Booked a standard double but was given an accessible room. Also the room was right by the elevator and the noise from the waiting area and restaurant was quite loud. Also the walls are thin so not ideal if you have noisy neighbours having a “fun time(!)” Reception staff were very nice though and the bed was comfortable

Excellent hotel for a shirt stay in a good area of Madrid. My only quibble was the design if the bathroom- nowhere to hang anything (clothes, sponge etc) & the shower screen was much too small so there was always a puddle on the floor

The walls are really thin. The bathroom is a little odd in the sense that the shower doesn’t have a door or any type of closure, so it’s easy to get water all over the floor. The bed doesn’t come with a comforter so maybe bring your own blanket. The staff and service are absolutely wonderful. They have different kinds of pillows to accommodate your sleeping style, the housekeepers and front desk are very kind and helpful. Great wi-fi. And the location is freakin perfect

Zenit Abeba is located in a very nice area in Madrid, Salamanca. If you can walk for 40 minutes or more, you will be within walking distance of places like the Prado Museum.
The staff is very friendly, especially Aurea, if I remember her name correctly, who was great with suggestions on where to visit, etc.
The room we were given was ok. It was clean and the bathroom was a good size, however, the room was a bit too small for two people. We were not sure if it was a room for a single guest or if the simple double rooms were all that size. It was also a bit noisy; we could hear other guest's showers...
We had lunch at the hotel restaurant on the day of our arrival and it was very good!
Overall, it was a good stay for two days.

I am 100% satisfied with this hotel. Extremely clean and confortable. We have 2 kids (4 and 2) and the family room was perfect for us.

The hotel said it has a restaurant and bar, it does not. It has a breakfast room and the bar is for groups. The staff wasn't helpful, actually seemed to get angry when asked and gave us the wrong information. We missed a paid trip because of their directions and some of my property was broken. They need to work on dealing with people who aren't Spanish. I've been traveled for 45 years and this is absolutely the worst hotel I've stayed in and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. How they got a 4.5 stars is a mystery to me!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zenit Abeba. From arrival, parking was directly underneath the hotel and easy to get into. The service at reception was great and our check-in was quick and efficient.

The breakfast was also really nice, the food on offer just maybe needs to be replenished more regularly as there were a few things that ran out and were not replaced.

The breakfast was not worth the 9 Euro's so we cancelled it the second morning. The room was comfortable but small and the bed was okay - a bit hard for our liking. The staff was excellent.
