Clean and modern apartment in a great neighbourhood with lots of good bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff are very friendly and communication was excellent making check in/ check out very easy.

Paloma is wonderful, the place is clean, and has everything needed. I wish I could've giver a tip but I had no euros. The area is called VENTAS because of the plaza the toros, ventas is an ok area, very close to Salamanca neighborhood either walk 15 mins or take an uber for 5 to 7 mins.

We had a suite in the first floor that was neat and clean with a kitchen supplied with everything we needed, even olive oil and vinegar. The office attendants Rebecca and Paloma were nice and friendly and gave us information and tips of Madrid. The place is conveniently located next to Ventas metro station and close to all the important attractions of Madrid. We strongly recommend Feelathome.

We enjoyed our stay in Feelathome Apartments, Madrid. The rooms are quite small but very well appointed and comfortable. The location was excellent. The only thing missing was a mirror, other than the one in the bathroom. A full length mirror would have been useful.

The front desk is accomdating and even provided me with a local map with locations to visit during my stay. It is perfectly layed out with ample storage space. The kitchen is a great feature but due to our short stay, we didn't use it. The best part of our stay was that the concierge was so helpful. She helped us take the Metro subway and showed us places to visit. I can't say enough good things about her. She made us feel so comfortable in a country where we didn't speak the language.

Fantastic and new apartments within 5-8 min walk to the nearest underground station, which will take you to the city centre of Madrid in no time.
We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of pans and utensils the apartments were provided with, in case you want to cook anything. And the fridge was also big enough. Everything is new and the bed and pillows are super comfy.
However, the apartments are not cleaned during your stay (regardless of how long you stay) unless you pay 30€ for it... and you are not provided with anything to clean yourself either. That's a bit cheeky...
And for such new apartments, the sound insulation with other apartments and the corridor is really bad. One would have thought that not hearing conversations happening on the corridor is something basic to have been considered at design stage.
Despite the above, I would consider coming back to these apartments due to their location and installations.

My husband and I have truly enjoyed our stay at Feelathome Ventas last week. The property is new and modern, which we always appreciate. The area is nice, safe and close to a supermarket and metro stations.
It is not very spacious, so keep that in mind if you travel with a lot of luggage or if you plan on staying for an extended period of time ;-)

Feel at Home fue justo eso, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El apartamento era cómodo, tenía una oequeña cocina bien equipada, la cama estuvo muy bien e incluso tenía 2 TVs.
La zona es muy conveniente, con 2 supermercados muy cerca, lugares para comer y tomar algo, así como la estación de Metro Ventas a solo 2-3 cuadras caminando.
El personal fue muy atento, especialmente la chica de recepciòn, quien estuvo siempre pendiente, nos ayudó a cambiar la cafetera 2 veces y nos guardó nuestras maletas grandes por unas horas mientras se llegaba la hora del check-in.
Muy recomendado y de seguro volvería.

En la habitación había dos dispensadores de aromatizante, lo que da a entender que se intentaba disimular el olor de manera constante. Además, al encender la calefacción, el olor a aromatizante se intensificaba, lo que me dio la impresión de que el sistema de calefacción también contenía algún tipo de dispensador.
