A very clean room that’s spacious for two, and very accessible by metro. However, no bar soap was given for toiletries which was unexpected. We also encountered severe clogging with our shower, which took forever to drain all the water. Finally, we could only use the hair dryer on the low power setting because it wouldn’t work on the high setting which was a bit inconvenient.

I was in room 109 which fronts 2 streets. The traffic noise was relentless. Sirens blaring 3 times at least. Garbage trucks at 2:00 am. Cars and motorcycles continuous through the night. So loud I got up to check if a window was left open. Sleeping was difficult to say the least. Otherwise I would have rated this place highly.

I originally booked a four-night stay. I was able to check in late due to a delayed flight, but the room was terrible and I ended up checking out after one night. The sheets were unbelievably itchy. The toilet seat was broken and falling off. The general repair of the room was not good. The deadbolt lock only worked by putting my entire body weight into lifting the door upwards, so the lock could deploy. It did not feel safe. The only positive was a strong aircon unit, so the room was cool. Other than that, I couldn’t stay in itchy sheets for four nights. Not sleeping for one night was enough. The woman at the desk didn’t even ask why I was checking out early when I left. Big waste of money and would not recommend.

Entiendo que por el precio no se puede pedir más… Las únicas dos cosas que no nos gustaron nada fueron que ya al entrar en la recepción hay un cartel que pone que no se hacen responsables de los objetos de valor de tu habitación, eso no genera ningun tipo de confianza.

I liked that it was clean and in a solid neighborhood. There is a laundromat around the corner and great places to eat nearby. I did not enjoy the front desk staff calling my room at 1am and 2am and yelling in Spanish for absolutely no reason. Checking out in the morning was hostile and completely baffling. The double bedroom is pretty small for 2 people. There is no place to put the suitcase. The bathroom is pretty small as well. Our room is facing to the street. It is noisy. And it is hard to sleep for us. All the rest is good. Staff is very friendly and polite. It is a 3-4 minutes walk distance from the metro staion Quintana if you chose the right exit. The neighborhood is safe and lively.

The shower area itself was worn and didn’t seem as clean as the rest of the place. It was also noisy: loud traffic all night and lots of people noise from outside until at least midnight.

Great place tucked away from central Madrid, but easy access to everything via the metro close by (easy walking distance). Young man at the desk spoke great English and was very helpful (and sincerely nice, unsually). Room was facing street, but windows were double-pane and VERY quiet when closed and steel shade lowered. Overall, was very happy with the area and the hotel. If I stay in Madrid again, I will stay here. For the price, it's a steal.

Os hotéis em Madrid, assim como em outras cidades grandes da Espanha (comparado com cidades da Itália e Portugal) são um pouco acima da média em preço, então às vezes é difícil dar nota e comparar com localidades melhores em outros locais da Europa com preços menores. Dito isso, para uma noite achei o local apropriado. É próximo do metrô, relativamente. Não é tão próximo do centro conhecido. Tem recepção 24h e elevador. Apesar de que estava frio na cidade, o quarto é bem aquecido, mas até demais, tivemos problema com o ar-condicionado/aquecedor não funcionando (não ligava de jeito maneira, tentamos de tudo), e não conseguimos ajuda da recepção (as soluções não ajudaram, e barreira da língua prejudicou a comunicação também). Felizmente abrir a janela um pouco já ajudou, mas no verão seria insuportável.

Per il prezzo pagato davvero non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio. Consiglio i tappi per le orecchie, la via è trafficata. Personalmente ho dormito benissimo usandoli, check-in e check-out rapidi. Le prix est c’est qui est de plus attractif. La literie est plutôt sommaire mais la chambre est plutôt propre. La climatisation n’a pas fonctionné le deuxième soir ce qui a été compliqué pour dormir les fenêtres ouvertes pour pas dormir dans une fournaise.

La habitación justita pero va en lo que pagas. Comi sugerencia a la propiedad, había hormigas. La habitación muy luminosa, con ventana a la avenida pero la cerrabas y no se escuchaba nada.
