Paseo de la Castellana, the city's financial and business corridor, is only five minutes away on foot, so the location is also perfect for business travelers.

The room was very nice, clean and quiet. The bed was confortable. There was a very convenient desk that I used for work. There was a safe that was easy to use and convenient as well. The best thing this hotel has is the staff: particularly, the lady at the breakfast was extremely nice and she made every effort to make us feel good and wellcome. I will definitely stay there again!

Second time I visit this hotel. The first time was ok, however this second time was terrible. The shower didn’t work properly. The toilet flush didn’t work well. They gave Is individual beds that were put together. It wasn’t a double bed.
The USB chargers didn’t work at all. Disappointed!

Great service, low-key area with a local feel

My stay was great in those aspects that relate to service: great staff who were attentive and helpful with my questions about arranging things to do in Madrid and a number of small things, like getting a kettle or silverware, or printing something. Individually these are trivial details, but they do add up to a fantastic impression. No matter who was behind the desk each day, I knew I could rely on the hotel's team for whatever came up.

I also appreciated their great cleaning staff who left the room spotless each day.

The furniture and condition of my room were also new and pleasant. So I had the full \"hotel\" experience.

One aspect that the staff obviously can't control is the thin walls between rooms; you can hear what's going on in the other rooms--things like snoring or conversation in a soft voice. I wasn't too bothered by it because I just turned on the AC at the fan setting and came home tired enough each night to just crash right away. But I can see how it might not be ideal for someone with a different routine.

The location of this hotel really shines if you want a more neighborly feel and don't want to be in the hell which are the areas around Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, etc. There are still enough corner bars, coffee shops and whatnot, without big crowds. There's a park nearby that's great for jogging and exercise.

Finally, all the Covid precautions were taken very seriously, and it was great to see the effort put into safety.

The hotel is conveniently located in Chamberi, very close to Ponzano street, the trending area for bars and restaurants. Rooms are big, very modern, and comfortable. The only problem I found was the noise outside the room. You can hear people slamming doors, talking and walking on the hall. Other than that, this hotel is perfect.

A lovely hotel with such friendly, professional staff. The rooms are great - big, bright, airy and very very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. There are so many bars and restaurants in the local area, and the staff were happy to give suggestions of where to go. It's far enough out of the centre that the bars are full of friendly locals rather than tourists. And there is a metro station very nearby that means you can be in the centre in just a few minutes. Thanks for a lovely stay. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Madrid.

Room was not a standard double but a suite with two bathrooms. Bedroom was extremely tight. Largest problem was that the heat was on and could not be adjusted from the room. The front desk said they would turn it down from their computer. No way to turn the A/C on. Had to have the windows open (with heat on) all night. Uncomfortable.

Excellent weekend get away! I really liked this hotel and the location. There is a metro station one and a half blocks away (Alonso Cano). It is not a main line so you may have to transfer to it. However their a main line, 15 mins few minutes away by foot (Nieves Ministerios). So getting to the hotel is not a big issue. The staff is friendly, polite and welcoming. The room is big, clean, comfortable. The overall feel is private. My only two negative points are minor. First, the bed is a bit firm for side or stomach sleepers. It felt fine when I slept on my back and may have helped with some lower back stiffness. Overall it’s a non-issue. The other point, as others have mentioned, in the am you can hear the people the cleaning crew moving around. I can generally sleep through this noise but I was woken up by it. The room above me might have been a storage room as it sounded like a table was being moved around. This happened three mornings around 7-8 am. Annoying but I went back to sleep afterwards. Regardless, the cleaning crew is awesome as they still cleaned my room after 2 pm without me having to inform the front desk. I left the hanging door knob card and it was clean when I returned. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the hotel. It’s away from the city center but still has it’s own night life, local bars and restaurants. Like Soho for you New Yorkers considering it.

El personal súper amable, sólo que la calidad de los materiales de la construcción si son malas, todo lo que hacían en el cuarto de a lado, se escuchaba, incluyendo la tele. El ruido de los bares de al rededor si es mucho, la gente no respeta, yo lo solucione con tapones para los oídos. Lo único que si me di cuenta, es que iban y solo hacían mi cama, no limpiaban, eso pasó varios días. Aún así, volvería, el ruido lo solucioné y tiene muy buena ubicación. Para hacer de la cadena NH, me parece un Hotel demasiado simple, las habitaciones son casi elementales, carecen de cafeteras, de adornos y de cualquier cosa que las haga sentir confortables.
El tamaño de la regadera es apenas lo suficiente.

Je n’arrive pas à décider si c’était une moyenne, bonne ou une excellente expérience. Le concept est très attractif, l’expérience n’est pas tout à fait au niveau des attentes générées. La chambre était sympa mais pas suffisamment pour créer un effet exceptionnel, les services étaient bons mais avec ce petit quelque chose qui fait que l’on sent pas tout à fait à l’aise. Das Hotelzimmer ist mit Laminatboden und insgesamt schön eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, in der Abends viele Spanier in Bars, Restaurants und auf der Straße waren. Und dies fast die ganze Nacht. Leider halten die Fenster diesen Lärm nicht wirklich ab. Der Unterschied zwischen offenem und geschlossenem Fenster ist kaum zu bemerken.
Lärmempfindliche Gäste sollten evtl. nach einem Zimmer nach hinten raus fragen.

Quarto confortável, chuveiro bom, cama boa, travesseiros bons. Limpeza excelente. Atendimento no check-in e no check-out eficiente e prestativo. Ao lado do hotel tem um mercadinho, o que facilita para comprar coisas necessárias. O bairro é agradável, tem bons restaurantes e cafés. Linhas do metrô próximas ao estabelecimento, o que deve ser levado em consideração já que o hotel não fica na zona turística mais movimentada. Enfim, recomendo.
