolvidable.
