We selected this property because we wanted to be near the airport for a morning flight. Turns out, despite being in a commercial area without anything within walking distance, it's still about a fifteen minute drive from the airport. This wasn't a problem for us, since the property arranged a free shuttle that left on time. However, the property itself doesn't have much to recommend it. As noted, the area is of no interest. An active construction site is next door. The staff is more efficient than friendly. The interior common areas and room itself lack any charm or warmth; they're purely functional. No pictures on the wall. There's a restaurant with forgettable food. The room was clean and of decent size, and the large bed was firm, but there were zero amenities--no toothbrush or shaver, let alone slippers or robe (but a sign invites you to ask at the front desk for unspecified items). You're instructed to use your towels multiple times (rather than offered the option). In short, it's designed to offer a bed and shower and little more for a traveler wanting nothing more than to be near the airport, although it's not extremely close to the airport.

We were only at the hotel for one night, so I don't have much basis for a review. Apart from the staff, however, I would say my review is rather negative. (All of the staff were helpful, competent, and friendly.) After being told that the airport shuttle would arrive in 15 to 20 minutes, we waited more than 40. The dinner (pasta with pesto) did not taste good. The room was fairly spacious but had a very odd headboard that prevented comfortable reclining, and the chair was also oddly proportioned and hard to relax in. Last, the hotel did not provide any free bottled water, which I think of as standard.

For two people, there was only one small packet of Nescafé and no coffee maker at all. The bathroom setup was very basic—no separate shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or lotion, just a single combo product in a wall dispenser that felt quite cheap. After taking a shower, we also realized the hair dryer wasn’t working, so we had to call the front desk and wait for a replacement.
Check-in was another letdown. The staff member who helped us didn’t greet us or ask how our day was going, and when we had a few questions, her responses felt short and unwelcoming. This was surprising given how many reviews mention friendly staff. On the positive side, the restaurant staff were the complete opposite—warm, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with.

Pretty much what you expect for an airport hotel. Shuttle to the airport only run every hour so we ended up taking an uber so get some extra sleep (just note if your flight falls at a time where top of the hour doesn’t work). We went when it was cold outside and the room was very hot. Tried to turn the air on and didn’t do anything.

Dining room was a savior in an area with local eateries that open very late (Spanish time).We signed up because of the free shuttle to the airport but was told all were booked (even when got there quite early). The cab they arranged for us costs 35 euros for a very short trip. No early breakfast either, what a bummer.
