Very disappointed

I wished the room as showing on hotel photos, no coffee machine in room, no even w one bottle of water in room. The man in reception said the coffee maker, water comes only with other class of room which didn't make sense to me, because almost $80 a night room should come with very basic things. Also showed on hotel shutter bus from and to the airport and that was not the case

A pleasant stay

I enjoyed a pleasant stay. The hotel is modern. Accomodations are comfortale. My room was extremely clean, I would defenitely come back.
Location is not so great, because it is not close to the tourist attraction, but it was worth it because of the quality it offers.

OK hotel, The pool is out of order since covid.

The room was great, however, upon arrival, we were not told that the swimming pool was out of order. When we checked out, we were told by one of the receptionists that since covid19, the pool has not been in service. I believe they should indicate it on their website. Also, there wasn't any cafeteria tray inside the room, only a minibar, with one water glass and a wine glass. The tv did not work properly, we could hear the different channels however we kept seeing the hotel's tv screen. The \"fitness room\" was okay. I wouldn't call it a fitness room. It barely had a few machines and all of them were very old. The glasses were a bit dirty and had stains on them and the wardrobe was a bit dusty. Overall, it is a great hotel, but super poorly managed.

A bit remote from city center but good nonetheless

Hotel is located in the financial district. Right next door to BBVA financial center. Across the highway (12 minute walk) there is a Corte Ingles with a supermarket and lots of shops. Hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from airport and 15 minutes from city center. Great for a short one night stay, or if on a business trip. However, if you are visiting for tourism, I’d recommend staying somewhere in the city center.
Like a typical NH, the rooms are small but comfortable. Clean room. Friendly staff. Quiet. For the price per night compared to other hotels closer to the airport or the city center, it was well worth it.

No one said that you have to call the reception to turn your air conditioning on. There’s no one at the reception when I tried to call shortly after midnight when I couldn’t sleep because it was so hot in the room. Apparently they need to turn on the AC per room, that is, whoever calls.

Was very disappointed the hotel shuttle was not made available from airport following taxi strike- lone female with spine injury and luggage had to walk some distance alone across the city after dark. When eventually arrived the room was nice with jacuzzi bath.

Close to restaurants and El Corte shopping center for convenience. Metro approximately 5 minutes walk away.
Staff not overly friendly on this visit.
No towels in the spa area and the lockers were not working properly.
No water in the rooms to use.
I have stayed here many times however the service seems to have deteriorated and needs improving.
Breakfast is always a good buffet although mainly cold food.

Very nice hotel, loved the breakfast buffet. Great room, all the necessary comforts. Be aware that the hotel is not in an area with any tourist type attractions - that did not bother me at all. There is a covered bridge over the highway to get to a large shopping complex. There are a variety of fast food restaurants nearby. There is a bus stop out front, plus there are metro and cercanias stations within a 15 - 20 minute walk. I like to walk, so that was not a problem for me. There is a taxi stop nearby, so asking the front desk to get me a taxi meant the taxi was there in less than two minutes for both times I used a taxi (once for a meeting and once to get to the airport).

No perks hotel, far from the centre

No coffee/tea facilities in room, snacks provided were charged for (over priced) and weren't labelled as chargeable. Dirty underwear from previous resident found on chair in room. Instead of making the bed with clean linen the second day they simply used the sheets from the first night!! Poor English from the staff at the desk. Too far from centre of town, required a bus and a few trains, total 1hr commute. Spa was nothing special. Overall overpriced and mediocre.

Booked this hotel because it was on budget and according to hotels.com provided shuttle service to and from the airport. This was not the case and I would have been off better spending more money to stay closer to the airport and have a shuttle. Very little around the hotel in regards to places to eat once dinner came around. Nice hotel but not what I needed on my business trip.

Very nice hotel outside of the centre

Our hotel room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is finished to a high standard, has a spa and good catering facilities - we had breakfast both days and it was really lovely with great choice (inc. gluten-free)! Most staff spoke English and were helpful and welcoming. The only downside we experienced was the cleanliness of our room. The tea tray / coffee machine / minibar products were covered in dust and the cups provided to us were stuck together with spilt sugar - we then brought our own cups to use. The room was quite dusty, which wasn't great for my allergies, but luckily we offset this by keeping the windows open. Overall, I would stay here again, but would certainly check these things at check in. Overall positive experience.

Clean and friendly hotel with pleasant reception area and excellent staff. Rooms spacious, air con worked well and bathrooms well equipped. Some of the bedroom furniture a little dated. Free WIFI available in all areas. Breakfast was superb and the evening meals are excellent but with a limited choice.

Modern hotel with great breakfast

The hotel is located in a business district. It was well located off the A1 highway going into Madrid. Street parking was easy in the area (many times I managed to park in front of the hotel). The breakfast was really great and the hotel staff very kind. As a plus you get 40 minutes of spa daily included in your stay. It is not a big spa but good enough to relax a little after a hard day. Good and speedy wifi. There is a mall on the other side of the motorway in case you need to do some shopping and a couple of restaurantes nearby.

Convenient hotel in Las Tablas

Stayed here while visiting customers in the area, very functional and practical, close to the airport. Very convenient if you are working in Las Tablas, Distrito C and a little farther in La Moraleja, the key benefit being to avoid the inbound traffic in the morning and outbound in the afternoon, which can mean over an hour in commute time from downtown. , At night we drove into the city (20 minutes with no traffic) for a good dinner and the sights.

A quiet, clean, well designed hotel. The staff were kind and helpful and the room was very esthetic and clean.
On the downside the gym lacks equipment and the view from the room was to the next building.

Nice Business Hotel

The room was very nice. The bed super comfortable. Quiet even though it is on the freeway feeder. The airconditioning is limited so at night we were warm. The modern design divided the bath from the bedroom with mini blinds which let some light into the bedroom which bothered us for we like to sleep in the dark but keep a light on in the bath. The location is for the business traveler and not the tourist.

No 4 Star Hotel!

He rooms were clean and comfortable, bu very bare bones. There were no little extras that you would expect a \"4 star hotel\" to have. No coffee maker, no ironing board, no hair dryer, no swimming pool or room service.

The service was terrible! We had three people staying in the room and only two towels so we called for an additional towel. It took four hours for them to bring it and I ended up drying off with a face towel!

Hotel is very neat and clean. The location is very good with nearby metro station, eatery and shopping malls. But only thing is WI-FI which is very very poor and every day new password is required to charge in. NH Hotel management is required to look at it and improve it.

Not a very satisfactory stay!

Coffee shop and the bar was shut for the two days of our stay. They say they don't open at weekends. Very odd!!

The plug did not hold water in the basin of the room. Also there was nowhere to put soap on the edge of the basin or a dish instead. Similarly in the shower. Nowhere to put soap.

The bedside light didn't work.

Couldn't change the a/c temperature.

Wifi for the internet was available free in the lobby area, but not in the room where they charged €10 approx per 24hrs. Why??

We had a very pleasant stay here. We needed to be in the area to be close to friends, not sure this would be a great location for someone visiting Madrid. The spa is very nice and the price was excellent.

Gran experiencia!

Necesitábamos desayunar pronto y no nos habían avisado de que el horario de desayuno en estas fechas era más tarde. Han sido tan amables de abrirnos un poco antes el comedor para nosotros y además nos han preparado unos picnics. Muy amables y el hotel fantástico. La cama grande y muy cómoda
