Was told there was a shuttle to the airport when we checked in. When we came down, told there was not so had to pay for s Cab. Heat was too hot. Couldn’t turn it down. Kettle was broken so had to pay for coffee.

I liked the bathroom, it had everything one needs. The dinner restaurant is average for the money, but the breakfast was excellent.
Although asking for 5 euro breakfast when one pays $280 a night is bit confusing. Parking is 16 euro a day.

Disappointed the restaurant was closed as it was a reason we booked, as we only stayed one night prior to flying out from Madrid. It wasn’t too inconvenient though as there were restaurants not too far away, we walked to the mall but took cab to return. The breakfast buffet was large however and plenty of options and good food.

the Hotel was pretty empty on the day I stayed there. however there was a young soccer team with 12-14 year old boys that slammed doors all night. my room was right in the middle of them even tho there were plenty of rooms in other floors available.

If you're in the area for work, this is a great hotel and much more upscale than its Eurostars neighbor down the street. The room was wonderful and the service was very attentive. The one area that could have been improved was the bed and bedding - I don't think I have ever slept on something as scratchy before. That being said, for the price and comfort, I would go back.

The only problem I had was when I arrived there I was told that there was a mistake on Expedia and actually they don't have the room I booked.Plus, they don't have any available rooms for me to book. And even though they told Expedia about the situation they didn't fix the problem.

Excellent location- pprox 20 euros to Terminal 1(including tip for driver) we stayed only 1 night. The local restaurants were closed on a Saturday at 5pm. Dissappointed we couldn't eat at hotel either. We ordered room service instead. The terrace was not accessible to sit. We wanted to enjoy outdoors. I would stay again for proximity to airport.

I stay in hotels around 2 to 3 times a week for the last 20 years. Coming up to 50. There’s 3 things I need. Bed, has to be hard - it was. The bed is perfect for me. The Food - the steak was great, the beer and water all good. They spoke English to help me with my nut allergy. The shower. Perfect, hot and strong, a bit like me ;)

The hotel was well appointed and the staff was professional. This hotel was mentioned as near the airport, but it was about a 15 minute taxi ride. I would recommend that the hotel consider a shuttle to and from the airport.

The most disguising thing is toilet where the towers had weird smell, unbelievable. Totally not worth the price, will not go again for sure.

I stayed at this hotel as we have an office in the area (San Sebastián de los Reyes). From the hotels in the area I think it is one of the better ones. In the summer the roof terrace is really nice.

It rained the duration of our stay, which made a few things clear - mainly that madrid isn't prepared for rain! The rooftop smoking/socialising area had no real cover and was very cold and wet, along with the gym which had a lot of rainwater leaking over the treadmills and other gym machines. To be fair it was the same in shopping centres we visited, lots of little leaks!
Otherwise the room was great. Room service came through for us multiple times, fast and efficient. Location is a little outside Madrid but you know that if you're booking it, don't complain. Taxi into the action was about 15-20 euro. Saying that though, there is a -huge- shopping mall within walking distance, buzzing with plenty of restaurants and shops.

We stayed 8 days there and the hotel is wonderfull, we had a sofá bed and 2 twin beds together... in sofá bed and beds has individuals TV, bathroom has a shower and bathtub are separeta and for christmast they gave us a present ( assorted turrones )

Hotel was reasonable distance to Madrid but its main attraction is its close proximity to Madrid airport. Hotel room was clean, quiet and had all the mod conveniences one would expect from a hotel of this standard. The hotel restaurant was very good too.

Air conditioning did not work. Several attempts with different passwords before I could connect. A gloomy room with the air not functioning and nothing could be done as it was almost midnight when I arrived. Must be better hotels for less in the area or even go into Madrid .

This was our second time staying here. We were here 6 yrs. ago when we were in Spain. This hotel is perfect for the last night as it is so close to the airport. We love the roof top patio. Perfect place to relax, enjoy a glass of wine and spend the last night of our vacation to Spain.

Soulless hotel that looked and felt like a prison
When I was outside the hotel I didn't know where the entrance was as there was a huge room behind the glass exterior. Then I saw the reception hidden around the corner. The staff were friendly but the whole hotel was designed and painted by someone extremely depressed. Low lighting and grey walls made it feel like a prison. The was no visible bar or restaurant so I didn't see anyone else when I was there. No matter, I thought I'd go to my room and work for the evening (at it's a business hotel). I paid for this hotel as it had free wifi but 0.3mbs meant I couldn't access my work server so couldn't work. So I thought I'd iron my shirt ready for the following day & no iron in the room. 132 euros for 1 room without breakfast is a joke.

The room is very clean with a basic mini-bar. Toilets are big, with a separate shower and bath, with complimentary toilettries. The hotel is situated 10 mins away from Barajas Airport, so very convenient to do meetings and fly back to the airport as needed. Will definately come back.

This hotel felt an Ikea version of an American hotel, and our room was very comfortable except for the smell of smoke. The beds are positioned so that you are looking out the window, which is nice. The hotel itself was nice, and I especially liked the bathrooms. But, if you're planning to visit Madrid, you should definitely stay closer. The hotel is a good 15-20 minute walk from the metro (which is on the extended service portion of the Madrid metro and costs more). The cab to the airport was still about 30 Euro, so it wasn't especially conveniently located. However, that's to be expected in Alcobendas.
