This was a clean basic stay, the window and shower are areas that need improvement in room 108. First, the window does not close completely and remains unlocked and the vertical blinds do not close all the way. Second, the bracket which holds the shower is broken off so you have to hold the handheld shower while in the shower. Also, the curtain rod for the shower is just spring loaded against the wall, and because of the length of the curtain, the rod is less than six feet from the base of the shower - I am 6'3\" and had to duck to get into the shower.

Friendly staff, but everything else terrible

Avoid this place!
Decaying rotting-away doors, poor bathroom, terrible noise from the reception hall (noisy guests and noisy staff), noisy street and back yard parking place. Noise coming from all directions.

If you have a layover between flights and need a place to stay - this is the worst choice you can make. If is very expensive too. Way overpriced.

Staff is friendly.

The entire place is worn-down, old, smells like a cellar and cold. Bed sheets had remnants of food (breadcrumbs) from the previous guests.

If you have an early flight, there is no public transport, you have to organise a taxi. It's not cheaper than staying in the city. The bed was uncomfortable and the extra blanket didn't look to clean.
We heard our neighbours arrive, they most probably heard us leave. They did organise a taxi that was early. The 24 reception was not always manned, so the front door was left open!

Avoid this place

Stayed over for a few hours as I arrived at midnight and my connecting flight left at 7 am, I wish I had stayed at a bench at the airport.

There were hairs on the blankets, the bedroom was cold, the mattress felt worn out and was way too soft (although this is always up to personal preference), the bed was squeaky, the electrics looked dodgy and unreliable, I was not given any wifi code (went out to reception to ask, waited around for a while and no one ever came). I could hear noises from other rooms, snoring, TV's, talking.

All that in the few hours I was there! It has a dire feel to it and I definitely think it is overpriced.

Basic!

Very basic accommodation. Bathroom not clean. Bed was comfortable though. Ok if you want a cheap place to sleep. My ground floor room had shuttered windows onto a rear car park. Shutters did not lock so no security at all for items left in room.

If you are looking for a cheap hotel with air conditioning, this is okay. Not particularly great. Staff cannot speak English (or don't want to). Cockroach in room one night, but that could be just bad luck.

I was attending a conference, where the conference hotel was the Airport Hilton. Much nicer, but 4x the price.

I may stay again if I return to the conference next year, but I'd be indifferent about this or any other cheap alternative.

Negatives: Super thin walls, broken shower, dirty floor, sketchy hanging wiring, manager snoring on couch outside bedroom door, random hairs appeared out of doona, blankets, dirty bathroom floor towels...
Had I known, I would have skipped this hotel and slept on the airport floor!

Good for 1night.

It was pleasant stay near to Bakajas metro station in local area with many restaurants, cafes, bars..There was private bathroom, AC in the room, However smell in the pillow and blanket was horrible.. it was like old man’s smell. You need to take care of hygiene and cleaned conditions in the room. No matter how much is the price, it is essential to keep hygiene&cleaness if you are running the hospitality business.

not too good, but could have been worse.

It is one metro stop from the airport, in a largely residential area which had restaurants and small supermarkets. The walk from the metro might be ten minutes, and you need to have looked on a map. The clerk did not know English, but was a helpful as he could. They served no breakfast, but a place across the street was fine. But there was something making noises that kept waking me up - perhaps it was water flowing in the pipes.

It's called a hostal, because its no frills rooms are rather small. Very dark wallpaper doesn't add any coziness. It is not too close from metro for walking with a lot of luggage, and taxi prices are brutal in the area

The hostel is close to the airport and to the Metro. It was spartan, but clean.

Remember that if you use a Renfe train, you can likely get a Combination ticket for the Cercanias train line (to the airport) for free. A friendly local Madridian helped me to do this.

Walking to the hostel from the Metro line is easy (I walked from the Barajas stop). There are also a few restaurants and fast food places along the way.

Perfect for a short stay

No bells and whistles, no nonsense, just a simple bed, drawer, a tv, and wifi if you're doing work or trying to kill time. Perfect if you're waiting a day or two for your flight or something.

It's not the prettiest looking place to stay in Barajas, but it's clean and the owners are nice.
Oh and free printing if you need it for your boarding passes!

Hostal Emilio was exactly what I needed - an affordable, clean, comfortable, safe place to sleep near the airport the night before an early morning departure. Easy to find and a short walk from the Metro station. Everything was perfect. I was especially impressed by how clean my room was.

Hotel is 10 minutes walking distance from the Metro. Booked a triple room. Room was clean, but the room is dim as only 1 small light was working, so don't expect to do any reading after the sun goes down. Bathroom had no place to hang clothes or towel, and toilet flush handle was broken. Shower stall was tiny, and the shower doors looked like they were gonna collapse on you at any time. After a shower, the whole bathroom would be flooded, and no mat was provided to soak up the water. Soap and shampoo provided, and they tidy the room on weekdays.

Staff spoke no English at all. When I went down to ask for toilet paper, they could not understand. They were sitting in front of the computer but could not be bothered to google for a translation. I had to run back to my room to get the toilet roll to show them what I wanted.

Conclusion, if you just need a place to sleep at night, this is acceptable.

Hostel is okay. Positives: room large enough, bed fine, bathroom okay, free private parking for guests, good free Wi-Fi. Negatives: the staff doesnt speak any single word English; the walls are so thin than if anyone takes a shower, walks or talks in his room at 4:00, you are guaranteed no sleep as you can hear it like being in your room; shower is so tiny, that it is extremely hard to get in and turn around, I cannot imagine a really fat person taking a shower inside, no way!; hostel located in a narrow one-way side street in Barajas, quite hard to find without a GPS. Good for overnight stay before your flight, but there is no shuttle, so either use a metro and walk or take a taxi, which would higher the costs of course. All in all, not bad for a price, however some things can be improved.

Quality Budget Hotel for Tired Traveller !!

It was just like what you would expect from a budget hotel that you need just to crash between flights. It was clean and had hot water and decent bed to crash. It has many eating places right outside for quick bite. Front End guy only speaks Spanish but if you are just there to get the key and get to your room, it wont matter. He was friendly though. What else? Oh yes, it will cost you 4.5 Euros by metro one way. So that is 9 Euros or say about 15 Bucks plus the hotel price so you may want to consider paying a lil extra and book something that has a shuttle and takes you to the hotel. However, for the price of the room, hotel was good and served the purpose.

hotel is very poor. Mold on the walls, in fact dirty, small, stuffy room. The only advantage - it's close to the airtport, and relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the area. You get what you pay for - or even less.
It's a good place just to sleep between the flights. just get in and go sleep

Although this place is close to the airport, it cost me 16 euros to take a cab there and 18 euros to return to the airport. I had a heavy bag & the Metro was on strike so the cab was it. The hostal is old and dark but clean. They first put me in a room with no window (and the odor of spray freshener) but then changed me at my request. Although nobody spoke English there, they were very helpful. The man walked me to the ATM and waited til I got cash and then walked me to a restaurant and left me to eat. It is in a working class neighborhood, not dangerous, but nothing to see or do. While this was not a bad experience (I only stayed one nite) I would not repeat it.

We wanted a hotel close to the airport. This was not it. It was quite difficult to find the hotel in the narrow streets and to get to the airport from there was not easy. The hotel clerks spoke no English but were happy to struggle through my limited Spanish. They were very helpfull in making sure the room was warm by bringing extra space heaters and blankets for the bed. It was clean and adequate. I was OK staying there but would not stay there again.

Me fue terrible yo tenía una reserva pagada para el día 23 y llegue a la 01:00 de la mañana y no me dejaron quedarme porque supuestamente ellos la habitación estaba disponible para las 12 del mediodía y yo estaba llegando de Santiago de chile el 23 a las 01:00 de la mañana se supone que se hace el día desde la media noche hasta el otro día a la media noche y yo solo necesitaba descansar porque debía volar a Melilla a las 11 am del 23 ósea fue imposible y perdí la habitación… en atención pésima , muy mala atención

「空港ホテル」ではなく、「空港の近くで安く泊まれるホテル」としては、かなりコスパは良いです。
バラハス空港からメトロで１駅のバラハス駅から徒歩数分。周辺はお店など揃っており、マドリード市内にもメトロで３０分以内。また、大きな荷物がなければ、ターミナル２から徒歩で１５分ほど行けます。
ただ、周辺のエアポートホテルとは施設面では見劣りするのは否めません。しかし、とても清潔に保たれており、冷蔵庫、ケトル、ドライヤーはないものの、必要なものは揃っていて、シャワーのお湯も熱く、湯量も充分。
市内観光の拠点としてはどうかと思いますが、前後泊や乗り継ぎなどで、ただ寝るだけと考えれば、大変オトクな宿です。

No está nada insonorizado, cada coche que pasa por la calle de oye perfectamente en la habitación, no digamos ya motos o camiones. Se oyen incluso los aviones de Barajas al despegar. Por supuesto también se oyen las otras habitaciones, desde el uso del WC a las conversaciones.
Pero lo peor sin duda es haber despertado con 8 picaduras de algún bicho que había en el colchón.
Lo único bueno la atención excepcionalmente buena del chico joven de la recepción, no siendo así la de los demás.

No me gustó nada, solo el trato del chico de recepción que lamentablemente tiene que trabajar en un lugar así. Es un lugar horrible, muy sucio que no pasaría ningún control de sanidad ni seguridad. Sábanas sucias por el pasillo, paredes muy desconchadas y sucias, cableado visible y falta de tapas de enchufes ....
