Where to start. The pictures are misleading and must be from when they first opened. It does not like like that now. It’s run down and dirty. The women’s bathroom shower door does not close. So the bathroom is perpetually wet. There is no caddy or shelf and or anywhere to put your toiletries. The shower head is hand held. Only one light bulb works..faintly. For some reason you can’t flush toilet paper so they provided a bin for that. As you can imagine…it makes the whole bathroom smell because used tissues are exposed. There is no windows in the bedroom and there are over a dozen bunk beds. That’s over 24 people with no ventilation. The fridge is a mess and be sure someone will steal your food so don’t even bother. Ladies, the place the place is men heavy and majority live there. Meaning communal places are mostly occupied by men. Overwhelming so. I would not recommend.

Overall recommend would bring a face mask to cover your eyes and a lock to lock your locker!!! Was kinda a wild environment but i recommend. Biggest complaint is that i was in a bed right next to a glass wall and so the people in the other room having their light on basically made the light go on in our room — request to be next to a wall

Tuvieron que reubicarme en otro lugar, de condiciones similares, pero con más gente en la habitación (que no respetaron las normas de convivencia y no permitieron que el resto descansara)

The staff at the hostel were kind but the facilities are really poor compared to hostels in other cities. There are not enough showers for the number of guests (just one on each floor for the women) and the water was never hot (lukewarm at best). I'm also really fed up with the inflatable mattresses hostels in Madrid use. They are incredibly uncomfortable on top of metal frame bunks and very noisy whenever someone moves an inch. The beds don't have their own private lamps and my top bunk was directly underneath a bright fluorescent ceiling light which made it even more difficult to sleep.

For example you can store food in the fridge and also in a cabin they have in the kitchen with a lock, also they can store your lugagge in a room that appears to be the garage which its locked. None of these options are stated in the adds for the booking so you may be planning on carrying the minimum understanding that you can't store things anywere and have a less confortable trip because of this.
Staff is nice, some of them more than others, for the price is not bad but I did not sleep well because the room was hot and dry, but really really dry. Maybe they need to add an humidifier or more ventilation because only after a couple minutes inside, my mouth felt dry as hell.
If you are looking to book this place is because you need the cheapest option and this is the one I found was the cheapest but even if you have 10, 20 euros more to spent for the night I would try to look for something better.

This was by far the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. As a young female traveller I felt extremely unsafe. None of the rooms had locks to them so anyone could walk on in. There was no safe space to keep your belongings such as lockers. The hostel was very heavily male dominated and the staff did not speak a word of English. All of this made my stay very uncomfortable. As well there were no outlets close to my bed so I was unable to charge my phone at night. The bed itself was an inflatable mattress that was uncomfortable and loud every time I made a single movement. I would suggest staying away from this hostel at all costs.

I didn't feel safe in the hostel, there is no key or card so all the rooms are openned to everyone and if we want to go out, we have to ring to re enter. The mattresses are air matresses. The people who are sleeping there are for the majority around 30-40 years old so it doesn't feel safe for young women.

My exit was according to reserve at 11:30, staff came 10:00 am in the room to clean while sleep... ask me to go at 11:00... Ask nicely to stay at lobby, knew had to wait while reserve would reach 14:00pm, cleaning lady wasn't courteous and replied to come back, waited 14:30 pm to be aloud in room! I did not ask to go in the room!

Muito barato. Banheiro limpo. Quarto ok, mas nao tinha tomada para carregar o celular. O Hostel inteiro se apaga as 23h, os quartos e as areas comuns. O que me incomodou foi pela manhã ver duas hospedes na calçada porque nao conseguiram chegar para o checkin, mesmo lotado, poderiam ser mais gentis e deixa-las usar alguma estrutura do hostel.

Presenciei algumas pessoas no hostel reclamando, mas cada viajante tem sua experiência, e a minha foi muito boa. A recepcionista Karen foi super atenciosa e me ajudou sempre que precisei. O aquecedor do quarto (2º andar, quarto à esquerda após o WC) estava a funcionar bem, e a manta fornecida foi suficiente para não passar frio. A roupa de cama é trocada diariamente, ao menos para as camas de quem faz checkout, como vi acontecer.
Embora não ofereçam toalhas, disponibilizam gel de banho e shampoo 2 em 1. Há horários restritos para uso da cozinha e silêncio, o que ajuda na organização. Os outros funcionários são mais reservados, mas sempre me atenderam com respeito. A propriedade é simples, mas oferece um ótimo custo-benefício e está bem localizada: fui a pé em vários pontos, como o estádio Santiago Bernabéu, e há uma estação de metrô bem próxima. Além disso, há armários e disponibilizam cadeados se necessário mediante depósito, que é devolvido.
Como em qualquer lugar, cuide dos seus pertences e se não tiver cadeado, faça o empréstimo.
Vale pontuar: O beliche de metal balança quando alguém se mexe muito, mesmo se for da cama ao lado (estando encostada), o que pode incomodar. Recomendo evitar início da manhã ou início da noite, priorizando horários de menor movimento.

I was insulted by the receptionist only for sitting on a the bottom bunk bed to put my shoes on since they don't have chairs or tables to put pir things. He was totally rude and agresive tonthe point he made everyone uncomfortable in the room. Next day the same guy was cleaning the toilets insulting and swearing for nothing but to do hos job. People like this have no customer service abilities .
