The B&B Hotel Madrid Aeropuerto T4 hotel is located in the north of Madrid, near the Plaza Norte 2 shopping center, in the Megapark of San Sebastian de los Reyes, a few kilometers from Adolfo Suarez Madrid Airport T4 and only 15 minutes from the Fair of Madrid. The hotel has a privileged access from the A1-Burgos motorway.

The room was just ok. The light switches were in odd locations, the window was difficult to open, and the AC felt like all it did was make noise (not change the temperature at all). However, the staff was attentive and friendly.

Practical & minimalistic (Madrid outskirts)

Pros:
Good size room, comfortable bed, good size bathroom, reasonable lighting.
Very helpful staff.
Parking and coffee/tea and water free on every room.
Good location for business meetings (if your clients are outside Madrid).

Cons:
There's a lot of room for improvement regarding breakfast (better coffee, better buffet with more options. Buffet is very restricted).
There is no restaurant service any longer. But there are two restaurants two minutes away, or several in a shopping mall (5 minutes walk from the hotel). Still not great.

Good for a short stay

Since I was only stopping over in Madrid one night this was a good hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I liked that I was given a paper listing all the amenities available. The receptionist helped me arrange a ride to the airport since you had to arrange the free shuttle 24 hours in advance. The Cabify was cheaper by 50% than the taxi.
The room was very comfortable, large with clean big bathroom. Very quiet the night I stayed.
Breakfast was expensive I think —nearly 10 Euros for an average meal but definitely adequate. Didn’t see any other readily available choice.
The only thing that concerned me was there were some areas around the elevator that were exposed and peeling molding in the bathroom which gave it a worn look. otherwise an adequate safe hotel.

In middle of nowhere!!!

This hotel in ok, clean and fartly confortable. Bery badic and toiletry was rubbish I ended up buying soap and shampoo! It is in middle of noehere with no public transport links. The closest bus stop to take you to Madrid is 20 minutes walk, then get a train to city centre. We spent more money on getting taxi to train station, so we would be better off getting a hotel in city centre and paying extra for room instead of wasting so much money on taxi!!! Then we would be closer to everything too.

Great Contemporary Hotel Near to the Airport

I found the B&B Hotel to be excellent overall. I stayed there twice first for only one night and then for three nights. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and above all the front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. I will make special mention of Carla who was great from check in right right through to even room service. A very good choice for a hotel near the airport or the Alcbendas or San Sebastián de Los Reyes areas. Can be a little costly to get to Central or Downtown Madrid though. There are good restaurants and an excellent mall close by as well.

Convenient and clean

Worked perfectly for us.

Family room was huge, modern and clean. Check-in was painless. Location was close enough for us with a rental car and flying out of MAD Airport T4 - plus there was a huge shopping mall right next to hotel where we killed plenty of time before our flight. We didn't try the buffet.

Amazing staff

Amazing front desk staff. My luggage got lost and they were amazing. I also got a parking ticket and they went above and beyond to help me sort it out. I think five different front desk staff members helped me over the three days I was there for, they all deserve a pay rise!

Great value, especially if you have a car

This hotel near the Madrid Barajas airport was perfect for us - new, large room and bed, espresso machine, refrigerator, modern bathroom with double sinks, free wifi and most importantly - free parking right behind the hotel for our rental car. All of this came at a very reasonable price.

Just ok

The hotel I can only assume was a takeover from another hotel chain, because I was told they have only been open for a couple of months and you can tell as the bedroom interior is brand new but the corridors are kind of creepy and the bathrooms are ugly. The staff are friendly enough and we were offered a free breakfast consisting of apples, juice, muffins, biscuits and coffee.

Great hotel near the airport

We booked this as a last minute trip and although we were planning to stay in the city, we couldn't seem to find rooms with beds large enough for my tall husband. Hotel Sidorme was a great choice. The rooms were very large and comfortable and only a 20 minute walk to the nearest Metro station. There is a shopping center with a grocery store nearby so we could buy snacks and keep them in the mini bar. Water and orange juice as well as biscuits and apples were complimentary. Taxi's were available in under 10 minutes and free to the airport.

Die Suite war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Zimmer könnten eine kleine Renovierung gebrauchen, aber ist alles noch in Ordnung. Das Parkhaus bzw. die Tiefgarage war super, viele Parkplätze und sehr viel Platz, nicht eng, wie es oft in Spanien ist. Leider war das Frühstück sehr enttäuschend, das war definitiv kein 4 Sterne Frühstück, keine Auswahl, kaum etwas anständiges zu Essen, es ähnelte eher einem 1-Sterne Hotel Frühstück.

En la habitación 205 se hospedó mi madre y esposo, adultos mayores de 70 años y con limitación física para la marcha.
Su salida del hotel se hizo el día 3 de Abril antes de las 7 AM, durante un aguacero y aún sin la luz del sol. Situación climática adversa y con riesgo de caída para adultos mayores.

Los funcionarios de turno en el front desk fueron insensibles ante la situación y ocultaron la información respecto de la posibilidad de ingresar al parking el vehículo que los recogía.
Los vieron salir en medio de la lluvia, incluso ofrecieron paraguas, pero en ningún momento ofrecieron la posibilidad de entrar el coche al parqueadero.
Lamentable pues las condiciones climáticas y de visibilidad del momento pusieron en riesgo sus condiciones de salud e integridad física.
Más tarde al preguntarles por la situación culparon al conductor, pues el indagó si el carro podia acercarse a la puerta del Hotel, claramente no posible pues es peatonal.
El punto es no ofrecer alternativas, claramente conocidas por los empleados.
Sin otro particular.

Sin traslado desde el aeropuerto

La habitación está súper bien, espaciosa, cama cómoda, bien insonorizada a pesar de estar al lado del ascensor. El único pero de la habitación es que el plato de la ducha estaba tupido. La razón por la que cogí este hotel es que estaba cercano al aeropuerto para una escala muy corta. Para mi sorpresa, el hotel no cuenta con servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto, y te trasladan al aeropuerto desde el hotel sólo si lo reservas con dos días de antelación. Teniendo en cuenta que la tarifa plana de taxi desde el aeropuerto son 30 euros cada trayecto, el precio del hotel te sube a uno de 5 estrellas. No lo recomendaría principalmente por esta razón, no es especialmente barato y llamándose \"Aeropuerto T4\", debería tener servicio de traslado ida y vuelta gratuito. El desayuno tampoco es muy variado la verdad. En definitiva si vas en coche puede estar bien, pero no lo recomendaría para nadie que busque un lugar para quedarse para una escala entre dos vuelos.
