The hotel itself was fairly okay, although, there wasnt anything to do at all around the hotel. For work related events it would be great but to just stay as a couple it was limited. The area the hotel is in is inconvient with little to do in the area. The housekeeping was poor; on some days the room wasnt cleaned. All the staff were nice.

Took hours to check in because their system was down, so we had to wait for 3 hours. We eventually got our room - we got sla twin despite having booked a double and specifically asking for a double room. The room was nice but the bathroom had no door. And no tea or coffee making facilites in the room.

The rooms and hotel were fine. The bar staff was absolutely rude. The breakfast was decent but the egg were way undercooked everyday. We stayed here 6 days and some days our room didn’t get cleaned and we had to keep asking for toilet paper and clean towels. I would not stay here again.

It is super confusing to have it in the app as sercotel when is not sercotel. It has another name. The bathroom was messy. No access to the rooftops, the AC of the room didnt worked quite well and there was no extra blankets for the cold. We have to ask for it and get it from the reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an adjoining room, would ensure you specify no adjoining room if travelling as a couple. Person in room very loud, may of well had the door open. Hotel moved us on request to a quieter room as noise was persistent. Overall a comfortable stay, ideal if wanting to be out of the City. Great location for stadium which was the main reason for travel.

Rude, disrespectful, ignorant staff. We were given a room with a shower that was fixed too low, the water was flooding the bathroom and the corridor. We were promised a fix but eventually no care was given and nobody came to see it. Definitelly, not a **** hotel. The decor was quite poor, facilities too; the kettle provided but no tea or coffee, very poor choice of toiletries, only one set given for 2 people. It felt as if the room was not ready for us or under some kind of reconstruction. Not clean to scratch, very basic. The front of the hotel quite industrial but there are nice places at the back in the residential area. Mainly operated via Uber, close to Alcobendas and shoppng centre. Defo not worth the money, won't be going back. Felt ignored and unwelcomed. Avoid if you can.

Can’t fault the staff as very helpful with ideas of where to go and see plus the metro stations to take and location was great for getting to the livelier parts BUT the beds were hard, pillows incredibly thin, rooms in no way sound proof as stated which was the worse part.

The staff was friendly and helpful I made a mistake with my booking and they assisted adding another night without issues. The room was comfortable, however the batheoom was leaking water and we were unable to take a shawer or bath as the water was super hot we couldnt find the cold water, the room was cleaned the first night and they took the used towels without replacing them, there is a big convenience store and a supermarket like two minutes walk away, the parking is comfortable and easy to access.

I chose this property for its proximity to the airport, as well as for the cover-image on Expedia's site: a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of Madrid. However, the Rooftop bar appears to be defunct (a couple broken tables and chairs remained). While you can find places to eat and drink around the hotel, it's a bit hard to find from the area where the hotel is (a busy road). And, while the hotel comes up in searches for proximity to the airport, my cab ride on a low-traffic Sunday morning was 10 Euro more than a cab from the airport to Central Madrid. If anything, Expedia should remove the cover image for the hotel (the rooftop bar).

The only thing we didn’t like is that there is no shuttle service to the airport. Expedia advertising this hotel as having Free Airport Transportation but hotel only picks you up FROM airport. We had to hire a taxi on our way back TO the airport which completely defeated the purpose of booking this hotel.

Lovely clean hotel, easy access to the centre via metro and some lovely local restaurants nearby. Close to airport and free shuttle from hotel.
Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were very hard and took a bit of getting used to but after walking around Madrid all day it didn’t matter too much. Breakfast basic but more than enough. Would stay again.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Bad staff & service

On arrival in madrid, they made us wait 1h45mins for the airport to hotel shuttle. When calling them they were never helpful. When we arrived in the hotel they put us on a twin bedroom when we had booked a double room. After complaining, they changed us (but they were very rude at us). On the second night, when we get to our room, there was an empty can of coca cola on the bathroom (that was not ours) and the lights of the room were all turned on (as if someone had been there). We complained again and one of their desk employees (the same that was rude before) was implying it was out fault, but another one came to our room and verified the can and gave us 2 free beer or water coupon's to spend on the hotel bar. Finally on our last night everything was normal (which by this time we were not counting on).

Avoid this bad hotel at all costs. They have 4 star rating, but it should be 2 star.
Don't request the shuttle, as they say that as it is a free service from the hotel they can't guarantee it will work (even after you book it and they confirm the booking).

The metro station is not as close to the hotel as they claim, it will take you about 15 mins walking (and if you relly on the shuttle you may be left waiting for 1h or more after the booked time).

The only positive thing is the hotel decoration is a bit excentric and the rooms are OK.

The hotel was clean (ish). I’m guessing refubishing was taking place in the room next to ours as a towel had been laid on the floor outside the room door to protect the hall carpet and it was covered in what looked like brick dust.
I surmise our room had recently been renovated as well because while the room was very nicely done, I noticed there was a thick layer of again what looked like brick dust covering the top quarter of the floor to ceiling wardrobe door in our room obviously where the cleaner hadn’t managed to reach as I could see it had been cleaned from the bottom three quarters of the door.
There was also no hot water in our room. When I phoned reception about this the young man on duty informed me there was a problem with the heating system and the entire hotel was without hot water and he could not say when it would be resolved. So unfortunately we had to have cold showers.

I would however like to comment on the very helpful and friendly reception desk staff. On checking out we asked him to order us a taxi and told him where we wanted to go. He suggested the cheapest way to our destination would be a five minute taxi ride to the nearest metro station then use the metro rather than a taxi the whole distance, which is what we then did. This act alone saved us many euros in taxi fares, for which I am very grateful.

The bed led them down, which the most important thing in a hotel experience.
1. When we check it. I found two single beds put together to make a double bed. I immediately called tge reception to change it to a double bed for my husband i. We were told it could only happen the next day. Next day, no bed and we ended up spending two nights, sleeping in seperate beds. This holiday was planned so my husband and i could get closer to each other. Well, it wasn't helpful sleeping in two different beds.
2. The bed was strong. I mean really strong. At one point in the night, i felt sleeping on the floor was better cos it wouldn't be any different. Worst bed I've ever slept on. It looks like its just a plain wood with a 5cm memory foam ontop. They'll need to do something about that bed cos for two days, i couldn't sleep. Just got home now and more tired than i left.
3. Apart from tgat, tge breakfast was lovely, tge staff tried to communicate with us in English, and we had free pick up and drop off from the airport. We also had free drop off to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
4. Will i go there again, No. I didnt rest, i didnt sleep, i didn't met tge purpose of my holiday when i was made for sleep in seperate beds with my husband.

Disappointing.

Booked a double deb room and got a two single bed one. Asked to change and got excuses (we don't have any, you can't book that, come tomorrow...). Did ask again tomorrow and they said, you should behave come in the morning, now don't have again...
The rrom was so noisy, you couldn't sleep with the conversations of your neighbors, the noise of the them showering or people walking in hills (use carpet?).
Couldn't get dinner (super busy dinner room, which you could understand). What you can't understand isn them ingnoring you and the waitress fighting with the barman and saying at least ask the kitchen to clean the plates, as all the dishes we're serving are dirty.

Bartender were good. But the rest was more of self service hotel. They half cleaned room and left dirty towels and dishes in the room. My friends got ants in their clothes. It took 3 hours to get blanket and pillow. When busy they didn't have both shuttle vans available. We moved to another hotel half way thru. Same thing everyday on breakfast buffet

Amazing staff, free transfers to the airport, Santiago Bernabeu stadium and to the nearest metro (which is in close walking distance) but the staff would give us lifts too hahahaha! The hotel was beautiful! Gorgeous pool, amazing room. Only downside was that our room had difficulty getting the WiFi connection but otherwise everywhere else was amazing!!

Location wasnt the best - not much in the surrounding area. 20mins taxi drive from the city centre which cost about £20 a pop. They do provide a free shuttle service but was not always available and only took you to certain areas.

Expensive hotel, made of cheap materials. Bathroom floor made of laminate, with a drain hole in the middle for mopping up water. Obviously swollen to the extend the bathroom door was jammed.
Toilet leaked onto the floor, leaving a puddle.
Heating doesn't work if room unoccupied, meaning that when arriving at the room, it is always cold, and takes +30min to heat up. Room smelt of cigarette smoke.

Great for local business and weekend stay

Very clean room with two twin beds with ok service (I had to remind the front desk for the ironing board I requested, and did not get the room cleaned Sat because I did not specifically asked for it with a sign on the door handle).
Metro is 10min walking distance. I have not tried to book their shuttle but I am sure that they would drop you there with enough notice.
Breakfast was ok. I am vegan and there was no soy milk or non dairy option, and I had to focus on fruits, bread and jam. Very few hotels I stayed at in Madrid are vegan friendly anyway.
Quiet room on 6th floor, good size and expected comfort for the prize.

Not much at all to do in the neighborhood, but I found a nice 10mi run on a bicycle path.

Fans may enjoy the collection cars in the lobby :)

Helpful staff, clean hotel and very useful to have a shuttle service to the office every morning. The location is great for the businesses and companies in and around Las Tablas, but there isn't much to do if you are a tourist in the immediate area, although Madrid is only 20min taxi away.

I would avoid this hotel, unless you really need to stay in the Las Tablas area, where there are few other choices.

I had the following issues with the accommodation:

- Beds are uncomfortably hard
- WIFI not working for entire duration of my stay
- Window broken
- Air-conditioning broken
- Fridge extremely noisy
- No water provided in room, despite being advertised as complementary
- 1 hour wait for an iron in the morning

In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the requirements of a 4* business hotel, but a 2* to 3* at best. There are much nicer choices in the same price category in other areas of Madrid.

I got a room at a cheap rate for one night. The hotel was quite a walk from the metro station. Clearly they expect their guests to arrive by car, as by foot I had to come up a service road.
The foyer area is very nice, with several historic cars. They have clocks showing different times around the world (a lot of racing circuits - Suzuka, Brans (sic) Hatch) - most of these seemed to have stopped working. (A minor point but is shows a lack of care).
The wifi in my room did not work properly.
The mini-bar contained 1½ small bottles of water. Re the ½, I suppose a previous guest had drunk half and they had left the bottle there.
The lifts advertised the cafeteria open till 11. At about 8.45 pm I went down and asked the guy about something to eat. He shugged, said there was no-one in the kitchen and he was leaving shortly.

Spent there one night in a business trip. Wifi doesn't work most of the time or it's so slow that useless. Dirty bathroom (hairs, bath tub). Weirdly located sockets so to charge my phone I had to leave it on the floor in the corridor; on the night table impossible.
Slow check-in/out service. No slippers (neither in a room, nor in the reception). Shoe polish old and dry. From the cosmetics only hand soap and shower gel. Hotel lobby extremely loud with big tv and football in it and it was literally impossible to relax and have a drink as nothing separates bar from TV and reception.

This is a very nice hotel outside of downtown Madrid. If you decide to use the metro from puerta del sol/ Vodafone station, you will need to take line 1 to Tribunal station, then change to line 10 to Tres Olivos station, change to another train but still line 10, to Las Tablas get of on that station and walk about 15min to the hotel. (the backpacker way) There is not much to do around, but if you really want to stay away from the crowd/noise and relax quite a bit, this is a good place to stay. I would definitely stay there again!

Things to keep in mind:
-Metro stop working at 1:30am,so you will have to return before that time if you are using public transportation.
-Hotel about 45min to 1hr from downtown. If the purpose of the trip is to get to know Madrid; this s a good choice, as you will see some modern/residential area, not only the historic side.
-20-30 Minutes from MAD Airport using a taxi which charge about 25-30 Euros.
-15min walking distance to Las Tablas metro station.

perfect if you need to be in this location for business. If you want access to central Madrid forget it. nowhere near links to the centre- around 1 hr travelling time.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y espaciosa. El opersonal de hotel ha sido muy amable en todo momento y atento a mis solicitudes. Les agradezco mucho. El buffé del desayuno correcto. No muy amplio, pero con suficente variedad para hacer un desayuno más que completo. El gimnasio está estupendo. Valoro mucho esta opción. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.
