The property is well located, the room is small but convenient. The shower area is much smaller than expected. The climate control was completely ruined and the wiring a hazard. The walls dirty and curtains misplaced. The staff courteously available. My advise is urgent renovation, other than that is a convenient executive choice

The hotel don’t have a sign to identify the place. They never answer the phone. We where around 45 minutes looking for the location. When finally found it, the person in front desk was super rough and when the phone was ringing and he never answer it. He was looking at a game in the TV. The room smell ugly, a couple of things was broken. The floor was dirty. Is the worst experience that I have in all my travels

This property should not qualify as a hotel. They claimed after I had checked in and found the Air Conditioner not working that “As per rule we do not have air conditioning from midnight till 11 am.”

I've stayed there before. It was being renovated so there was a construction crew there. Our room on the 5th or 4th floor was so hot. I was told that by law they could not turn on the air conditioning until a certain date. I was there May 16th. They changed me to a lower floor.

First notice upon entry doors look like it's been force entry several time, damage on door locks not very safe.elevator was very loud and out of align not to safe. Rooms are old and needs major upgrade. No iron, hair dryer, TV was also small and hanging to high on the was , it just doesn't have the comport we were looking for. Not worth the money.

Where to begin...
Learn the phrase \"papel higienico\". You'll constantly have to ask for it as they are incredibly reluctant to put any toilet paper in your room. The hotel itself is falling to pieces, the lifts are the least confidence inspiring contraptions ever but, worst of all, is the breakfast buffet that is referenced on expedia. It's an all out lie. Breakfast is in the adjoining cafe and you can have coffee and either a croissant or a churros. And that is it.
I appreciate that this is not an expensive hotel but I would expect more. Even just a little.
On a positive note the showers are amazing! The beds were changed every day and the rooms kept fairly clean, even if nothing else was really done. It's not a bad location either with Retiro park about 20 minutes walk away, good transport links and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Great little place, but is being redecorated and remodelled at present, so reception was a building site but my room was freshly painted and spotless. And very helpful staff. The property condition would of received full marks if not for its building works going on. Very close to the US embassy and a great little restaurant on the street level.

The hotel is a little out of the center of town, but it's a good deal for what you pay. Staff was helpful. There are a few things about the hotel like the elevators aren't good as in they jolt each time, and a few tripping hazards. Otherwise would stay again.

En el baño la jobonera rota, el mueble lleno de humedad, no tienes un secador de pelo en la habitacion, la mesa del centro y el escritorio muy deteriorados. Es muy caro para el tipo de instalaciones que tienen. Se nota que no le dan mantenimiento. Si es verdad que la ubicación es genial pero no justifica las condiciones de las instalaciones.

Todo excelente, lo malo es que en la limpieza solo se limitaban a cambiar toallas y tender la cama si sales de tu habitación antes de las 11 am, si no solo cambian toallas, pero ko lavan trastes, ni limpian mas. Fuera de eso la ubicación es excelente, el depa tiene mas que lo sufiente y todos son muy amables.
