This was honestly the worst “hotel” experience I’ve ever had, and calling it a hotel is generous. It’s basically a hostel pretending to be a hotel.
The pillows are literally like they’ve been cut in half tiny, flat, and extremely uncomfortable. The bed is extremely small, and the room is even smaller. There’s barely half a table, and you can’t fit anything properly. It feels claustrophobic the moment you walk in.
They advertise private bathrooms, but what they don’t clearly say is that you’re sharing that bathroom with six other rooms. That is not a hotel experience. On top of that, the bathroom lights are on motion sensors that constantly turn off. I couldn’t even shower properly without waving my hands every few seconds to get the lights back on.
You can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms. Zero soundproofing. No privacy. No comfort.
The worst part was I had a serious issue with my room key. My card didn’t work, and even the reception’s card didn’t work. I was locked out of my room for hours and almost missed my flight because of it. When I asked for compensation, they didn’t care at all. No solution, no apology, nothing.
This is not a hotel. It’s an overpriced hostel with misleading advertising and terrible customer service. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

Absolutely fantastic, clean location and very kind stuff… but no Tv in the room, coffee machine on 1st floor was broken and ate my 1.5 euro, no breakfast options, the large LED cove light strip started to flash as a disco lamp after 10 min on which can trigger some light sensitive individuals, common toilets on common floors had no soap…. Also, had some issues with website check in via email…Would have been nice to know that location is still under construction ahead. Apart from minor op issues, it a good place to stay.

The housekeeping standard is high and the room was very clean. The bed was rock hard though - very very uncomfortable even for us who like a firm mattress. The bed was so hard it effected sleep badly so we would not return. Very bad smell of sewage in the lift throughout our stay. The bathroom was very cramped with tiny sink. It was quite expensive for what it was for our particularly nights (€145 per night). Big thanks to staff for thier excellent service, but the bed is a deal breaker.

The hotel was small but clean. However, there was a major problem with the internet connection, and the staff showed no sincerity in trying to resolve it. They kept insisting that the issue was with our devices, while they were busy chatting among themselves, which made me even more upset. This is not a hotel ! This is a Hostel where we found out when we checked in. The bathroom is shared with other guests and it was sold to us as a standard hotel room when we booked in with Hotel.com. The size of the room is hardly 40 square feet and the rest is bed which a ten years old child would hardly fit. We immediately asked for upgrade but they said it is not Available!! Total Scam ! So uncomfortable and weird place. The room is claustrophobic and you might get panic attack ! Stay away from this place !!!!
