If you are looking for a lovely, clean, very comfortable hotel near the Madrid airport, this is a wonderful option! 5 star review ! We had a great free breakfast before flying out. Highly recommend! This hotel is not in a neighborhood. It is what you’re expect near an airport- rather industrial area. It does take a bit longer to get to the airport than you’d think because you have to drive all the way around to the other side. About 4.5 miles I believe.

The reception staff were excellent. The room although small was well equipped and clean. The restaurant has a limited menu. The first night i had a hamburger which was excellent. The second night I ordered veal which was too tough to eat so I changed to a pizza. The restaurant staff were competent and friendly. I was a bit surprised at the lack of english. The included breakfast was not great the first day the eggs and the sausages were cold. The second day was better but the toaster did not toast. We took the airport shuttle to T1 again no english but we managed. On arrival we had booked an Uber. We were told me meet the Uber at P1 first level. We waited but the Uber did not show up. We forgot in Europe the 1st level is what we would go the 2nd levrl

The service was amazing. The staff was incredibly nice and compassionate with my disabled father, Mikaela was such a great host during breakfast time and front desk staff morning and evening shift were very pleasant and the management staff was so accommodating towards my dad with his wheelchair. The rooms were very clean and of course thanks to the cleaning staff. They maintained our room clean at all times highly recommend this place and I hope to visit very soon!

We reserved a shuttle to pick us up, but it never came. We tried calling the number provided, but no one answered the call. We finally took a taxi to the hotel. When I complained to the front desk they informed us that the shuttles were unmarked black vans. There was no offer of reimbursement, which I thought they should do since it was never brought to my attention that they were unmarked vans.

The room was hot and stuffy during the first night. Did not have control of central air. After speaking with the cleaning lady, she advised to speak with the front desk and ask to turn off the air to open the window to air out during the day then at night was better. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. One drawback is the location that is far from centre Madrid and had to rely on public transportation. The reason why we made reservations was because of the shuttle to the airport and it turned out to the we had to pay a fee for each us and the extra luggage. Next time will stay closer to centre Madrid.

Shuttle system is by RSVP only, so forget about getting picked up at the airport. We had to take a very expensive cab ride there (it's much less if you get your taxi at terminal 1, not T4). Address is confusing and we were taken to an empty dark office building by the taxi and told us this was the hotel. No! It was across the street with a very small sign. One address is shared by a number of buildings, so everyone gets confused. Hotel clerk laughed about our story, which I thought wasn't too funny.

La ofertade canales de tv era muy reducida.
Tenia un es ritorio oara trabajar pero no tenia una Silla!!
El.servicio de shuttle para ir o venir del aeropuerto es reducido en horarios y no convenientes.
Lo unico pasable fue el desayuno pero nada excepcional.

This hotel was kind of a shock. Most likely is one of the closest hotels near the airport but do not let that fool you. There is nothing close to the airport. It took a good 20 minutes but it would have taken the same 20 minutes from the center of Madrid. It is not close to anything and you need to grab a taxi or Uber to get food (unless you eat in the hotel’s restaurant) or go shopping (nothing nearby). Fifteen to twenty euros each way is a lot of money to grab something to eat and the area is not walkable.

The staff was meh, even rude except for Tavi, he was great! The room was comfortable and clean, and the bar was well stocked.

I would choose another hotel near the center of Madrid, even the business district as you get better choices in everything, Then get a taxi to the hotel for twenty five euros.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The customer service was terrible from the start. After checking in, we had to wait over an hour before we could use our room. When we finally got inside, the sheets were dirty — and unbelievably, the guest service associate told my wife and me to make the bed and replace the sheets ourselves!

There was no manager on site to report this issue. When I spoke to the manager the next day, she admitted she was aware of the situation but never bothered to call or apologize.

If I could get a refund, I absolutely would. Stay away from this place. If you do choose to stay here, check the sheets and bathroom carefully before using the room.

The staff were lovely and this has been consistent with my stays in a Holiday Inn Express in the UK. The shuttle bus is only available at particular times. We didn’t understand this upon our arrival and stood for an hour like utter lemons then got charged €30 to get to the hotel. I didn’t like the vending machine. It was awkward to use though the sandwich was very welcome. I would have preferred to use the stairs rather than the lift but they seemed to be alarmed. The dining room staff were overwhelmed and quite a bit inattentive in the evenings especially at weekends but were excellent in the morning. Even when the coffee machine broke down a couple of times. Overall apart from a couple of niggles it was an excellent hotel. Very clean and excellently serviced. Sadly it was not located well for us and we worried frequently about travelling over our bus stop. The bridge over the motorway was also a bit of a nightmare in the heat and for anybody with vertigo. If it could have been placed closer to Madrid centre I think it would have suited us better.
