The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean, but my only concern was the smell of sewage coming from our restroom. We had room #234 and the smell of sewerage never left despite us opening up the window to let it air out throughout the day. Overall great experience but please get that checked out ASAP.

No frills hotel. Staff wasn’t overly welcoming, bed sheets smelled clean but had eyelashes all over one of the beds, could feel the bed springs in the mattress, no air conditioning in either room and they said we could open the windows for cooler air but everyone was smoking right outside and so it brought in that smell.

This was ok for an overnight stay to/from the airport. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was small but clean and the bathroom/shower was good. But it is in a very industrial neighborhood so there is literally nowhere to go other than inside the hotel and the lobby/dining room was small. Luckily it was not crowded when I was there. The fences outside the hotel made it look like it was under construction and the whole area was kind of creepy. The dining options are VERY limited for dinner and lunch with nothing else around unless you drive. I read there was not much around so I expected more from the dining experience and lounge options.

This is a cute little hotel in a quiet area close to the airport. I loved the lobby with food, bar and tables to lounge. Rooms were exactly what we needed for a one night stay for our flight home. Great showers. Staff extremely helpful and kind.

Es un buen hotel, ubicado cerca de varias empresas, el metro esta como a 15 minutos caminando, el desayuno esta muy bien. Lo único que no me gusto, es que pague el Early checkIn, llegue a las 8 am, y la habitación me la entregaron a las 10 am. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

\"What a GEM!\" Situated in the middle of everything you need. Quiet. Comfortable. Amazing staff that goes above and beyond. Ivana made the stay incredible. My customer was around the corner. Airport is a fifteen minute drive. Great shopping and good eats around the corner. Close to the major highways. But stone cold quiet, safe and clean. Fee parking outside the door. Fun bar area. Healthful and enjoyable breakfast. Comfortable beds. Spotless. SOLID WiFi. Responsive desk with quick room service. Close to downtown Madrid. Smartest decision I could make for a place to stay. Overwhelming recommendation. Foolish to overlook when booking a stay in Madrid.

In two minds about returning.

In industrial park. Concrete jungle outside main entrance so not really suitable for dogs.Need car to get anywhere..Near motorway however.
No tea/ coffee making facilities in room.
Lift has a mind of its own ! Closing the door too quickly,going to another floor if call bell on landing pressed by another guest.Need room card to operate lift.
Breakfast good and plentiful. Accept dogs but charge € 15... gave us a free dog poop bag holder to attach to lead.
On site car park €7 overnight.Free parking outside on road if available. For an Ibis Hotel I was slightly disappointed.

Ideal for travellers

Great value for money

Great value for money. There is nothing around, just a small mall nearby, the rest is a business offices and industries area. Recommended if you are coming to the neighbourhood for business and you just want to rest after work. Decent buffet breakfast. Simple but clean hotel. Staff is very pleasant and do the needful to help.

Overnight stop

We use this hotel regularly as a stopover driving across Spain, it is a comfortable no frills hotel with easy access to the motorway (once you have found it for the first time). The restaurant next door offers good food at a reasonable price.
They accept dogs (€10 supplement).

Very good service.

All very satisfactory. The reception staff were efficient and the room very comfortable. The bed seemed very new and supportive. The bathroom was very clean with a superb and spacious shower.
Breakfast was quite adequate and was very good value.
We will be back here next month.

Easy access and close to mobile carrier offices

This was my second stay at Ibis Alcobendas and already booked it for my next business trip. The Hotel's proximity to the mobile carriers makes it ideal. I would not recommend it for leisure travel as it is not positioned near holiday attractions. The hotel is minimalistic with no frills. The free WiFi is fine for email and the odd browsing, but Skype calls etc is not recommended. The breakfast choice is limited (very European), but there is an onsite restaurant with additional choice. The rate per night is the best I could find and do not be misled by the 2-star rating. In my opinion rather a well kept and clean 3-star hotel.

If you are on Business in Alcolades, the. This Hotel provides good value for the price. If you have stayed at iBis before, you know what you get.

The only restaurant close by is the one in the same building, but it is really good.

Realmente muy desagradable trato a los huespedes, incluyendo el gerente. No consideran las politicas de hoteles.com, ya que su intermediario es expedia. No ofrecen soluciones a cualquier planteaminto basandose solo en las politicas del hotel. Ademas el servicio de desayuno muy desorganizado y deficiente. Evitar si es posible.

Trato pésimo, además de saber inglés, se debería saber de geografía. No saber dónde está Murcia, es lastimoso. No somos Andalucía como intentaron poner en el checking de entrada. Sin nevera en la habitación, la moqueta del pasillo apestaba a humedad y el agua caliente NO funcionaba. Pet friendly si, pero le dieron comida de gato a mi perra como regalo. Malo, malísimo. Lo único bueno, el desayuno. No volveré a este alojamiento. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Colchón duro, suciedad debajo de la cama, y ducharse en esa ducha, es horrible. Hotel claro ejemplo de como hemos normalizado la mediocridad como algo bueno.

O ponto de atenção é a localização, que apesar de ter um restaurante no prédio ao lado e um carrefour completíssimo inclusive com praça de alimentação que tem de tudo, ele é um pouco distante do centro, mas, barato e prático de chegar ao centro (um onibus que vai para a estação e na mesma estação pega um metrô). Quando se anda de carro ou onibus ali perto se vê muito mais coisas para fazer como shoppings por exemplo. Mas isso não diminuiu o valor que sentimos pela estadia. Muito bom.

La atención de la recepción es deficiente, debe de ser más empática la recepcionista con las personas. Las 2 recepcionistas españolas tuvieron un trato desigual para las personas de su país que para un servidor que soy mexicano, cuando le pregunté direcciones e indicaciones para salir de ese lugar tan alejado de la ciudad se molestó y dijo que no sabía, recomiendo poner micrófonos y camaras para grabar al trabajador
