Fab hotel, near the airport, with a rare outdoor space of both garden and pool with sun (or shade if you prefer) all day. Good food, friendly staff and clean and fresh throughout. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Missed having a kettle in the room but staff happy to provide hot water or a bucket of ice as needed.

The restaurant is under staffed so quite slow. Food was average. Plan for slow service.
(Buffet breakfast was fine)
Do not expect to use the airport shuttle unless you reserve several days ahead of time.
Upon arrival we waited 45 minutes for a pick up then took a taxi.
Upon arrival, we tried to schedule tue shuttle back and it was fully booked until early afternoon the following day so we took an Uber back to the airport.

Morning staff at front desk excellent. Very welcoming. Pool lifeguard was friendly and helpful. Full service restaurant was great. My son arrived from Hawaii and was able to order a full dinner! Perfect hotel for transit.

This was a relatively good hotel- we especially appreciated the free shuttle back and forth to the airport.
We didn’t have breakfast- but we did have supper and we’re not impressed. Mediocre food at best. Too bad as the setup and decorative features were very attractive.
Communication with email got automated responses which was not helpful; however actual phone calls got good results.
They also gave early check-in, which many hotels do not do. We were grateful for this, after an overnight flight.

The service at the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were a bit worn, but it’s convenient for a one-night stay because of its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. The entrance is a little hard to spot since you can’t park directly in front of the property.

Great Hotel! We absolutely loved how modern it is. The AC is great and the room is very cold, something we really appreciated considering how many places in Europe do not have good air conditioning. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is room service which was great and helpful. The food was very good and there is also a restaurant. We had a nice view and there is also a pool if you want to swim. There is also a shuttle that picks you up and drops you off at the airport. We think that it is pretty central in Madrid, it is about a 15-20 min drive to downtown Madrid. I definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it.

My second time staying there and not my last. The staff are very friendly, especially the shuttle driver. Very nice guy. The room is always very clean. The bed is a nice, comfortable king. The A/C works great and the room even has a fridge. My own nitpick is that the gym is kinda small. There's also many grocery stores and even a small mall within walking distance.

Mattresses were not very good. Food in the cafe not good which is made worse because there are no other options in the neighborhood. The pool was not open when we arrived - too early in the season, I guess. The chairs on the patio (which was why I chose the place) should be replaced - worn and uncomfortable. It was ok for an airport hotel.

Rooms were clean and comfy. The one concern we had was the airport shuttle. They run one van every hour and they require you to reserve a spot on the shuttle. We arrived at midnight from a delayed flight and the shuttle was already booked out for the entire morning so we had to find an alternate way to get back to the airport for our morning flight. For a hotel that is close to an international airport and who also advertises a free shuttle, having more than one van per hour would be beneficial so that all guests staying at the hotel could use the free service.

The hotel itself is pretty, but it isn't comfortable. The headboards make it hard to relax and it's not in a great area. I picked it because it was \"near\" the airport, only it actually is still 20 minutes by car and on top of that their \"amenity\" of a free shuttle to the airport I couldn't ride except three hours too early or after my flight took off. Kind of diminishes the whole amenity part of it. Lots of construction, not many restaurants around. Wasn't horrible, wasn't great.

The airport shuttle only runs once every hour with maximum of 16 seats. We had to pay taxi to and from the airport because it was fully booked way ahead of our arrival. We both poked this hotel because it very close to airport and had a shuttle service. It turns out that the shuttle service is just a lie.

The food was above average with a large bar selection if you wanted a drink before bed. The buffet was very good with a nice selection of fresh meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, eggs, etc. The tv barely worked—digital tuning was very pixelated. My bathroom ceiling had lots of water damage patches that were pretty unsightly. The ac worked ok, too noisy for window to open—although it did. With closed window, room was quiet. Pillows were not much, but the bed was firm. Staff was friendly and multi-lingual. The pickup shuttle was great, but the one I needed back was full. They called a taxi which was kind but it was an added 25€. Pool was closed. Nothing around it, so fine if you’re just sleeping the night before a flight, but I wouldn’t stay there for an extended trip. Not sure I’d stay there again for the cost.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. It is a beautiful and modern hotel with a wonderful buffet breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful. Our first visit was a year ago during the month of October. It was a perfect visit. That is the reason we decided to come back. This time we visited Madrid at the beginning of April. We were surprised how hot the room felt. I think the AC was not on and the only option was to open a window. We were a little bit disappointed about this. There is a lot of traffic noise at night in that part of the city so having the window open was not easy. One of the main reasons we picked up this hotel was transportation from and to the airport. We were disappointed to find out that the transportation from the hotel to the airport was not free and we had to pay $5/person (we were three people). Considering the price of the hotel, this service should be included.

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto y ofrece transporte gratuito. Tengan en cuenta que no es seguro la disponibilidad del transporte. Tienen un bus que solo caben 7 personas y si se llena no te llevan. Además, estuve allí en abril, con temperaturas que subieron a 30 grados celcius y me indicaron no tenían aire acondicionado porque era invierno. Que sólo tenian calefaccion disponible. Tampoco tenían disponibilidad de abanicos. El hotel se ve bastante bien y los cuertos ok, aunque necesitan un poco de cuidado.

Did not enjoy ourselves. Disappointed the pool was closed for the season. No mention on the website. Worst of all, was after a very warm day I could not get the A/C to work. Called front desk and was informed the A/C would not be turned on until a later date. What a hot, uncomfortable night. Next morning, there were 4 choices for breakfast, none of which appealed to us , and the boss was kind of rude about it. We’ll never go back.

Room did not have 3 beds when we arrived. Toilet was broken. We were moved to a second room that was smaller. Also, when we checked in, we were first given a shuttle time, then were tild it wasnt available because bus broke down. We were told we would need to dind a ride to the airport the next day and a cab would be 15-20 euros. The next morning, we left and the hotel van used to pick us up from the airport the night before was not being used. It was parked with no driver. As a result of not providing us shuttle service back to the airport the next morning, we were forced to spend not 15-20 euros as promised, but $23.90 for a 10 minute ride. Not only did the hotel refuse shuttle service using an available van, when we asked if we could have breakfast to help with unexpected cab/shuttle costs, the host refused. Poor service. The only hotel on our trip that caused us problems. AVOID!
