Reception and staff are nice and welcoming. The building is renovated but has a vintage feeling - mainly due to the overuse of wood in the rooms. There is no kettle or espresso maker in the rooms but the hotel will give you hot water if you ask. Breakfast buffet is fine, omlette is served fresh, overall not extraordinary but satisfactory. Overall it's a good hotel.

The hotel is very nice. The area is very picturesque and the whole suburb is clean and safe. The hotel staff are friendly and professional.
The only negative for us, was that the hotel is about 37 mins from the city by train. But the train service is efficient.

Muy buen lugar , cerca estacion del tres a 6min caminando , puedes ir a madrid en 20 minutos por 5€ . Estacionamiento al rededor del hotel muy seguro y tranquilo.

The hotel was cute, clean and friendly! The area right outside the door is picturesque and great for a morning walk with the family or a romantic evening stroll with restaurants and coffee nearby. The train is a short walk and heads directly into the city. Will be back!

Excelente calidad/precio

Excelente hotel calidad-precio. A sólo 17 minutos de la T4 Madrid-Barajas. Súper conveniente para hacer noche cuando vas o vienes de viaje y no te quieres gastar un dineral en hoteles más céntricos.

El hotel es antiguo pero parece bien cuidado y limpio. Las habitaciones son relativamente pequeñas pero cómodas con espacio en mesas y armarios para dejar maletas. El único problema es que no tienen camas supletorias y una cantidad reducida de cunas (aunque son gratis), así que si viajas con niños, llama con antelación para reservar tu cuna.

La zona es muy tranquila y parece muy segura. Aparcamiento en la calle y parking de pago en el hotel por 7€/noche.

También tiene una cafetería normal dentro del hotel por si no quieres coger desayuno completo y simplemente quieres comprar lo que quieras.

We stayed on our way through to South Spain. Handy location for trains to Central Marid. Nice park opposite for kids. Comfortable, clean, friendly and great value for money! Will stay again if in te area.

Great staff. For a longer stay in Madrid I suggest this place as a budget option. It is outside of Madrid and accessible by a different rural train line directly to the metro stations.

Life Saver from the heat.

The location of the hotel was great for us. The room had great air conditioning which was high priority since it was over 100 degrees F everyday. We could adjust it ourselves. It was very helpful to have a mini-fridge. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We didn't get the breakfast option included, but one of us used the cafeteria every day for breakfast and it was great with lots of options.

A Good Experience

My stay in this hotel was in general a pleasant one. The hotel is clean, the staff was courteous and efficient, the room was small but neat, the breakfast excellent but lunch and dinner was not served on the weekend and the food offer not so good. The transportation to Madrid was easy since there is bus that stop in front of the hotel and the train station was 10 minutes walking. The town where the hotel is located is nice and safe, lots of friendly people, good for bike and walking/jogging activities. I would recommend this hotel to whoever has the time for the daily commute (20 minutes)to Madrid.

It is a good hotel. Good wifi, good tv channels en español.
The room has good confort and the área is nice. It is 20 min apx, from the center of Madrid on the renfe train C4. This is not a resort, but it is a good hotel.

Amazing hotel

Very easily located by metro and train. Quiet area which was perfect after the hustle and bustle of the city. Staff were absolutely dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. Spoke very good English. Shops close. A few lovely cafes on the way to the train station. Can't wait to go back again.

Great Hotel for all

This will be the 3rd time we have stayed at VP Jardines de Tres Cantos.Great value !!
Javier(who seems to be on duty each time), could not do enough for you, and always remembers who you are. The facilties and cleanliness of the hotel is second to none.
On arrival we did not have to check in 1st before accessing the secure underground parking, from the car park there is a lift which takes you straight to reception.
Good TV in the room with a number of English channels including Eurosport(which pleased my husband as he could watch the snooker and football!)
We have recomended this hotel to friends who are either just doing a stopover in Madrid or staying for a wkend.

Perfect hotel for couples, families or business.

I had informed the hotel that I was partially dissabled and would require parking close by and a room preferbly on ground floor. We arrived at the hotel and parking was already arranged for us and we had a room closest to the reception and lift. Javier who was on duty could not have been more helpfull. As soon as we walked in you could see how they deserve there 3* rating. The room was a very good size with modern furnishings, and a very good sized comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The cleanliness and presentation of the hotel was excellent. We will definatley be staying there for our return journey.
We would strongly recomend this hotel to anyone staying in or passing through Madrid.

Very satisfied!

Clean, well-maintained, friendly / helpful staff (who spoke English well enough) within a few minutes walk of train station and across from night buses stop for Madrid. Next door to convenience store open late, down street from good pizza shop, across from huge well-kept park, safe neighbourhood. Nothing to the local area but nice break from crowds of Madrid if you want more seclusion.

Maravillosa estancia

Solo tengo una palabra para describir mi estancia: EXCEPCIONAL. Desde el momento del check-in (que fue mucho más temprano de la hora habitual) hasta el check-out, el personal fue muy servicial y amable, especialmente el personal en el área de recepción. Inclusive, olvidé un convertidor de corriente en la habitación y muy amablemente lo guardaron para entregármelo más tarde. Recomiendo el hotel 100%. Espero poder volver pronto. Aunque Tres Cantos es un lugar pequeño, tiene un buen centro comercial y una excelente conexión de tren que te lleva a muchos lugares. Y todo esto, a una distancia a pie muy cercana al hotel.
