Very noisy at night you can hear everything around you, from people walking and talking upstairs. Flushing toilets and the shower running. Found to cockroaches in the bathroom and a lot of rust and mould in the shower tiles

I moved the bed a little bit and this made it somehow better. Thet bathroom sink fills up with water very quickly, and there is a big window next to the bed, and the shade does not cover it completely, thank goodness I had an eye mask which I used to sleep. For the rest, the room is very well organized, clean, and has a little fridge which is also very convenient. Very close to a metro station, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Perfect room for a short stay. A bit small but very clean and comfortable. Private bathroom is a plus. Keyless checkin is also very handy for a late checkin. A bit noisy in the morning but overall very happy with it. Worth the money.

A hospedagem em Madrid está caríssima. Esse espaço é uma boa opção, mais distante das principais atrações turísticas, mas ainda bastante caro para o que oferece. Porém, perto de uma estação de metrô. Cheguei tarde e saí cedo, mas achei a estrutura bastante organizada e a equipe que faz a pré hospedagem bastante gentil. O controle remoto da TV estava sem as pilhas, logo não pude assistir. Mas é uma boa opção.

Sistemazione tutta self service per quanto riguarda il check-in. Chiave di ingresso elettronica inviata via messaggio e/o mail il giorno dell’arrivo.Non vi è alcuna reception, per eventuali problematiche vi è un numero telefonico da contattare. La struttura è tutto sommato decente (anche se dà l’impressione di essere un vecchio garage). Vicinissima alla metro 7 e alla fermata autobus 44. Ideale per soggiorni brevi. In tre giorni non è mai stata rifatta la stanza e non sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani. Esiste un distributore automatico di bevande e snack all’interno. Nei pressi vi è una lavanderia automatica e un supermercato.
Il prezzo non è alto. Situato in zona periferica ma centro raggiungibile facilmente in 20 minuti di metro

Lo elegí por la proximidad. Es un complejo de habitaciones en lo que parece ser una nave. Todo es muy minimalistas pero muy bien cuidado. Se ubica al lado de una estación de metro lo que facilita el desplazamiento. Me ha gustado. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita para una corta estancia.
