Quite a dated hotel, heating not the best it was either too hot or too cold and the radiator in the bathroom didn’t even work. We had a 3 day business event and apart from the last day the food served during lunch time was quite poor and extremely unappealing. A number of the waiting on staff were rude and unprofessional, during one lunch meal a gentleman decided to shove his stomach in to me on a number of occasions whilst serving my food.

AC did not work, room was very hot. hotel was far away from everything, neighbourhood felt unsafe at night. Front desk man was rude. We had trouble navigating as we dont speak Spanish. The man spoke English, but acted annoyed at the 2 questions we asked, and did not provide an answer.

Not a 4* hotel. The hotel is on the outskirts of Madrid, but was near where my meeting was being held. The aircon was poor on a hot evening. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was simple but good. The balcony bar where you can sit and enjoy a drink was the best part. For the price it is exactly what you would expect a clean basic hotel.

Nice to be in a 4 star. If you take cabs its not very far to chamartin train station. If you try to take public transit(ie metro) its a bit of a convoluted 10 to 15 min walk. Even had a small gym. I had a light workout. Breakfast(incl) staryed at 8 am. That was too late for me. I missed it.

I went on a little vacation with my mom. The staff was very friendly and helped provide us will all the information we needed to get to the neighboring cities. They printed out the bus schedules for both directions and told us where we needed to get the buses. I was a little disappointed when I found out they didn't provide mailing services. I like sending post cards when I travel and it is most convenient when I can just pay the hotel the postage fee but I had to go look for a post office and buy the postage myself. The breakfast service was great with plenty of delicious Spanish food but also toast, yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit. The location is a little far from downtown Madrid, but if you don't mind a 20-30 min commute it's not that bad. The neighborhood was quiet but not many shops.

i was staying there as i had an overnight at the airport and it was ideal .. only 6 miles from the airport and 3 from city centre, it was ideal to see the city and get out to my flight the next day ...
the directions to the nearest metro stop are confusing ...thats the only drawback .... but the staff helped me with maps so it was no real problem ... excellent stay

The Villamadrid Hotel was really impressive although it was a little bit tricky to find amongst a lot of business and industrial facilities. I think it may be possible to get to it by public transport as upon leaving I saw a bus stop just around the corner. We travelled by car and did find it, maybe SatNav would be a good tip if driving. The hotel looked impressive and all facilities were up to a good standard.

I phoned the hotel first on arrival in Madrid, asking for directions from the metro to the hotel. The lady didnt speak much English and didnt want to help at all, it was like she wanted to end the call asap. On arrival, she didnt greet and speak at all. Only passport and your room is... not nice for a 4star hotel.. The breakfast is a cold buffet and was 5euro extra on the room only rate.

El ordenador nos había asignado una buena habitación y el chico nos la quito y lo comento con la compañera en nuestra cara. El personal de limpieza muy agradable y trabajador, todo estaba impecable. La habitación enana la cama no llevaba a las mesitas. Las almohadas estaban para tirar. No es lo que te esperas de un hotel 4 estrellas. No lo recomendaría jamas. Y me sentí estafada cuando vi la habitación.
