On the touchscreen, enter your reservation number or code and follow the instructions that appear on the screen. Once you have checked in, the machine will give you your room card.

Very important: to check in, you must have the ID/passport of all the people who will be staying in the apartment. Our kiosk allows you to scan these documents; however, you can also enter this information manually.

Remember that once you have collected your card, you must swipe it through the readers or locks located on both the entrance doors and the door to your apartment. If you have to make any payments, these must be made by credit card; cash is not accepted.
