Internet was not very stable. If you are a tourist, this not your hotel, as the location is very secluded. The room was nice, and confortable. The area is extremely quiet. The area is safe.

The area is very quiet and beautiful. However, not so many attractions around. One point that I did not like was the cleanliness: in one instance I discovered a stained towel in the bathroom (although coming from the laundry)

A decent business hotel for a short trip

Hotel is beginning to need some TLC but the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The 'hot' water on the 1st morning wasn't which meant a nearly cold shower. It WAS fixed quickly though. Somebody had used the water in the mini-bar and instead of paying for it, had simply refilled the bottles and put them back in the fridge. I noticed when I opened them and the seals were already broken. Pointed out to reception and they were replaced immediately

Great value - excellent hotel

Excellent hotel - comfortable, clean, friendly staff and good food. It’s absolutely a great place to stay for business trips, and it really is great value for the price. It lies slightly outside main city areas, but easy access and abundant taxis in Madrid easily make up for that.

Just ok.

Room size is pretty decent with a good sleep quality. The restaurant serves very limited food options if in case you arrive late. I had a portion of deep fried veggie croquettes which were re-deep fried. Breakfast is served with good food options and menu. What was the worst point: in my three nights of stay I requested each evening for an iron and ironboard and they could not get me even a single time. This was frustrating that you a pay premium for a hotel stay and you dont get this basic hotel amenity. There is nothing to do around hotel and no food options outside.

This hotel is on the periphery of Madrid, but within a 15 minute bus ride to the city center. It is quiet, spacious, clean, and cheap. And my room included a free breakfast. So, if you do not like the hustle and bustle of downtown Madrid, this is the place for you.

Great staff and great hotel. A little off the beaten path which was perfect for us, as the price was very affordable. Clean facilities and a wonderful room that we could temperature control. Although we were not on a metro stop (30 min walk), it was only a $6 Uber ride to the Antonio Muchado metro station. Very convenient for traveling in and out of the city & a great price!

Hotel was nice apart from a couple of issues. My room smelt of stale smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I addressed this with reception who said “there’s nothing we can do about guests smoking in our rooms” and they were unable to give me a different room.

One of the waiters in the restaurant was rather miserable.

This is a great business hotel. The rooms are clean, and provide a decent working environment. There are conference facilities on site, which were busy for the period we stayed. Staff were helpful and accommodating. I will be re-booking next time I am in Madrid.

Very very FAR from MADRID City. Not worth it.

This Hotel is 19 KM far from Madrid City. Most of Bus driver do not know location of this hotel. I had to hire taxi to commute between hotel and Madrid City. Do not book this hotel if you are planning to visit madrid and you don't have your own Vehicle. Hotel is not worth for booking amount of $100 i paid for it. You can get better cheap hotels in Madrid City Center. It has Partial transparent Glass wall bathroom and this information was not mentioned anywhere in Hotels.com site. When I checked-in in hotel i was shocked to see bathroom as we friends were staying together in room. I would rate 1 out of 5 for this hotel. Hotel Location and bathroom completely spoiled our trip.

Our room was cosy, clean and we had 0 problems during our stay. Breakfast: the quality of products was awesome. Even if it's just a standard hotel breakfast, we'd highly recommend anyone visiting to include it into your stay. The service was always there, always helpful and on point.

So yeah, this hotel met all our expectations and even though it didn't afford any extras, all the things we had there were of top quality. 10/10

Nice neighbourhood, big room n good breakfast

We went there from the closest Metro station, which took us about 45 minutes. The easiest way should have been taking bus 133 from Moncloa station. We were impressed with the size of the room. If you wake up in the middle of the night, you can go to the other room to do some reading or watch tv without disturbing your roommate. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. The bus stop is just 5 minutes walk away.

Pleasant hotel in quiet residential neighbourhood

My second stay in this comfortable hotel. Reasonable rates, contemporary, spacious & clean. Good breakfast buffet. I haven't tried the restaurant yet but it seems reasonably priced. There is a garden and a pleasant terrace to enjoy a drink. There is a wellness & beauty centre right next door but no pool.
Service is helpful and highly professional as it is the norm in Spain.
The hotel is located in a residential area. There is a supermarket/ bank/pharmacy very nearby and a taxi stop right outside the hotel. The bus stop is a 2 min walk away across the street.

Out of the centre for value

The very limited number of staff do as good a job as possible. This probably keeps costs down, but it can make it hard to find service.
Consider this hotel for presentations and conferences if there's no need to be in town. The accommodation is good. There are usually taxis waiting opposite the door: 10-15 mins to the centre of Madrid.

Um excelente hotel! Um pouco distante do centro de Madri, porem com condução proximo! A unica observação que tenho e com relação a sustentabilidade. Eles dizem pra se vc quiser utilizar as toalhas mais de uma vez, é so perdurar!!! Mas onde?? No banheiro nao ha sequer um cabide para vc pendurar as roupas limpas… muito menos as toalhas usadas!!!
O bairro e calmo, arborizado e agradável! Porem nad proximidades nao ha nenhum comercio, restaurante, etc,
Ficaria novamente!!!

Eurostars não está atento ao que acontece neste hotel. Falta de manutenção é visível, com vários indícios de degradação.
Mas o pior está nos quartos com roupas de cama extremamente contaminadas com tabaco e outros mal odores.

Todos bien solo que asumo que por la pandemia no tenían servicio de cafetería o bar abierto. En la habitación no había cafetera para te o cafe.
El blackout tenía muchos agujeros, ósea que se nota falta de mantenimiento. El papel tapiz de las paredes estaba despegado en las uniones. Son detalles que pueden corregir sin necesidad de invertir.

Todo en general muy bien. El único \"pero\", entendiendo que influía el tema COVID, sería el desayuno, muy pobre y justo. Pagar 10 euros por un café y dos tostadas...Si, evidentemente podría haber desayunado más, pero ante el \"agobio\" de las dos personas que daban el servicio, pues tampoco dan \"ganas\" de molestarlas y hacerlas perder el tiempo, con lo que al final, acabas por \"decirles la comanda\" y desayunando austeramente por un precio elevadísimo.

Vuelvo a incidir no obstante en que si no digo nada de todo lo demás es porque lo consider mucho más que correcto.

No había servicio de habitaciones, ni tampoco ningún lugar para almorzar a pesar de que en la zona del hotel no hay nada alrededor. Los cuadros de la habitación están deteriorados. Lo único bueno la comodidad de la habitación y la amabilidad del personal del hotel.

Cogimos la habitación superior y la verdad que nos sorprendió mucho. Esta compuesta por una sala el servicio grande y habitación aún más grande. La cama muy grande y cómoda. El entorno es espectacular. No hay ruidos. Nosotros la recomendamos para personas que buscan calma y pasar un día de compras en Las Rozas Village.

Hotel correcto y tranquilo. si no quieres tomar algo, comer o cenar en el hotel, tienes que coger el coche o taxi, no hay nada de ocio en el entorno se trata de una zona residencial.

esto es el pro y contra de la tranquilidad.

pero merece la pena si te gusta el relax.

No me gustó el jaleo que había. Yo iba por un examen pero había sorteo de algo, música,... mucho ruido.
También debo decir que cuando hice la reserva, perfecto, con ustedes, ningún problema.
El día antes a las 12 de la noche estaba en conversación con el hotel pués me informan que mi tarjeta les da denegada. Proporcioné otra tarjeta, me cargaron 10 euros que supuestamente me tienen que devolver. Hoy 13/06/2019 aún no lo han hecho. He mandado dos correos solicitando información pero sigo esperando respuesta.
Por este motivo califico mi estancia de decepcionante.
