This is the best airport hotel I've ever been to! The room was spacious and clean, and there was a big table too. The bedding was so comfortable, and it almost made me feel like I was at home. There is a pharmacy and a big grocery store right next to the hotel.

My stay at innside was pleasant. Not much bad to report. Clean rooms nice staff. I had a couple issues with the room (nothing major) and they accommodated me every time. There’s not much in the area. Everything was closing early due to the holiday I assume. Bolt and uber was expensive getting to and from the city center back to the hotel. The restaurant food and staff in the hotel was very good. Overall it was nice. I would definitely come back.

I really like this hotel, staff are nice and welcoming, rooms are spacious and clean, and close to the airport.
I was a bit disappointed this time because I couldn’t charge my rental car in their garage, but was not a big deal really I changed it in one of many spots in the area, and they were very apologetic about the Techincal issue they were having for first time. Water under the bridge.

One thing really I would change is the emergency green flashing light on the ceiling at the entrance door, as I’m quite sensitive to flashing lights going to sleep I need a dark room to be able to sleep, also the shower tap, should be a thermostatic valve ! To keep the temp the same… it’s a cheap upgrade and makes a wold of difference , That’s all

Our stay at this hotel near Madrid Airport was excellent! The location is very convenient, just a few minutes away from the airport, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service, which is a big plus. However, keep in mind that the transfer doesn’t operate from all terminals, so it’s good to check in advance — that’s the only small downside. Everything else was wonderful: the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the food is delicious. Overall, a great choice for travelers who want comfort and convenience near the airport!

Awesome hotel if you need to be close to Madrid airport. The hotel shuttle is very easy to find (at Arrivals, follow the signs for hotel bus. Walk straight past the taxis then turn left)

There is a supermarket, a couple of restaurants and a Burger King very close to the hotel. We opted to eat at the hotel and the food and service was great. Very friendly staff and very spacious and quiet rooms.

Booked the hotel because I stayed in other Innside hotels in Spain. On Expedia I looked for airport shuttle. This hotel said it had a shuttle.
When I checked into the hotel I asked to get on the 530am shuttle to terminal 2. That is when I was told their shuttle only goes to terminal 4. I had to take a taxi to the airport.

No where in the description of the hotel and shuttle on Expedia that they only go to terminal 4.

Expedia needs to update their site to warn people about the shuttle.

Great hotel near airport and offers shuttle

We stayed one night on our last day in Madrid due to closeness to airport. Hotel has a shuttle and a full supermarket close by. We were very happy with our stay. We took the shuttle back to airport and metro for one last visit to Madrid center. Definitely will stay there again.

This was the second time this month we stayed at this property. They have a convenient shuttle to and from the airport, lovely pool on the roof along with bar with some food service, the room was well appointed and had enough room for large luggage, the bed was comfortable, and the shining star is the on-site restaurant has a nice menu, varied seating arrangement great wait staff and you can watch your meal being prepared in the kitchen by real chefs.

We stayed here for 1 night when we had a flight scheduling change from Madrid. First, this place is not your average ‘airport area accommodation’. When you walk into the front lobby, you immediately feel the thoughtfully curated vibe. We checked in and immediately headed up to our room to change and hit the rooftop pool. In the room awaited a variety of about 6 complementary local beverages, which was a nice touch! We changed and went up to the rooftop pool area, which had both a separate lounge and bar area. The pool was a great place to hang out in the August heat and the bar drinks were refreshing. We went back to our room after a couple of hours and opted for the room service and the food was superb!!! We took the 7am complementary shuttle the next morning so didn’t get to partake in the breakfast but they did have a coffee bar setup for our convenience. If needing to stay in the airport area, I would be here again in a heartbeat!

Unfortunatelyni arrived at wrong time (take break 2 hours of day) so i had to get fairly costly uber. I chose this place because of free shuttle so that was a bummer.
Staff are very customer-oriented. I had a problem with my meal and several employees and manager were so concerned and did everything possible to make it right. 2nd time here, id stay again. Close and convenient to go to airport. Rooms clean, bed comfy.
