Ok but not a 4 stars hotel

Breakfast buffet had lots of empty trays, staff rushing to fill them while tables stayed uncleared. The room was cramped and basic: no kettle, no coffee maker, no complimentary water bottle. Walls are paper-thin, heard every whisper in the hall, no sleep-doors have gaps underneath. On the positive side the location is brilliant-just two minutes to the beach, harbour, and town centre. Average stay otherwise.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. After reading the reviews we decided to have the breakfast buffet which lived up to the expectations, it was delicious! We spent the day at the rooftop pool which had a lovely energy about it - very relaxed, with nice music and the regular ringing bella from the local churches. The bar staff were lovely and accommodating and the food and drinks were lovely!

Thank you so much for the loveliest stay, we will definitely stay again when we come back to Alicante!

Me and my Husband had an amazing time, the hotel is spotless, friendly staff always on hand. Perfect roof top pool and bar area with spectacular views. Superb air conditioning and very comfortable. WiFi excellent. Location couldn't have been better, central in town, a stones throw to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and chemists. We are already planning our second trip . Highly recommended. We stayed only for 1 night, for 24 hour exploring Alicante.

We arrived early - but the lady at the lobby desk went out of her way to get us a room early. This allowed us put cases safely stored and ready for when WE wanted to change for activities later in the day.

The hotel was a revelation. Great fun with their themed room decor. Memorable and smiles all round.

The quirky swim pool was fun. Time for relaxing on the roof.

This property was quaint and clean, however the AC wasn’t working on the second night we stayed. We were told at 11pm that it was going to be fixed, but it wasn’t. It made for a very uncomfortable night. I requested a refund for the night or even a partial refund, but the manager said because the AC was out in the entire building and not just our room, they could not do anything about it. We were very disappointed.

Nice hotel but not amazing. Good location for walking around Alicante city centre, wifi was good and rooftop was nice but very small. The rooms were also small, we booked a superior room but even that didn’t have a lot of space and the bathroom is open as part of the room. I found the bed very uncomfortable, this is personal preference so others may be fine, I like a soft bed and found this too hard. Breakfast was ok but I don’t think it was worth the money. One great plus is the coffee machine is available all day along with some pastries from breakfast, so you can help yourself which was a nice touch. Overall a good hotel but not sure it was worth the price we paid.

The photos of the pool are deceiving. It's about 1.5 meters wide and 10 meters long.
My original room had a non functioning TV. They moved me to an interior room. As it was explained to me, many interior rooms are unable to receive Wi-Fi signals due to the construction of the building. I'll stay at Melia next time

The only issue we had was that the room was very very small and there were no shelves or places to set anything. The shower also leaked all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast buffet was ok although the food was on the cold side. The staff was very helpful

Everything you need in one place and with a smile

Great stay. Ideally located for exploring Alicante. Staff could not have been friendlier. nothing too much trouble. we did not eat there but there is a nice bar on the roof top.
Overall, I could not recommend this hotel highly enough for a few days in Alicante. Pool is very small but there is a large ocean a few minutes away. Rates were reasonable.

Really lovely hotel! The photos don’t do it justice. I think each room has a design with a different artist which is pretty cool. Felt very safe for my mother and I. Lovely and super clean, feels very modern. Staff really helpful and offered storage/taxis. Location so ideal for exploring Alicante and lovely view from the rooftop pool. Not a bad word to say about it.

Location was excellent. Very accessible to restaurants and the marina - breakfast was good food very fresh - staff were helpful except one of bar waiters who was quite grumpy initially and not so welcoming and it seemed to be a bit of an inconvenience that we were a six and he had to move a few tables together - a smile goes a long way - wouldn’t let that put you off staying though everything else was great .
