Nice hotel with incorrect bed descriptions.

The hotel is good location that’s quiet but short taxi ride or metro from main attractions. Staff was friendly.

The issue however is with deceptive description of the rooms. They advertise as king size bed. But they are not king size beds. Room 105 had a queen size bed. room 110 was a full size bed. I even measured. (See pictures)

They will tell you that this is a “Madrid king” but that’s a lie as I’ve stayed at several Madrid hotels & gotten normal king size beds. Including Thompson Madrid operated by Hyatt.

If you are seeking a true king size, I would recommend another hotel.

Excellent place. Close to walk and easy to take the bus.
Walk distance from Salamanca and the Santiago Bernabeu.
Service very personal and attentive. Kiddos to Eric, Jorge and Anna in the bar restaurant.
They accommodated to every requirement.
Also they three lady at the concierge, very knowledgeable and patient.
If I go back that is the place hands down my place.

This hotel is not what I expected from Hyatt. We requested a twin room, with two beds and we got a room with no light and a very small window to an interior ugly and depressing fires escape. There was no sun light and the room was depressing. If the property would show true pictures on the website, we would have never booked a room there.

Upon a request to change rooms, we were told that that is the only stack of rooms available as double rooms, and that we could get a suite with a King size bed ( not what we needed) and that was 100 Euros more per night. Other than that, the staff didn't offer any options and our stay in Madrid was not very pleasant.

Property is far away from the heart of Madrid, but very close to the stadium. Offers quiet and relax environment. Some of the check in staff were a bit rude when we arrived before our check in time to drop off our luggage. The bar has the best salted almonds with peanut samplers and the bar and restaurant staff were very warm.

酒店的suite算是含行政酒廊的费用，早上有简单的早餐，每天早上一早就开，晚上很晚才关。不用时段还变换着相应食物供应，太赞了。床很舒服，房间很大。但感觉酒店各部门沟通不太好，房内一个洗手池下水不畅，我没有提出，清洁工每天肯定能感觉到到四天过去没人来疏通。酒店的饭菜也是超赞的，虽然是一个bar，提供的菜品不算多。 check in没房间等到保证时间过了都没有只能出去。回来时房间有了，经验一个五星酒店，客人寄存的行李一旦有了房间会及时送到房间里，可是行李还需要我自己去拿或者等超过半小时的时间拿到我房间。

he good : friendly staff at the front desk, comfortable beds, amazing showers.
The \"?\" : at the entrance you have to drag your suitcases down a great marble staircase, no ramp, no help. The room is nicely appointed if you like the minimalist style, but there is no desk, the TV is hanging on the wall with a narrow shelf under it.. Although I am sure there are better rooms in the hotel, but my room felt like a fancy cell.. dark and depressing with a tiny window in the corner that wouldn't close properly and facing a dinky inner shaft with pipes and hardware exposed. Not so tightly closed window allowed some smells from the laundry to penetrate the room. The attempt to beautify this disastrous view by hanging colored dolls does not work ! At the rate of over $350 (Canadian) a night, I could get a much better room in the area. Two bottles of water in the fridge clearly marked \"free for elite members only\". Any attempt to turn on the TV failed. Overall, stayed in similar hotels in the area with much larger and comfortable rooms at the same price point.
FINALLY : a total NO-NO : cleaning staff entered the room without knocking while I was still there, and way ahead of check-out time The window here cut me off in the middle of a word, it has to be AREA not ARE

We booked a suite there for three nights at the beginning, and then three more at the end of our driving adventure through much of Spain. The breakfasts are the highest mark we can give, it was excellent, the maitre'd is highly attentive, the staff is very friendly, and attentive as well. We weren't told that we had access to the executive lounge (good appetizers) until our return stay which is better than not at all. The hotel is nicely situated to the museum trio, and the Plaza Mayor. The rooms are well maintained, although the space for the toilet is ridiculously small, and the metal TP dispenser cover sticks out so watch your elbow. We had to use cushions to blacken the motion-sensor night-light in the bedroom which is annoyingly bright. The main desk staff is friendly, and tries to be helpful, although their concierge service is variable. The bag-porter service was excellent.

Maybe off day. But few things weren’t right, no heat when it dropped to 13 at night. Coffee machine not working right. Girls at front desk and porters were good. Some other staff not obliging at all. Not like other Hyatt’s I’ve stayed at. Room way to small to stay there again.

Location is excellent, easy access to trains, tourist activities, a ton of tapas restaurants, staff is super helpful. Honestly my only complaint is that the BREAKFAST IS THE SAME EVERY SINGLE DAY and that gets boring if you stay for 2 weeks like we did. Otherwise, a nice location, would stay again.

The hotel is wonderful staff are friendly but tend to do too much and thus forgetting to do it. In my case they forgot my wake up call for the day of the flight. I would also recommend to add a label to the door for when you want your room made rather than go to the lobby and ask for them to make the room.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed at this hotel for 6 days. Both rooms were really spacious and felt clean even though you could tell that the rooms were a little bit older. It's a little confusing though because we booked 2 rooms, one that could sleep 3 and one that could sleep 2 but the room that was meant for 3 people felt smaller than the other one. The hotel staff also weren't that accommodating. Even their guest services aren't that great. Every time we would call housekeeping to send up extra bathroom essentials, it would take such a long time for them to get you what you need. Sometimes, we would even have to call twice because it seemed like they had already forgotten about your request. We also had to switch one of the rooms during our stay because the hotel said that there was a problem with their waterlines or something and while the other room was packing their stuff, nobody from the hotel even offered to help. They also only gave us a small plate of fruits and 2 bottles of water for the inconvenience. If they don't improve on their hotel management, I wouldn't stay at this hotel a second time.

The hotel is one of the best places to stay. The room was spacious, very clean and well organized. Hotel staff very friendly to US travelers. Also, hotel is within 300 feet of METRO stop for easy access to west, east and central Madrid and tourist sites. Great surrounding neighborhood with coffees shops (BAM) within 3 minute walk.

The property is well located in the central part of Madrid. It is quiet and the staff is excellent. It is more of a boutique hotel and different from all the Hyatt Regencies in which I have stayed. There are none of the usual facilities: pool, exercise facility, etc.

Hotel was nice, but the staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. We had a broken lamp that had to be replaced and the safe wouldn't lock. Asked for an extra coffee cup since there were 2 of us. All requests seemed like a hardship for staff. Very noisy at night from other rooms upstairs and doors banging. Probably won't stay here again. Breakfast was wonderful however.

Only 2 weeks since change to Hyatt. Not all rooms upgraded. \"Old\" rooms are still OK but obviously dated. Staff attitude good. Problems with changeover of systems at check-in, they couldn't find our booking. No hotel information in the room. A pool would be good too. Ask for veggies with your meal, non on the menu.

The hotel is impeccable and the service is five stars. It was my husband's birthday and they were kind enough to send us a bottle of champagne, sang Happy Birthday to him and even helped us find a last minute reservation at Sanceloni!

This was a wonderful experience, will definitely come back next time we come to Madrid!

Located in Central Madrid between stadium and historical center.
Would recommend more the hotel for business but it is still very enjoyable for leisure as there is a gastronomic restaurant and high quality service.

My impression of the hotel was let down at the end because in the morning the day before I left I spoke to a lady at reception and asked if I could have a late check out because my flight did not leave until much later. She checked for me and came back and said it was fine and a late check out was agreed and I was happy to pay extra for that. On the day I left I got a phone call in my room to say that they needed me to vacate my room. I thought there may have been a misunderstanding about my later check out but I was told that the lady on reception made a mistake and my room was needed for a guest arriving on the day so I needed to leave earlier. I had already made plans and based them around the time of the late check out that was agreed so I found this to be disruptive and caused an inconvenience for me. I was surprised tat the mistake got noticed so late (the afternoon I was leaving) when I had spoken to someone over 24 hours earlier about it. It was a coincidence I happened to be in my room at the time they phoned as I wonder what would have happened if I was not and they say they needed the room urgently?

From the warm welcome at check in it went to the other end of the spectrum that we want you out of the hotel asap so it did let itself down for me at the end.
